We monitor reviews for authenticity
Returned an unopened item within 3 weeks of purchasing. I was informed return could not be processed due to the item being purchased more than 365 days ago. They also said item was donated to charity. Scam, Scam, Scam. I guess I will have to file a complaint with my credit card company. Don't use these people.
I went through this site because of Shoprunner.
They seemed to have good sales and the free shipping was what really got me to order. But I am VERY dissatisfied with my experience.
1. they were slow to process the order. They charged my card, but i didn't receive a confirmation email or anything for the next entire day. I wasn't sure if they received or got my order right. But didn't think of much of it
2. They mixed up my order. Not sure how often this happens, but they completely sent me the wrong order. With the other person's confidential information like address (which means that other person probably has mine...)
3. The customer service SUCKS. And is slow. And not easy to use/find. The person i spoke with was SO slow to respond and told me the process would take AN AVERAGE of 2 weeks. Don't they get that it is holiday season and i need my stuff now?
Bottom line: not worth it to go through this site. Don't think i would ever order from them. Also i haven't even received my stuff yet so who knows if the items are any good.
UPDATE:
They have since apologized and corrected the mistakes. They were quite quick to take care of processing my order and even gave me store credit.

I had a HORRIBLE first experience with this company, ordered a sweatshirt that was one size too small & when I went to reorder it was no longer available. So I tried this site one more time, I ordered a completely different sweatshirt and once again does not fit! I was able to get it in time for the Michigan vs OSU game, but it doesn't do me any good if my boyfriend cant even wear it! So now, I am back in the same boat I was just in. With a sweatshirt that doesn't fit, its not available anymore in the same color, and because this company doesn't do exchanges I have to spend more money on the same sweatshirt (different color) since the same deal isn't going on! This is absolutely RIDICULOUS! I've NEVER had any issues ordering online until dealing with this site!

I would like to echo Michelle M's review. I also ordered a Ronda Rousey item in preparation for her UFC title match tonight. I ordered this item a week ago and even paid extra for shipping. I too received a bogus tracking number and when I initially called the Fed ex phone number listed in the fanatics shipping confirmation email, Fed ex told me fanatics had given me an incorrect tracking number and advised me to call fanatics for my correct tracking number. When I did that I spent a half hour on hold waiting to talk to a human and once I reached a representative from fanatics she told me it was a Fed ex issue and they could not do anything about it. So the fight is tonight and despite spending extra to make sure I had my fan gear, I am without my Ronda shirt and extremely frustrated by the poor customer service from fanatics. They have forever lost me as a customer. Michelle, I share your frustration. At least you were offered 30% off your refund! After talking to the salty supervisor they told me they couldn't do anything for me. I'm trying to enter my correct order number below but this page is not scrolling down.

I ordered my boyfriends Christmas present this past Saturday an today it all came in. Everything was there. It was all the correct sizes. I am very pleased. I got scared after ordering because of all the bad reviews but I'm a very pleased. I think a lot of people who wrote these complaints are just not happy with life period. Also when ordering off line your going to have to come to terms that somethings just aren't perfect. Also you have to read there terms before ordering an there policy first so you don't get upset when things don't go as planned. But today everything was. I'm super excited to be able to give these wonderful gifts to my boyfriend.

I ordered a sweatshirt as a birthday gift on 10/27/2015, got an email conformation and tracking number on 10/30/2015, and by 11/7/2015 the tracking number was still not showing up on the LaserShip website. Called Fanatics and they said I would have to wait the standard 3-7 business days before it would show up on their preferred shipping company's (LaserShip) website. NO... the article was supposed to be to me in 3-7 business days. But, as advised I waiting until today 11/11/2015 to check again. Still no shipping number showing up and still no package delivered. I call back to customer service and NOW they tell me that the item is back-ordered and they have no idea when they will get it to me. I ask to cancel and was told that I would not get a credit for 10 business days. Funny, it only took you 1 business to charge my credit card. They ruined the birthday surprise because they weren't just HONEST in telling me the item was back-ordered the first time I called. Then the guy laughs at me as he is hanging up. Nice!

I bought a small because they did not sell an extra small in either shirt I bought. Most companies that don't sell extra small do not because their smalls run small. Well, I could fit two of my arms in the long sleeves of one small (not exaggerating--they fit comfortably) and probably two armpits in the short sleeves of the other. I can either start working out, pay to return the items, or use them as pajamas. I am choosing the latter because I don't think it's right that I'd have to pay to return mis-sized items--and I haven't the motivation to go to the gym. :). I'm sort of OK with my silly-looking new nightwear but that's not what I wanted when I placed the order. I won't order from this company again. By the way--my friend who normally wears a small also looked ridiculous in those sleeves!

Received a gift and only wanted to get a different size. Fanatics informed me that they would have to credit the sender and then the sender would have to reorder. I wanted the exact same item and there IS NOT any reason to let the sender know. I WILL NEVER order from this site and will tell all my friends about the complete lack of helpfulness in their return policy. This item will now sit in a closet where no one will see it and will not be able to be advertised. It is a nice jacket- I'm only sorry it came from Fanatics.

Have made multiple purchases from this website. Some smaller orders have went through perfectly. Good shipping time, etc. One of my orders, I received the wrong product (same product, different team than I ordered). Called customer service, very friendly. Returned my wrong item and they sent out another. Received the same wrong item again. Called customer service, not very friendly. The product was shipped direct from the manufacturer and therefore Fanatics would not claim it as their problem. Took 2 months of going back and forth with customer service to receive my refund.
My last order - purchased two shirts. One is perfect, the other I returned because it barely came to mid-stomach (not supposed to be a belly shirt). It's been over a month since my return package was delivered and I have not received my money back or even notice that they've received my return.
DO NOT BUY AT ANY COST! Unless you like gambling and don't care about the product you receive.
Update: After calling customer service and having them hang up on me after I told them my order number, I sent an e-mail. They said my return did not fit their return criteria and was sent to charity. I asked what criteria it didn't meet, as it was unworn, with tags and even returned in the same packaging it was sent in. Their response was "Sorry for the inconvenience, we hope to do business with you again." Two days later, I had my refund! Finally taken care of to my satisfaction.

I placed an order on 10/26 and am still waiting for it to be shipped. It does say that a label has been created but it has yet to leave the warehouse. But of course my credit card was billed on 10/27 even though they say they don't charge your card until it has shipped. I contacted them and customer service person was very apologetic but didn't tell me anything I didn't know and said she didn't know why my order hadn't left the warehouse. I made the mistake of reading these reviews AFTER I had placed my order, so that's my fault. I can't tell you if the Christmas ornaments I ordered are as advertised since I don't have a clue when I will get them. My advice at this point to anyone that has not ordered is to pay a little more elsewhere if you value your time at all, since you will waste it trying to find your order.

I ordered a sweatshirt from Fanatics after finding one I absolutely LOVED. I read elsewhere that it ran small so I ordered a size up. When I received it it was too big. No problem I thought, because it seemed they had a wonderful return policy. WRONG. I sent the item back, only to receive an email saying they were unable to accept the return as it was a custom order and it was damaged- and instead of returning the item they DONATED it. If they can't give a credit and are keeping my $80, give it back! They basically stole $80 from me. This item was not custom, it was a Bruins sweatshirt, and furthermore there is no option on their listing to customize this item. Additionally this item was 100% not damaged (they have not yet been able to tell me what was damaged on the item which I have requested they do.) I tried it on and upon noticing it was too big returned it to the box with the tags still on it to send back. I had even requested that since I ordered this sweatshirt on a card I no longer have that I be issued a store credit so I could repurchase it! I consider this to be terrible and deceitful service and will go out of my way to not shop here. This was my first and last shopping experience with Fanatics.

I've encountered 3 issues with the same order now. I ordered a Dallas Mavericks sweatshirt ($70), and paid an additional $30 to get it delivered by noon the next day since I was going to the home opener on Tuesday. When it hadn't arrived by noon on Tuesday, I checked and saw that it hadn't even been shipped yet! Customer Service refunded my shipping costs, however, when I did get the product (Wed), one of the sleeves said GRIZZLES. They sent me a replacement, which I just received--same problem. I was awarded 10$ store credit, but I'd rather not pay any more money or lose any more hair just to root for the Dallas Grizzlies.

I have bought many things online, and have never had any issues... but this company is the WORST! I ordered a Jersey for my sisters birthday, and selected the expedited shipping to ensure it arrived on time (was supposed to ship on Tuesday November 3rd), the 4th comes around and the item still hasn't shipped. I wrote to the customer service to see what the ETA is, and after a few responses from different team members I have yet to get an answer regarding the status of my order. I asked to then cancel my order, since they clearly haven't even made the jersey; and was told that was not an option on specialty items. It is very clear this company doesn't care about it's customers.
I am not one to write bad reviews, but I feel its my job to warn others not to make the same mistake I have and buy anything from this "company"!

We ordered three items on Sunday. We wanted to get them by Friday so we paid for the 3-5 business day shipping fee. Monday is 1 day, Tuesday 2, Wednesday 3 and so forth. Well, they actually shipped the order 2nd day on Thursday to arrive the following Monday. The game is Saturday. So I called. The woman I spoke to in Customer Service was awesome. She was able to get an order out for two of the three items for next day delivery. But --I get to pay the expedited deliver charge. Wow. They tell me they messed up and then I get 2/3rds of the order and I get to pay the additional shipping. I wonder how the return process will be on the items I return. Doesn't seem they live up to their customer promise. My advice to them is to be more clear on the website.
3-5 business days could mean 3-5 days after they fill the order which could take up to 4 days.

I actually had a good experience right up until I received the sweatshirt I ordered and found that L was too small. I IM'd to get their exchange policy so that I could get an XL and was told they aren't set up for exchanges!? What company can sell clothes online without exchanges? That just makes no sense to me. Anyway, I was told that to get XL I would have to return the product and wait for refund, which can take a month or more, then I could re-order it! I was happy with the order and even how quickly I got it. Now though I'm just going to return it and go buy at the mall like I should have done, not like I was saving any money...

I ordered a sweatshirt for my fiancé's birthday and after a week of saying it hadn't shipped I contacted them, when I got a message back it say "dear enter customers name" so they don't even care enough to use my name, but they said my order wasn't Summite, well the money was taken out of my account already so if I didn't summit it I shouldn't have to pay for it right? Well then after I said that they sent me abother message saying my order couldn't be fulfilled due to the item being out of stock, well it says more than 10 available on the site so what is it? Now it's the day of his birthday and I have no gift for him AND we I was going to have him wear it for our engagement pictures this weekend so thank you so much for that!

Paid for next day shipping and as almost 9 am next day item still hasn't even shipped. I called yesterday and spoke to an employee that told me that I would have item by next business day at time ordered. I feel scammed out of the 25 dollars I paid for next day shipping. I needed that item for a last minute gift for a sick relative.

My girlfriend decided to surprise me with a birthday present by buying me a Penn State jersey (mind you she is an Ohio State fan) She ordered a customized jersey with my name on it which was very nice. However the jersey color was white (supposed to be blue) the size was XL (supposed to be L), the number had 03 (supposed to be 3, never seen a jersey with a zero before a single digit) but the last name was spelled right. I first spoke with an online rep to perhaps find some solution to my problem yet the only thing she could repeat was that it was a customizable order and NOTHING could be done. I then spoke with someone on the phone who repeatedly uttered "it was a customizable order and NOTHING could be done", I then asked if I could speak with a manager (which I had a feeling I knew what was coming), yes he said "it's a customizable order and NOTHING could be done." I told him this was a $120 jersey, could you not at least exchange it for something half the cost? The only thing he could do was offer me $10 in fan cash. Why on earth would I purchase something else from this company? It was supposed to be a nice gift yet I ran into nothing but problems, out $120, and a jersey that could fit a bear. We are a big sports family and purchase items all of the time, until this is resolved I will find every social outlet I can to warn customers of my experience.

We ordered a shirt as a congratulatory present. We included a note in our order (and have photographic proof of this note). The present arrived without a note and unfortunately ruined the surprise as the recipient did not know the present was from us. Very disappointing.
When I emailed customer service, I received a curt reply that said that Fanatics only includes notes on the packing slip and that it is written on their website. (I have shots of every screen of my mobile order and this message was not included, nor do I believe this message was included on the packing slip). Customer service offered no sympathy and no solutions for the error and then encouraged me to order again.
Sadly, "too bad, we hope you order from us again in the future" is both unacceptable and unrealistic.

Answer: I have no experience ordering from Australia so I'm afraid I will be of no help. I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics.
