Joining the ranks of unhappy Fanatics customers! This isn't the first time I've upgraded my shipping from FREE shipping to a faster method in hopes my merchandise MIGHT actually get to me on the day estimated, calculated, figured, whatever lingo they are using that week. TWICE has there been disappointment in not having a present, a costume, clothes for the big game, etc. This wouldn't tick me off as much as this website is one of few that has merchandise for my team. NEVER again. Keep your 10%, 25%, 40% off - I'd rather pay full price and for shipping that ACTUALLY gets there in the time prescribed. Thankfully, the shipping company that you used has 'decent' customer service.

Shipping dates on their website are incorrect. 2nd order I have had to cancel in two weeks. They never ship when they say and their customer service can't do a thing to help you. Big disappointment

I have been trying to get in contact with customer service to make a change in my order and every single time I get connected to their chat, I'm the only one talking. Nobody replies back to me and I'm yet to make the changes needed. Now I will have to wait until the order arrives just to waste time returning it. Rest assured I WILL NOT use this site anymore. Even the one star rating is not fair. Should be 0.

Placed order on the 26th and still hasn't shipped.It is stuck in shipping label created mode. If you read the reviews it sounds like a reoccurring theme. They won't be in business long, beware.

Never really had any issues with Fanatics, loved killing time browsing for my wish list items (which is one thing i wish fanatics offered so you could watch prices and keep a clean cart). Anyways, the other day, I purchased a few things for my girlfriend and I to take to the Denver Broncos vs Indianapolis Colts game next weekend. Typically, I've noticed my goods are shipped the same way and have never encountered a problem. This time, they shipped via Fedex SmartPost. I've been doing research on it (never heard of it before) and talked with my brother who is a dock manager for fedex freight. He said it is the WORST delivery service ever and hates that it is part of the Fedex brand. It has now been a few days since I placed the order and the shipping STILL says "Label has been created" as my package sits dormant in OH (I live in CO, but go Colts!). Now as the days approach for our departure next week and as my brother tells me more and more horror stories about "Smart"post and how often items are extremely delayed or how many are even LOST in the crap service of fedex smartpost, I am getting more and more worried that we are going to have to come home (hopefully) to our fun new items where we can enjoy the games from the couch, instead of the stadium.

Oh, and one more thing. Insurance and liability on Fedex SmartPost packages have a max of $100... I spent more than $100 on the merchandise. So if I do not receive my package, I can only get $100 back, even when I spent more on the purchase.

Fanatics, you have finally let me down, and it had to be before the game I am most excited about ever.

After seeing a lot of bad reviews on this and other websites I was kind of hesitate to buy from fanatics. But I went ahead and purchased my San Antonio spurs windbreaker any way. I did request to have it shipped overnight and the website did say to allow 2 business days to ship out. It actually shipped out the afternoon after I ordered it and got to my house around 10:30 the next morning. So i got my order 2 days after placing it. Just in time for the Spurs game against the Nets which is what I was hoping for. I would definitely recommend this site to my friends and will continue to shop at fanatics. Hope your experience was as pleasant as mine!

You cannot rely on this site2-day delivery means weeks before delivery.
Poor print quality.
Unreliable! You cannot get anyone to respond to your problems or complaints of lack of delivery. Too risky at these prices. Go to another sports site you'll do better with anyone else!

I ordered a NY Rangers jersey for my teenage son along with a knit hat, the quality of customization is very poor compared to the jersey I bought just 2 years ago! When I called to complain about my disappointment in quality I was told too bad and if I returned the jersey they would give it away! I couldn't believe CS would say that to me!
On top of that the hat I ordered was not available and was told they had no ideal when it would be!
Like the title state "HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"!

Longtime customer just lost. Placed an order in Mid-September. Returned the items I didn't want still in their wrapping. Items were returned on 9/30/15. It has been almost 1 month and the return has yet to be completed and proper credit returned to my credit card. Completely unprofessional. Continuous non-consistent responses from their customer service. Throw a $10.00 credit thinking it is going to satisfy the issue?!?! Not even 10% of my total return. Goodbye FANATICS! Easier places to do business with.

I have used Fanatics (and MLB.com) for my last couple of orders of MLB team apparel, and the processing time and shipping is terribly slow. Orders do not get shipped within a day. Most orders do not leave until 2 business days after your order, no matter the time of day you place it. The first time I caught this was when I ordered a hat 7 business days from when I was to leave for a road trip to see a game. But because of the delay in "order filling" I didn't have it. No harm, no foul, fool me once, etc. Now I order MLB apparel on last Thursday, the morning AFTER the Mets clinch the pennant, and pay for the 3 business day shipping, thinking I will get the apparel for the 2nd game of the series. I will now, according to LaserShip, receive the apparel a full 6 business days from my order, maybe. So 3 business days for "Processing" and 3 business days for delivery. I understand the website says that some apparel "leaves warehouse within 2 business days". I really think Fanatics should use UPS or FedEx. LaserShip is unreliable.

I am just writing this as a warning to other customers that order from Fanatics or MLB.com. If you expect, like Amazon and other online retailers, to have your order processed and shipped with any quickness, do not order it here. Best use this site to buy something you do not have an immediate need for.

UPDATE: I dropped a star. After looking at the shipping information on the website, Lasership says "Origin Scan" for the package as of 10/27 and now it says delivery not until Sunday 11/1. That is NOT 3 day shipping Fanatics.com. That is 5 day shipping. Possibly 6 days if they delivery on Monday 11/2. Again, do not use this website for quick delivery. Order date 10/22 and delivery date of 11/1 for 3 day shipping.

I order shirts and a hoodie for my family to wear to the football game on Saturday, 10/31. Now they say they won't arrive until Monday, after the game is over! I tried talking to customer service and they were more than rude to me. I can not believe that when I purchase items on my college website, they direct customers here, when their customer service personnel do not want to help customers, do not want to even listen to customers and just want to get them off the phone (or chat) as quickly as possible!

UPDATE:
After reading fanatics.com response here is what I have to say: Oh, rest assured I will be returning the products as soon as they arrive. They are useless to me.

I notice you still have not made any attempt to resolve the issue. Several other companies (Amazon, Half, etc) would offer to send out the same order using a quicker shipping method to ensure that the customer is 100% satisfied and build up trust in the company. Even though your website specifically says that is a top priority, your actions with me demonstrate that is not the case at all. I have now also realized that this seems to be symptomatic of your company in general.

While I had hoped that your company would stand by its promises of "Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee" you have chosen not to uphold that promise. I would certainly hope you would reconsider either the promises you make or the effort you put into upholding those "promises"!

My husband has used Fanatics several times to order sports apparel. He typically hasn't had any issues (maybe a few delayed shipments), but I'm floored at the service we received for our recent order. We ordered two shirts on a Friday (5 day shipping) for a game that we were attending 6 days later. Now I understand that businesses don't operate on the weekend, so I expected to receive these items prior to our departure to our game on Saturday. When I logged on the Thursday before to check where our shirts may be, they had literally just had a label created for them that day, which is 4 days later. Now let's be logical, unless they paid for overnight shipping, we would not be receiving these in time for our game.

To address the issue, I went to the website to contact customer support. It took 10 minutes for anyone to even get on the chatting system with me, and when they did, they were useless. Now, I don't blame the woman I was speaking with on the chat system for my experience, but she wasn't any help. I told her I wanted to cancel my order at this point, because we only needed these shirts for the game this weekend. She told me it's already been processed, so there's nothing that they can do. Well, I'm sure glad to know that Fanatics is all for their customers. That they can take their time to process my order and their own pace, but can't even help me out when I have to essentially pay for their lack of customer service.

In the end, it looks like we will just have to do more work on our end and return the shirts. There are a lot of sporting apparel retailers out there, and I can promise that I won't be spending any of my money at this company again.

My first issues started w/ the website. Which randomly changed the # of items in my cart, so glad I caught that. Next, at check out I was given the final price at $37.99, after agreeing and submitting my CC info, at the confirmation page I was actually charged $42.94. I know it's only a couple of dollars but called to have it fixed. I called, the woman put my on hold for 10 min, and told me their site was down and no one could help me, to call back in 30 minutes. I called back, to have my price adjusted to the proper cost. I was placed on several "brief" - 10 minute holds. The customer service agent basically couldn't do anything- can not cancel the order, can not adjust the price, can not refund me, can not get manager. FRUSTRATING. Since she was unable to refund the $5 I told her to go ahead and cancel the entire order. She said she removed the item, but I would have to wait 1-2days for a support person to call me back, at which time I MIGHT get a refund, NO guarantee she said! Mind-boggled, so I have NO item ordered, and I MIGHT get a refund, hold up. She kept trying to end the call, and I demanded to speak w/ a manager. After an hour, I finally spoke to a manager, who spoke fast and said she could cancel or refund the 5$, FINALLY, you'd think I'd asked for a unicorn and a pot of gold. So now I am hoping my account ACTUALLY gets refunded in the designated 2-10 business days. Shipping she said would be 3-7 business days. At this point I'll be surprised if I receive either. No reference number, just said to call back if I have issues. Overall, very unpleasant experience, useless customer service agents, I will NEVER order from here again.

I sent a shirt in for a return about 3 or 4 weeks ago and have not heard a single thing. They haven't changed the status on (apparently I still have it). I feel like I've been pretty much ignored with this. I like buying from fanatics, but if this is how they are going to conduct the return process I feel a little gun-shy about buying from them anymore because if something comes in wrong it doesn't look like I'll be able to return it.

I ordered a hoodie for my girlfriends birthday and received a email from fanatics.com confirming my shipment. Upon trying to contact the shipping provider, I encountered the most rude and noninformative customer service I have ever received. They told me they have no idea where my package is and that it is in limbo and to contact the seller. Which I did only to find they have no number, just chat and email. To which then, I contacted Demitrius to chat with and as soon as I sent my message about my problem he then disconnected from the chat leaving me with no answers. I will never order from here again. And I will advise everyone I know to do the same.

After reading the reviews for fanatics (and almost every other site for buying college sportswear from i could find) I was initially incredibly sceptical about buying anything, especially since alot of the reviews had a range of complaints and a range of customers (people buying from US, Canada, europe).

Seeing as though I can't really buy american college gear from anywhere else I thought I'd take a chance.

Ordered 2 pairs of shorts on October 7th and they just arrived now on 20th October.

The tracking information was stuck in the first stage for a while "Shipping data uploaded" (5 days to be exact) but when it updated again to say that it had been processed. I was getting new status updates daily (Left warehouse, arrived at "Border crossing" (airport?), left border crossing, arrived in the UK, etc etc.)

The items are exactly what I ordered and in the correct sizes.

I also noticed that the Android Fanatics app (where I ordered from) has a 4.5 star rating from about 8500 reviews... which is quite a contrast to the reviews I found on this site and others.

After this experience I would definitely use Fanatics again.

I am beyond frustrated with this company. I ordered an Indianapolis Colts jersey case from Fanatics for a gift and received a New England Patriots Jersey case instead. I called the company and reported this requesting a new item and sent the package back to the manufacturer. The next day I receive an email from someone at fanatics saying the manufacturer needs more information and needs pictures to confirm before taking any corrective action. Luckily, I took photos of the item (which fanatics did not instruct me to do initially) and sent the return email. I again called to discuss with someone my situation and have a time situation as this is a gift and given the mistake on fanatics end, I needed this corrected. I was assured that a replacement item would be sent. Another day goes by and I receive the same email from someone at fanatics from the manufacturer stating they need pictures before anything will happen. I resent the pictures and email, called again, requested to speak to a supervisor and was told the item would probably be shipped to me soon. I am now past the date for the gift and am ready to cancel the order, do business elsewhere and do not recommend anyone doing business with this company. Mistakes happen, but when they refuse to fix them, I would rather spend more money somewhere else. Today I will have to call for the 4th time to get a refund, cancel my order and have not received my item or even reassurance that the correct original item I ordered and have paid for, is being shipped.

Frustrated beyond belief.
