I purchased a jacket knowing that it was too big. It was so cute, I wanted it anyway. Needless to say it came quickly, I was excited, then disappointed because it was definitely too big. However, because it is so nice, my husband wanted it. I obliged and now I'm patiently waiting for a restock. I need this jacket!
My grandson did his wish list for Christmas what he wanted was very easy to find the stuff that he had and you get your stuff within 2 days, What's nice as well every order you earn points to use it on another order. Thank you very much a satisfied Nana
I had ordered hats from fanatics and the product is not as advertised. The hat bill is often too long and the hat is a high top peaking at the top. The return policy is put on you to print off return label.if you get the email! Fanatics charges $9.99 for a retrun. Do not buy from them!
Ordered a jersey got wrong size tried returning it they wanted to charge me a fee just to chat with an expert issue hasn't been resolved I'll never buy from fanatics again
I've ordered t-shirts from Fanatics both in the US (2 t-shirts) and the UK (3 t-shirts). The first time was in the US. If I had know I was ordering from Fanatics when I was ordering in the UK (I thought I was ordering from England's national football team), I would have never placed that order.
Their t-shirts are of poor quality and are very lightweight (thin). Whatever is printed on the shirts starts coming off by the second or third washing (even when the t-shirts are turned inside out). I can't speak to all of their products, but I would avoid buying t-shirts at all cost; you'll only be disappointed.
I'm not sure how Fanatics has convinced so many teams to be their supplier.
Supremely sub-par turnaround time for the "official" NFL store. A single jersey takes over a month to "process", not including shipping time.

My husband placed an order for 3 Markquis Nowell Raptors 905 jerseys on January 2nd for my birthday which is on January 20th. We recoeved notice that the order had shipped on January 8th. You would think thats great news right? Well I did too however on the 15th the order tracking still said that they had only revieved the data for my order. We tried to reach out to customer service and they were very apologic and ensured us that they would expidite the shipment, return our shipping cost and we would recieve it by the 20th. The following day I recieved à long text stating how sorry they were again and that my order was on the way. I recieved another text stating that the order has shipped and guess what? It is still sitting in the warehouse. When my husband called customet service again. And once again they are very sorry but now the order will not arrive until the 30th of January. 10 days after the 905 game that I will be attending where I wanted to wear my new jersey to. Not recieving the jerseys really puts à damper on my birthday célébrations, thanks fanatics for upsetting my kid who was hoping to ger Markquis to sign her jersey. Will not be a customer with you guys again.
I have made multiple purchases through Fanatics and while I have been happy with the quality of the hats and hoodies I have purchased their shirts need some work. Additionally all orders minus one (that was a gift shipped to a military installation) have been delayed. I have even gone as far as to purchase the 2 business day shipping however that does nothing when the order sits in processing status for two weeks and takes an additional 2-5 days for shipping. I have given this company more chances than I should have and have spent more money purchasing their items than I should have. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
The website shows an advetised price but does not check out to add up to the advertised sale prices. I called and the representative said their was nothing he could do. He could only credit 7.99. I should of had a $27 credit.
It took forever 2.5 weeks to receive merch.
Return policy is terrible! If I accept a store credit they waive the $9.99 return shipping fee. Othwise if you want credit back to original payment they charge 9.99 for shipping. Sorry but I will take my losses! I will not be ordering from this company again!
I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. They took my money but refuse to send my item. Customer service is non existent. I can't get a response.
First of all, the customer service agents straight up do not speak English. Second, who requires people to make phone calls to return things from online purchases anymore? It's a barrier that's clearly meant to be scammy by making merch hard to return. I bought a hat that's the wrong size, and simply need to return it. So I called, first agent found my order in the system, said they'd email me a return label, and then I never got it (checked spam, etc). Called again, next agent "couldn't find" my order number, I ask a direct question, super plain English and they respond with something completely irrelevant. It's infuriating. This place is a scam.

Ordered 2 products (separate transactions) yesterday. As of today, 1st order says 'still processing' and neither order shows up in my Fanatics account under 'My Order History'. Already problems and we're not even at the shipping phase. Pathetic! Like who has time to deal with the 'B' team. Pathetic! Don't waste your time. To be fair however, my bad for not doing any due diligence on Fanatics before ordering. Had I done 10 minuets of due diligence, I wouldn't have ordered anything from Fanatics. All lip service, no customer service phone number to call to resolve an issue, virtual chat only...pathetic! Exactly why I use only my Amex card for all purchases. Fanatics is great at trying to get you to buy more, offering discounts etc...so typical, pathetic. Too bad for Fanatics as they lost another customer. Except for my time, I'm out $0.00 since Amex will credit my account if Fanatics doesn't.
They say they will accept returns for 30 days. What they don't tell you is they will only return half of what the item cost. There is no way to talk to anyone or email them. Only an electronic chat which was worthless.
I ordered an XL hoodie from them. Upon delivery the hoodie they sent is a women's medium. I used their own size chart which is not correct. They also charge you $10 to return it. I shouldn't have to pay anything for something they falsely advertised.
I posted this review on this site and within the hour Fanatics reached out and fully resolved the issue that i have spent hours trying to resolve. I am very pleased that this matter was resolved though it should not have taken me posting this to do so.

Have purchased many items from Fanatic.com, Fanatics.ca as well as the NHLshop.com. I have spent 1000's of dollars through this site over the years.
For the most part i have been pleased with the items received and when required the return policies. Sadly this is now changed.
I purchased premium socks as a Christmas gift on Nov 11 (Received Nov 24). 9 pairs were over $150. When he opened them Christmas the quality was inferior. The socks were flimsy, and had no shape. The laser print was low quality. I have received better products from AliExpress. Dec 27 i reached out to the site to process a refund. I was told i would get a label emailed within 72 hours. Received nothing. Back to customer service who told me it was being processed and would take up to a week from the original request. A week later still nothing. Today i went back again and was told that there was a 30 day window for returns and there was nothing they could do.
Their site indicates 100% satisfaction and 365 window for returns but for whatever reason they are saying this item has a different policy. Beyond frustrating. Save your money and purchase locally or through amazon. They won't be getting my money ever again.

They advertised free shipping for purchases of $24. I thought since they had free shipping, that I'd buy a couple things. Finally, added the coupon and it now says that the solar light is an oversized item. LOL. The site is garbage. They are literally trying to steal money.
Be very careful buying anything from fanatics for someone else.my daughter got me a gift for Christmas and I just wanted to exchange it for something else and because they only have a 30 day return policy I can not exchange it for anything else.i would recommend you don't shop at fanatics.The customer service people do not work with customer.They only care about themselves.I recommend you shop somewhere else for sports merchandise.There are plenty of other options out there!
I received a hoodie from them, but it is not the item I ordered. I kept track of my original order during shipping and everything was fine. When I opened the package, I was shocked to see something completely different. When I opened my email, then looked at my original order, everything had changed to this hoodie I received, like my previous order never existed. I received no notification that the item I purchased was being substituted, so I'm left a little dumbfounded as to what happened to my original order. When I contacted them, the only thing offered was a free shipping label to send it back for a refund. No, explanation, nothing. I KNOW I did not order this hoodie, I ordered a sweatshirt, and I know I ordered it because I was tracking it until it said "out for delivery", and it was the correct order. I will never order from them again, I won't risk something being substituted with zero notification.
First I want to say this site jabber website is complete garbage fix your website. This is the third time I'm typing this cuz this website crashes everytime I hit submit. Here I am working with two $#*!ty websites. Fanatics shipping is my main problem. Not one time has my package arrived on time. Don't blame Christmas either cuz every order I've placed does the same damn thing. I live in the states by the way. Should only take at most 2 weeks. Maybe use better shipping partners?! If I do not receive this order my the lions first playoff game this year then I'm returning every single item I've purchased in the last 365 days. Beyond frustrated with the website. This is going to be my last purchase from this place.

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics.
