I ordered a hoodie for my son for Christmas on the 11/16/15 which according to them was shipped the same day. I received an email from them on the 11/27/15 saying they had processed my return. I hadn't even received it so how could I return it. They had made a mistake and cancelled my order. They gave me $10 fan cash and promised that if I reordered my item it would be sent straight away. I trusted them and reordered on the same day. This time they sent the item on the 11/28/15. I have tracked the item and it still has not been processed by the postal facility after 8 days. I have tried to contact them and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do. I tried to contact Landmark and they said contact the store you purchased it from - "we cant help you" Fanatics told me, "we have sent it to them its not our fault if they haven't processed it." I had a similar situation with the NBA store a while ago and they chased it up for me and had it processed and shipped that day. I have paid $24.95 expedited shipping 4-10 business days which means that my item should be arriving at my door in Australia on the 12/11/15 at the latest. Since it hasn't even been processed in Cheektowaga how is it going to arrive in Australia by the 12/11/15. This is the most unhelpful dishonest company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and will never buy anything from them again. Thanks to you Fanatics I am going to have a very disappointed child come Christmas day. I only wish I had read all the other reviews regarding this company before placing my order.

I ordered a piece of memorabilia. Paid with my credit card, got my email stating the order was received. 4 days later, and AFTER the charge shows up on my credit card, I get another email saying they had an issue locating the item and when they did, it was damaged. Then was told they don't have a replacement and I'd get a refund to my CC in 3-5 business days, all while I'm paying interest on the charge. I fired off 2 complaint letters, and had to order a different item from another website (which cost me DOUBLE) and the best they could do was $20 off a future order. I will NEVER do business with them after this so what good is that? AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS!

Don't order from these guys - I ordered a plain Raiders jersey for my wifes bday for her to open at a huge Raider tailgate party on Sunday I set up with all our family and friends - I even paid extra for the 2 day service so it will be here by Sunday. I get an email stating it will be there the following Tuesday, in 7 business days - WOW! REALLY! NEVER AGAIN! Bad reviews everywhere I can find!

So I ordered a custom Jersey for my father, He is going overseas and Sunday when we go to the football game will be the last time we see each other for 2 months. The site was not very clear about it's custom items taking so long to sent. I paid for next day at noon shipping.

When I realized that I most likely won't receive it on time, I sent a email saying I wanted to cancel only 20 minutes after placing the order. It would have been faster if not for the contact customer support being so hard to find.

That's when I found out why so many bad reviews are on this site, it was noon the next day before I received a email back and it dodged the problem and didn't address anything honestly. I replied back repeating I wanted to cancel since it wouldn't be here in time, and once again the reply was less the helpful.

I contacted them through Live Chat once I was back home from work and after speaking for a while found that there nothing they were willing to do to resolve the problem. Didn't offer a refund on the shipping, didn't say sorry for a site that doesn't state clearly " If you order a custom piece expect at least a few extra days for us to receive to our warehouse so we can ship it to you" I mean if I'd have seen that I'd never have ordered and expected to get it before this sunday.

I think what it all comes down to for me is I understand they have a policy about no canceling custom orders, but If the order hasn't even been worked on and the customer states they want to cancel then it should be allowed since they didn't waste anytime working on said piece. Also had they let me cancel I probably would and just ordered a jersey that wasn't customize to allow it to be in on time.

I think the saddest part is that not only was I buying this for my Dad but was going to buy one for myself if the quality was as good as stated on the site.

NEVER again!

I placed what I thought was a simple order on 11/21. Five small items I planned on using as stocking stuffers for the upcoming holiday. My order arrived on 11/30 and it was ALL WRONG. Instead of the New York Knicks stocking, ornament, and keychain and the two Boston Celtics ornaments, I received two Minnesota Vikings sweatshirts. So I contacted customer service, (which you can only do via email or online chat and is a total inconvenience) and they told me my order would be reprocessed, but one of my Celtics ornaments was out of stock. Had they gotten the order right the first time this wouldn't have been an issue! So I come home today certain that my order would be right and I'm still missing the Knicks keychain plus this time they included a Kansas City Chiefs shirt that I never ordered! When I contacted them yet again, they only offered to refund me for the keychain and told me I needed to send the incorrect items back or my credit card would be charged. I will NEVER again do business with these people, they are certainly more concerned with gaining a profit than they are with building a rapport with their customers!

Absolutely Ridiculous

Words cannot describe how disappointed I am with Fanatics. I ordered a Toronto Raptors shirt from the website on November 1. I was charged for the item on November 2. It was classified as a Special Event Item, and was supposed to ship no later than November 20. A couple days before the supposed shipping date, I was emailed by a rep that the shipping date was changed to NO LATER than November 28. Having to wait almost a month for an item is a stretch, but since there was no other way of purchasing the item in Canada, I decided that I could live with that.

It is now December 2, and the item has still not been shipped. I contacted another rep, and was already offered free shipping, but the wait time on such a simple item is unacceptable. The rep even told me that she had NO IDEA when the item would be shipped. Since I was charged for the item exactly a month ago, it is clear that Fanatics is a company that significantly values profit over customer experience. With online shopping becoming so common, you would think Fanatics would be at the top of the game regarding this. However, this is not the case.

I withheld writing a review for quite some time, but I can no longer stand the fact that I was charged for an item a month ago that has still not shipped. The shipping date has changed from November 20, to November 28, to unknown. This is unacceptable. Fanatics has provided me with possibly the worst shopping service I have ever experienced. Shopping should never be this difficult.

I ordered 6 shirts of various designs from here all for the same team. Every single one is too small. Not talking just a tad snug, more like I look like a fricking over stuffed sausage. Like a 43 year old trying to wear her middle schoolers tee shirt. Not pretty. Not even close to cute.

Obviously these are "asian" sizes. Not being rude just stating a well known fact. A fact that they blatantly disregarded. Oh and the size chart? Completely wrong.

One is printed so crooked I would only wear it to bed. If it fit that is.

Can I return them? Exchange them? Nope.

Hope someone on ebay wants them cause I'd love to get my money back.

I received a 30% off coupon and very carefully read what was excluded. When I went to checkout almost all the items were not eligible. I double checked and they were not Nike, not a jersey, not on sale, etc. In fact I ordered something in 2 different sizes and one was eligible and one wasn't. When I emailed my question I got a response back saying they have a right to exclude whatever they want even if not listed on the coupon. When I asked why one size was and the other wasn't the rep just closed the inquiry and stated 'already answered". I think the coupon is just a trick to get customers to shop and probably 95% of the items are "excluded" so basically everyone is just paying full price. Feels like a total scam.

Horrible shipping
November 30, 2015

I ordered one Blue Jays jersey on November 19th. It is now the November 29th and I still have not received it. I understand that I selected the basic shipping but this is ridiculous. I really need this gift for my Boyfriend. I'm hoping to receive it before Christmas. My card has been chraged so hope fully they deal with this, because this is pathetic. The tracking order said it was revived in Canada 4 days ago but it hasn't updated since. This is very annoying and inconvenient and by the looks of this it's a constant problem. They should look into shipping with a more reliable source.

I posted a question because after seeing all the reviews, I was going to empty my cart and not order. I asked Facebook friends if they ever ordered and 3 answered and said yes, and had no issues, so I placed the order. Glad I did! My stuff was delivered in a couple of days, the entire order in one shipment, the prices were awesome, especially with the promo codes, and I love all of my stuff! Everything is true to size. I have nothing bad to say. I guess my review may have been different if I had to make a return, but I love everything, so I won't know if returning is a different story. I will definitely order again.

I needed 10 Steeler sweatshirts in various sizes for a memorial over Thanksgiving weekend and was having trouble finding them in stores. Found this site and the perfect ones. I ordered after 8PM on November 14th knowing I needed to have them before we left Pittsburgh for Myrtle Beach on November 25th. After reading some reviews I started to panic, especially after not receiving a confirmation e-mail.
By Sunday I was in full panic mode and decided to do a customer service chat and cancel my order. Well... during the chat we realized that I had put an extra "I" in my email address and that was the reason I hadn't received a confirmation. I actually found out the order had already been processed and was being shipped! I received my order on November 17th and this was without asking for any special shipping requests or charges. I will definitely use this company again! The customer service rep (Khadijah A) was super nice even when it had been determined that the issue was my fault. I took note of the name in case I had an issue with the service even though the exact opposite was true.
I had fully been expecting to write a bad review about this but I feel they definitely deserve a great one. No, I am not an employee or anyone paid to do this. It was an actual real-life order.

Order WAY in advance... DO NOT PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING! I placed a nice size nascar order, paid for faster shipping on a Tuesday, needed items before the nascar race on Sunday. Plenty of time to ship items! Checked tracking, they did not ship until 2 a. M Saturday morning, will not arrive until Tuesday! The items are in Jacksonville, I only live four hours south of Jax! The customer service rep "understood my frustration" and I can return the items after I receive them... how nice! I do not recommend Fanatics unless you have plenty of time on your hands. I would go with Amazon or another sporting store with accurate shipping.

Update: Fanatics responded to my review, refunded my expedited shipping fee and the order did arrive, long after event, but complete with no problems. I appreciate that, thank you!

Call First Thing This Morning & Apparently Fed Ex Never Received It & According To Fanatics, It Was Shipped To Canada. Yes Folks I Said Canada! How In The Sam Hell Was It Shipped There When My Address Is Nowhere Close To Canada? They Had My Complete Address But Yet It Was Shipped Somewhere Else. My Refund Will Take 3-5 Days. I May Just Call Back Just To See If They Have A New Lie To Tell Me. WORST Service EVER!

Like many others, wish I read reviews before placing order! Learned my lesson that cheap prices equal cheap service. Placed my order and included the 3-day shipping option and day 4 I received notice that my package finally shipped. When I reached out to customer service regarding refunding my shipping, he was absolutely no help and said he could change it to the 3-7 business days. I don't want to wait longer, I want you to honor your shipping times! You certainly honored charging my card the next day. Wouldn't care if I opted for the free shipping and granted it's only $9.99, but now I won't be home during the "expected" shipping time and that's extremely inconvenient and unfair. I've never had this problem before and am dreading receiving the merchandise after reading the product reviews below. Wish I done my research beforehand...
