I didn't receive items that I had purchased as a Christmas gift in time for Christmas. Once I spoke to the representative, they informed me that the items that were no longer available, and that they would refund me for the inconvenience.
The products are great. The fact that you have to pay shipping and handling these days is not. Also, for returns, the fact that they subtract shipping cost from your return is crazy. Other than that, Fanatics is a great site to shop for all sports related items.
Usually have everything team related. From jerseys, hats, shirts and memorabilia for all sports! Shipment is pretty fast.

I had ordered an NBA T-shirt for my son and paid for it and was having a problem trying to order a pair of shorts to go with it, so the lady at customer service took care of it and I was able to order and pay for the shorts without paying for the T-shirt again.
All I wanted is what I batgained for. I ordered my hooded sweatshirt and I received it in a timely fashion. The price was pretty good too.

Answer: I have no experience ordering from Australia so I'm afraid I will be of no help. I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics. BUYER BEWARE!
