Love the products and the different deals! Only issue I have is shipping is almost never on time but that's fine, the products are great.
I enjoy fanatics. They have good products and sales. I only wish that they had free returns/exchanges. It's not always easy to know what size you might need and having to pay to return or exchange is frustrating.
Some T-shirts a large fits and others I need an extra large. It's aggravating to get a T-shirt that doesn't fit. I've been offered to return the items, but it was to much trouble and I just kept them and gave them away.
The CAL beanie was outstanding but the GT beanies was quite small and I don't have a large head. I think it was for an adolescent boy but I thought it said mens. Besides that, the design of the beane was great! I'll b shopping soon! TY!
I am very happy with my purchase of the Green Bay Packers items I ordered. My son just adores his jacket! He loves his long sleeve shirt and matching hat.
I love the items that I purchased from Fanatics. The stuff is real and sold at reasonable prices. I do not like the handling fees or the shipping fees. You are definitely charged for both unless there is a promo code for free shipping. You can not escape the handling fee of $3 to $5.

Tried ordering a shirt for my wife. The promotion stated the shirt had free shipping. When I went to check out it showed $4.99 shipping cost. I worked with one of Fanatics agents and questioned why I was being charged. The agent told me she would give me a refund on the shipping this time. I asked why I was charged in the first place and never received a real answer. I had an issue before and given a 10% discount which I also ask for and was told it didn't apply to this purchase? No response. I have bought several items from Fanatics. I ask to speak with a representative and all I got was the automated response. I felt that if this is the only way to correspond that I would be hard pressed to make future purchases.

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

Answer: No kidding. These fools are liars and thieves. They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics. BUYER BEWARE!
