Large selection at fair prices. Only complaint was that many items were on sale but only select sizes. My size was xxl and that was not a size that was on sale.
I had to call customer service about my order because I had made a mistake. When I was talking to the representative, she was very helpful with me getting my order straightened out very kind, professional and courteous.

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics. BUYER BEWARE!
