So...I have a autistic grandson who loves the 49ers. So I wanted to start a card collection for him. I ordered from fanatics. They said the trading cards would be in on Dec. 7. I never received any updated notifications. I finally emailed them on the 18th from a email they sent thanking me for my order asking them for a update on my order. They reply with a email saying it was delivered. I could not believe it. I am retired and watch my other grandchild and i am hone all day long everyday. I tried the online automated chat. There was nothing I could click on to say I never got my order. I went back to email. The email came back saying not a reply email. So I had to file a case with pay pal. Thank God I ordered from Amazon a pack of 49er trading cards for back up. My autistic grandson will still have a great Christmas no thanks to fanatics.
I would agree with most of the reviews mentioned here but I feel the CSRs are doing the best they can. If I look at this business from a Mobile telephone company point of view it has to be inadequate systems that the CSRs are working with. I can't imagine that it can be this bad in 2023. Regardless, I would like to signal out RUTH & ALEJANDRA. The somehow cut through the system to correct the issue. It only took 2 weeks after receiving Mahomes & Hurts Merch when I ordered Mahomes & McCaffery Merch. KO

They charged me $12 in shipping and they make it nearly impossible to return something and now they are going to charge me $10 to ship the return. Plus from what I've read they won't even refund my money! They advertise as the official store of the university of Tennessee but THEY ARE NOT UTK! Don't buy from these people.

Did not receive notification of shipping.
The order has been sitting in warehouse for five days with an Arrival Pending status, but updates state arrival to my address for the last three days. Customer Service speaks English, but most difficult to understand and really don't think they understand what is being stated. When, or if, it will arrive? They take your money and then treat you like crap, NEVER AGAIN!

Purchased jersey with express delivery. It arrived late while I was outta town. Unable to give it to my son for the game. Impossible to find a Kyrie Irvin jersey in Charlotte, NC. Then I was charged to return it. Very sad!

I order a NFL jersey and the size was too big. I tried ordering a different size of jersey and they didn't have it stock so I requested a refund and they gave me a e-gift card to buy somewhere else. So basically they don't do refunds, they give you e-gift cards
Ordered a jersey in stock in November to be told it's not in stock and they change the delivery date 2 times so far. This makes the package past Christmas. They lie to the customer and state before Christmas but they are selling items they don't even have. The customer service guy says I can give you a 20 percent of I laughed as if I will support your business ever again! You are liars
I just purchased 3 items from the Fanatics website through Facebook. They did not apply the 30% sitewide discount at checkout and after I realized they did not give me the discount I called the customer service automated number which was worthless and wont allow you to do any returns. I also try chatting on the website, same thing worthless. I even messaged them on Facebook Messenger, no response. The worse part is it wont allow you to stop a purchase until it ships. So I requested to return and they wont give you all your money back! I am so mad. They want to give an E-card or charge you $9.99 to get your whole refund back. That is so shady man. I will never buy from them ever again. I would encourage you not purchase anything from this company with these type of practices or policies.
I decided to take advantage of some Black Friday Sales. I picked out the items and ordered them. After ordering I found out that Fanatics did NOT honor the sale prices advertised. I reached out to the company and got a couple of different answers. Even though I had photos of the advertised sales prices they would not honor the sales prices citing that some sizes were low in stock. I said I would like to return the order and they are charging me an additional $9.99. I will not be refunded for the shipping costs either. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from them. Please tell everyone you know that this company has no desire to provide good customer service. I work in customer service and we are instructed to make sure all customers are happy if we make errors. This company couldn't care less about their customers satisfaction!
Wanted to order an item for Christmas, site banner says "ORDER NOW, GET IT BY XMAS". As soon as I process the order, it states that shipping is January 13! At no time before ordering was an expected date provided - Shipping method selected says 5-7 days. This is completely misleading advertising, and should be removed from their website.
I gave this one star because there's no option for zero stars! I went to Fanatics looking for a pair of University of Kentucky pajama pants for my husband's birthday. For some reason that search yielded Seton Hall pajama pants. I change the option to UK and bought them. I went back 4-days later to see when they were coming and the ship date had changed to a date AFTER his birthday, and they were Seton Hall pajama pants!
UPDATE: AFTER THEY RECEIVED THIS REVIEW, THEY CENCELLED MY ORDER FOR A FULL REFUND.
I had a ridiculous time getting the chat window to let me chat with a real human and when I finally reached one, they said because I didn't cancel my order within 30-minutes of purchase it was too late to make a return. 30 MINUTES? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? They refused to do anything about it and said a return would be in order. I asked to do the return authorization right then since I already know I don't want frigging Seton Hall pajamas bottoms AFTER my husband's birthday to go with his University of Kentucky shirt, and they wouldn't do that either. They said that once I got the pants, I could contact them again, (jumping through appropriate hoops of course), then carry it somewhere to be sent back.
The chat representative was polite, apologized for the inconvenience but ultimately said there was nothing they could do. I HATE this company! RIDICULOUS!
Ordered two jerseys. One has defective stitching on the big number on the back. Contacted customer service and they offer to let me keep the damaged one and will send me a replacement only if I agree to pay another $25 in shipping! NEVER doing business with Fanatics again and warning everyone I can every chance I get.
I would not buy from fanatics. Horrible customer service. I ordered jersey and they sent me the wrong player and the wrong brand. It was some cheap, low quality jersey for the wrong player. I asked for either expedited shipping on the correct item or a refund so I can have it in time for our event or buy it somewhere else. They would not do either until the other item was returned and received. The correct item is now out of stock and I have to wait extra long to receive a replacement. Either way it will be too late for my event and a complete pain in the $#*! to return the cheap jersey. GRRR! Avoid this company! If they make a mistake you get the headache.

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics.
