Fanatics is everything that I thought they wouldn't be as far as quality and so forth
With the exception of most of the Nike and Mitchell/Ness, everything we have purchased has been sent back or simply thrown away with the garbage. I cannot overstate our disappointment with Fanatics/NFL Shop - we had plans to spend big and buy people and ourselves gifts this season - did I say it was virtually ALL garbage - cheapest material, poorly fitting/not fitting, bad "iron-on" stencils, it just goes on. If these items were inexpensive, then you might expect some of this. But they were anything but. Oh, and lets not forget the "return" policy - costs you $10.00 to return something, unless you take the gift card route - almost a form of extortion/coercion, no? We miss Modells..

I have been on a roll with my purchases from Fanatics. But my teams keep winning championships so I gotta have the gear! T-shirts, hats, & accessories have all been outstanding quality! The prices and constant discounts are not bad either! Who doesn't want great quality & pricing?!?!
I have bought all my sports clothes, etc., from Fanatics for years! Birthdays, Christmas presents, just because - I always buy at Fanatics. If a shirt or something doesn't fit, the return process is super easy. In fact, you have a year to return something if it doesn't fit or you decided you didn't like it, as long as it hasn't been worn. Also, you can get an e-gift card for your return and it never expires. The only problem I have ever had is the sizing. My son is a big person and sometimes his normal size fits and sometimes it doesn't. I just return it and get the next size or get a refund without any problems.
Ordered this as a gift. Recipient loved it! I had a troublesome experience prior to this. I shop this site frequently and never been disappointed. My previous order was incorrectly sized. Customer service was exceptional. This replacement item was perfect!

Answer: I have no experience ordering from Australia so I'm afraid I will be of no help. I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

Answer: No kidding. These fools are liars and thieves. They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics. BUYER BEWARE!
