I had purchased gifts over the holiday and needed to return them due to fit issues. On both occasions, the customer service rep provided a painless and seamless process. I was dreading to have to deal with processing the returns but i was pleasantly surprised how smooth it went due in part of the great service that was provided.

I was notified 6 days before xmas that a shirt that was already ordered and confirmed for delivery was out of stock. There was no time to order anything else and receive before xmas. Wen I emailed and spoke to customer service they were not helpful or seemed to care. I told them I could order something else and they should overnight and they should pay for it since it was their mistake. They said no and couldn't help me. I was a loyal customer even though their delivery takes a long time they have now lost me as a patron.

Purchased a T-shirt as a Christmas present for my son, issues with size. Not only did Fanatics work with me over the holidays, representatives newborn was very ill but still took the time to provide AMAZING customer service!'n
They mostly have what I need, if not they restock fairly fast. Shipping sometimes suck but it will be replaced quickly. Huge variety most things go up to 5x.

The website is easy to use. There are variety of choices available in products for every sports fan.
Fanatics has the largest variety of unique shirts that I have seen. They are also made well. I always wear Ohio State and there's a wonderful variety of items to pick from. I also bought them for my daughter-in-law and grandsons and fanatics is the best place to find everything.
Had to have keepsakes from the very first Texas Rangers WS championship. Ordered and received the gear I wanted.
My order did arrive here in New Zealand at least one week. I'm really excited to wear this brand.Cheers
Answer: I have no experience ordering from Australia so I'm afraid I will be of no help. I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

Answer: No kidding. These fools are liars and thieves. They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics. BUYER BEWARE!
