If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I purchased 2 hats on October 18,2016. 37 days later, the hats still had not arrived, even after numerous complaints. Each time I was told they were having "system" problems. In reality, I suspect they use the drop ship method of "merchandising" and actually have no idea of quantities on hand with their suppliers.
I was originally charged $51.94 as soon as I placed the order. However, the order still showed "submitted" on their website even 37 days later. I complained several times and was eventually refunded $15.59 after about two weeks but still no hats. Eventually, after 37 days, they finally sent me an email stating that the hats were not available. They offered to refund me $14.71 for one hat and $6.05 for the other, but this doesn't add up. I will do the math for them: $51.94 - original price. Attempted refunds $15.59 plus $14.71 plus $6.05 equals $36.35 (not $51.94). Where is the other $15.59?
In the end, they refunded the full amount and then offered me two $10 discounts for my next order, but all I wanted was my original $$$$ back. I would NEVER do business with this pitiful company again anyway.
How does a company like this stay in business? There are literally hundreds of bad reviews on various review websites with pretty much the same story over and over.

Ordered a jumper, being in AUS I realise it'll take a while to come. Nothing after a month. Contact them and the ship another one, 2months after my original order has been placed still nothing and they think refunding the SHIPPINGCOST only is ok? I don't think so. I'm not even getting responses to my emails now asking for an update on either item. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Useless at every aspect

I ordered a NY Jets football jersey for a friend of mine with his last name on the back of the shirt. I paid $58 for it when all was said and done, and when it came, it was from CHINA, there was no packing slip, and when I opened up the jersey, THE NAME WAS SPELLED WRONG! It was supposed to be BARDEN, and it arrived as BARDE! When I send an email to *******@servicecentre100.com, I was told that yes, they made a mistake, but will not make good on the shirt, and will not refund my money! Not only do I have a jersey that can't be given as a gift because the name is wrong, but I'm out more than $50! I am BEYOND PISSED! I have again tried to get in touch by email, and now they won't respond! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

I ordered 5 items on 10/07/2016 for my husband's birthday on 10/29. I emailed on 10/14 because the items were still in process and not shipped. No response to my email inquiry. I called 10/18/2016. They promised me the items would be shipped and out to me before Friday. I get a tracking number that says all 5 items are shipping the next day. Sunday 10/23 i get a package. 2 of the 5 items, are missing. 1 of the items i did get, had the University of Utah on the front and Rutgers on the back. No, that is not going to work. I call 10/23 and state 1 of the items has 2 different universities on it, i need a new one. I ask where the two missing items are. I am on the phone for 45 minutes. The representative assures me the mistake will be corrected and the other two items are on their way. I inform her i need them by friday 10/28 they are a birthday present. She reassures they will be there. Friday comes and goes, no package. I call monday 10/31, where are my items? The customer rep says to me (i cannot make this up) "oh no one has done anything with it. It isn't made or shipped" Well, i was charged $132.00 for all these items on 10/07. I've so far received two items, that together cost less than $20.00. Where are my items? I wait on hold another 45 minutes. One items is no longer in stock. They will have the warehouse ready the other two now, they will overnight tomorrow. Okay. 11/03 i get an email both items are shipping. 11/04, i get one item, in the wrong size. Other item, missing. Unbelievable. I would call but lucky for them i have bronchitis and cannot talk easily. I'll dispute the charge through my bank.

Whatever you do, do not order merchandise from Fanatics. Not only did they not deliver merchandise as promised, but they still have not responded to my email. I have tried to call. Nothing. And... unbelievably... they billed me for the order. It's a scam.

Awful experience plan BAD ordered item on 26th oct and all customer service says it was ship on 7th of nov...? Why charge me if it takes weeks to herb me! Used shop runner too but why bother like all others I'm pissed!

Paid $30 for one day shipping and jersey hasn't arrive in 3 days. When I tried to return the order, I was only refunded the price of the jersey so they kept the extra $30. Cheap scam of a company. Shut them down immediately.

I placed an order on 10/18/2016 and it is still in 'new' status, my card was charged on the same day. I have contacted customer service twice and I get no explanation as to why my order hasn't shipped and they said my order was too late in the process to be canceled but will waive the $5 return label fee. BULL$#*!! I will NEVER order from fanatics.com again and will tell everyone I know not to do so either, we are BIG sports fan and are constantly ordering new things for our favorite teams but will NEVER use this website again! I am going to file a dispute with my credit card company since fanatics.com refuses to cancel my order and refund my money.

I placed an order for 2 shirts on 10/18/16 and received an email on 10/25/16 that they have not received shipping confirmation but are working diligently with fulfillment center to provide an update. The email stated that I can call to cancel the order. Since this was a gift that I needed I called to cancel the order so I can have the money refunded and place an order on another site so I can receive in time for my boyfriend's birthday. When I called the representative said that it was too late in the process to cancel (even though the email stated that I can), but she said that she will expedite my order and it should ship out in 2 days. I waited 3 days and still never received confirmation. I called back and was told that my order was lost, re-entered back into the system but could not be given a time frame of when I would receive it and could also not be refunded. I just called again and spoke to a supervisor and was told the same thing. Apparently there was a glitch in the system and thousands of online orders did not go through. What makes this even more frustrating is that my dad placed an order 2 days later than me for the same items and HE ALREADY RECEIVED IT. The supervisor said the orders that were part of the glitch have been pushed back because of new orders coming in, which is very frustrating and no way to treat customers. They should be working MORE to fulfull orders that have been placed before new ones. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM FANATICS AGAIN. The fact that NOBODY is able to give me a timeframe of when I will receive my order, but they are ensuring me that it is NOT LOST is very disheartening. I am now out $$ and had to spend more $$ so that I can have my gift on time.
****UPDATE: I did receive the refund and finally did receive the order yesterday BUT ONE SHIRT WAS MISSING. When I called I was given no explanation as to why but told that "they will expedite and ship it within 2-3 days" I've been told this so many times in the past few weeks that it's actually comical at this point. I did however get $10 fan credit for the inconvenience. I guess I'll use it to purchase something for Christmas 2017 since that's when I'll most likely receive it!

My first order arrived with one shirt when I ordered five. They told me to wait to see if the items shipped in another package. A week later I told them I didn't have my shirts. Nine days later I still have an order that still says processing. It has been 28 days total and I don't have what I ordered. I will never order from them again. Horrible. I will stick with Amazon and Ebay.
They gave me fan cash for my missing items, but I still don't have what I ordered. Fan cash is WORTHLESS as you will never get your products.
Just give me my money back. I have spent a couple of hours now contacting you guys for missing items. Ordering new clothes / sports memorabilia should fun. My teams suck, and Fanatics makes it worse.
Stop advertising on TV and take care of the customers you "had."

This is the worst $#*!in company out there, so if you want to fork over cash just to have your jersey not even ship for two weeks, then I would highly recommend this piece of $#*! company.

This place is a total scam! They take you order, which they claim will fill in 7-10 business days. Two weeks later, still NOTHING... Don't waste your time!

Like many other people on this review site have commented. I ordered World Series gear for the games this week with 1-day shipping and paid the ridiculous fee to have my stuff on time. 5 DAYS LATER STILL HASN'T SHIPPED! Keep getting lame excuses from customer service about how their sorry about their terrible service and want to give me coupons for my next order which is insane because I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Good customer service would be to remove my overnight shipping fee and send my items ASAP!

Between here and their sister company I have placed 2 orders.
Both orders were delayed with "technical issues". I received the sister company order, but spent an hour with customer service trying to sort that one out.
I have received 2 of 15 items from fanatics.com thus far, and have spent at least two hours with customer service trying to resolve this.
I placed both orders on Sept 30.

I will never shop here ever again. I had the worst experience. When I made my orders online which was a women's T-shirt and men's jersey, it stated both items were in shock and I also paid extra for shipment in 48 hrs. I made my transactions on a Monday night and did not expect for them to go through until Wednesday and then received my items on Friday. This seem to make sense but this is not the way it went. First, my jersey that I had purchased was not in shock and the warehouse refunded my money. No email was sent explaining this and I had to figure it on my own. Second, things are not shipped out until 3 days later and of course weekends are excluded. So what is the point of paying extra money to receive items if they are being standard shipping. The customer service reps on the phone were EXTREMELY poor and gave the worst service. Reps spoke to me in any way they wanted as I'm not the customer and continued speaking over me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Long story short, I will not recommend this company to anyone. You will be better off purchasing items off of nfl.com or simply off the website of the team of your desire. You will thank reading this post in the long run...

I placed an order on 10/17/16. My credit card was charged on 10/18/16 but when I track my package there is no information about it and when I called customer service today to cancel my order it was already at the "getting ready to leave warehouse" stage and could not be canceled. How convenient. Supposedly I will be getting it in 7-10 days. This is the worse company I have ever ordered on line with. Will never order from them again.

I placed an order on Aug. 8th. And I still don't have the product that I already paid for back in August. I still have my confirmation email for the purchase. I've sent several email trying to get some info. My first email was answered with "its back ordered". But every email since then I've gotten no response. Honestly an order that is purchased on the 8th of this month and now were at the 25th and the only shipping information given is data upload. Is it being sent or not I would have thought within 15 days it would have been shipped by now. I'm always online ordering and this is by far one of the worst tracking features whether its not working or it hasn't been sent its ridiculous.

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying.
