Buyer Beware. I purchased a golf shirt for my son in November, more than 30 days before Christmas. Prior to purchasing I checked the return policy and saw that I had 365 days to return the item in case it didn't fit.
Once we determined the shirt didn't fit after Christmas, I attempted to return the item only to learn there is more than one return policy. The policy that applied to my item was only 30 days. At no point in the purchase process was I notified of this exception to the 365 day return policy.
Now I am stuck with a shirt that fits no one in my family. I gave 2 stars because the customer service rep who emailed me the bad news used polite tone. I've shared some of it here.
"Manufacturer Direct Returns must be made within 30 days of the ship date. Since it is beyond this time frame, we are unable to process your return request.
If items are returned after the allotted Manufacturer Direct return policy, we will not be able to accept your return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice. A merchandise credit or refund will not be credited to your account. This also applies to customized, game used items, or any other items that are described as final sale items.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration that this may have caused. Please visit the online help desk for further assistance."
I ordered two NHL jerseys I tried to cancel my order I've been waiting a month for these jerseys I tried to cancel my order and no one can find my order I paid $138 and no one can find my $#*!ing order this is fraud and a scam do not order from them I'm going to be suing this company
Ordered a jersey on 12/25, said it shipped 12/27 & it would arrive by 1/5. No tracking info, radio silence from fanatics. Contacted 3x's with the runaround that it's still coming. Finally found a number (they don't provide any way to get ahold of them) & they told me that Jersey was oversold & I'm not getting one. Even though THEY TOOK MY
MONEY & TOLD ME THEY SHIPPED IT!

I will never ordr after my last experience. The co they use is awful. The 1st agent stole my package, never recv'd it but Fanatics resent another one. The 2nd delivery agent left my package on the ground at the apartment community mail boxes. I just happen to see text flash across my phone! When I saw the pic of my package on the ground I jumped out of bed to run to the community mailboxes before someone walked up & stole it! As long as they use Roadie for shipping Never, ever again will I order from them! I gave 2 stars bcause they replaced my first stolen package for free, otherwise it would be 1 star.
I want to thank Ruth for making a difficult situation easy. She also followed up to make sure I was informed of the arrival date of the replaced damaged item. You are blessed to have her working for you. Thank you.
This is probably my 4th purchase from the site & I wont be back. Had to return a too small shirt & they charged me $9.99 to return a $20.69 shirt. Ridiculous. Alos the quality of some of the items I've bought had been subpar.
Bought a Raptors hoodie. On the website, there was a zip on the front pocket, a different collar and the front logo was bigger.

Ordered a Christmas present before advertised cut off for guaranteed delivery. Still haven't received. Customer service continuously fobbing me off.
Multiple UPS labels were sent, multiple trips to the UPS store, and the labels never worked. You can't speak to a human being. Long time dealing with "chat" and now I have to hand write a label and ship it back. What do you think the chances are that I will get a refund? Never again will I deal with this company.
They won't take your money and not give it back but good luck getting your item on time and in good condition. These people suck at what they do

That's it...I don't need to say any more. They lied about their product, the time of delivery and when I made a complaint...they had a boilerplate email back; professing that is was the USPS fault. Furthermore, got an email they would refund but still deliver product...Lied again. This business should not be in business.
Product was fine - it was the absolute horrible customer service that disappointed me to no end. I will NEVER spend another penny with this crap company! I had to return the shirt due to wrong size and they charged me $9.99 for a return label THAT I HAD TO PRINT ON MY OWN PAPER! What kind of shady scam is this and what kind of incompetent management is running things? I would have purchased more from this company if they had just treated me fairly and did not charge me to return it. So… now I will shop at their competitor for the rest of my life! And… I will tell everyone I know about this scam company!
I ordered two hoodies, and they show as delivered but I never received them. I work for a Police Department and they claim they were delivered to the mail room, nothing, $200 worth of hoodies and nothing!
Ordered a number of sports memorabilia from them December 7. Order was shipped and according to UPS, should have been delivered on 12/15. It appears that UPS lost the package after it arrived in my town and the UPS tracking information reflects this.
Ultimately I would call fanatics 4x to resolve this issue. I was lied to twice regarding a replacement package, given the run around, and overall received outright poor customer service.
Called to request a refund and was given the runaround yet again. That's fine, my Bank is now handling the chargeback.
Professional sports teams would be well served to find a more reputable company to sell their merchandise, because obviously Fanatics can't be trusted to do the right thing.
I'm not much on doing surveys or reviews but this is a must. I ordered an NFL Blanket from Fanatics as a gift. I didn't realize that the address I used was obsolete. The package was delivered on time but to the wrong address completely my fault. I contacted customer service for help not expecting much. To my surprise in a matter of minutes they had arranged to replace the item and also refunded my shipping fee from the previous order. Who does that in today's world. Thank you Fanatics I'm your customer for life.
Ordered a jersey a few months ago. Never received it and when you call customer support you get hung up on. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM
Christmas order was promised on December 22. Received several emails about delays with no mention of dates. Last email received on December 21 apologizing profusely for their customer inconvenience. They stated that they expect item will ship no later than January 5,2024. Poor business model. Not honest with customers since these delays are the rule, not the exception. Don't do business with them. Google has over 5,000 reviews for them and 83% are 1 star.
So I ordered a Philadelphia Eagles Sweater and hat gift box set to be delivered b4 Xmas on dec 22nd I places my order on Dec 17th I got an order confirmation email so I'm thinking everything is okay I check my emails and the Fanatics app daily but never received any shipment notification I finally call customer support on Dec 21st to inquire about the status of my package and was told that it's still being processed and that I most likely won't receive it by the 22nd and that I will not be able to cancel my order I ordered that as a gift for my son who loves the Eagles and wanted to be able to surprise him being as though we were recently reunited after 10 years. I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received from Fanatics and will never again order anything from their website nor will I recommend them to anyone

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

Answer: No kidding. These fools are liars and thieves. They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics. BUYER BEWARE!
