I ordered Michigan National Championship Merchandise on 1/9/2024 and have only received 1 of the 5 items I ordered. Some have been moved to February for delivery. A disclaimer when ordering would have been helpful. I would have gone local to get items if I knew it was going to take this long.
The small sweatshirt was too small and had to go up a size. Customer service walked me through exchange and the process was so easy.
Every order was delivered on time. It was easy to order online and sales were an added plus.

Prices are competitive, shipping is quick, and the quality of the merch is top notch. My only minor issue is that quantity is sometimes limited on the stuff I'm looking for.
Fanatics has become my go-to for sports fan and music merch. My only minor complaint is that when they advertise "site wide" deals, there are some exclusions. Other than that…aces.

I'm always leery of return policies, but not so with Fanatics. I followed their instructions and received an immediate response along with a UPS Return Address to print. Once received, they emailed me that they had received the item, and that the refund would be taking place within a matter of days.
I have bought most of our sporting attire from here and I can honesty say they never disappoint.
I really do enjoy the site for sports betting and the gear we order from their store is great. I get a little upset with there promotion emails. Those emails can be misleading and not stated that most them are for new customers only. They are still behind DraftKings and FanDuel when it comes to that.
Great team selection and product availability. There's a good variety of prices so it's easy to find something within your intended budget. The sales and the promotion are exceptional 👌

Answer: I have no experience ordering from Australia so I'm afraid I will be of no help. I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

Answer: No kidding. These fools are liars and thieves. They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics. BUYER BEWARE!
