I have not done a lot of online shopping, and went into the purchase of items blindly from Fanatics.com. After purchasing and receiving confirmation, I went through the reviews on this site of Fanatics. I was very worried that I wouldn't get my items, or that the service would be poor because the reviews were not good. I live in Canada and received my items within 1 1/2 weeks. I love the products I received and will definitely order from them again.
I purchased a Chicago Cubs championship hat and paid no shipping when I ordered it, free shipping with promo code. When I did receive the hat, the Cubs emblem was crooked. So now in order to return it, I am supposed to use the return label it was sent with. Using that label it will deduct $5.50 from my total refund coming back to me. Why should there be a charge to send back a hat I was dissatisfied with and lose on the shipping costs I didn't pay for in the first place? What a scam! If I originally paid shipping costs, I could see but I didn't, the site offered it free. Is this a way of getting free money from people? I too went to put in a request for a return like another customer did straight from the email and it said it couldn't find it. Horrible customer service. I will not buy from this site ever again and I'll be sure to spread the news.

You won't get the merchandise you order until the second coming of Christ. These people are very unprofessional. I'd rather give my money to the kid running a screen printer out of his parents garage than these people. I've had an order in for almost 2 weeks now and it still hasn't been fulfilled. Maybe you guys should focus on filling your already placed orders instead of spamming my inbox with "Buy This" garbage. News flash, people aren't going to give you more money if you haven't even put an effort in to ship them their stuff they ordered weeks ago.

Really wish I had read the reviews of this company. I ordered a hoodie on October 4th - 6 weeks ago - and my order status is still 'new'. They keep adding 'Fancash' to my account - like I'm ever going to order from them again. Basically, they have stolen $110 from me.

I placed an order on 10-22-16 and i still haven't received anything! I tried to cancel my order but they told me i couldnt because the order is being processed. Smh I'm letting my bank deal with them because I'm done trying.

I ordered 5 items Nov 3. I have emailed customer service several times and I get ridiculous answers. "You ordered Special Event" items and will ship by Nov 16. When I placed my order that was not specified. All the items Ordered are IN STOCK in stores. I was immediately charged and was trying to avoid the hassle of a dispute. I was told their vendors have not sent merchandise to them at this time. I'm wondering if anything I ordered is legitimate at all. I stressed to them I am leaving town and will not be back for a couple weeks. These were items for this trip. I was not offered any 1day shipping or anything. Instead I feel they were urging me to cancel my order. Today I see 2 items shipped, but my tracking will not update for 12 days."?!?! I order online a lot and I will tell you, this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had.

I'm sure by now everyone can see the trend. Order products and hope they show up... My latest order has shown "NEW" for two weeks and no updates. There is NO Customer Service to speak of. Everything is automated right down to the email inquire responses. Try calling? Don't bother, it's the same... Put on hold music loop for as long as you can bear to stand it.

Tried order shirts for the big game of the season twice and they showed up 2 weeks late each time. We paid for expedited shipping and they even screwed us out of that return!

Out of the blue my husband's tshirt arrived on 11/14/16. (first of 6 items ordered) My husband wasn't a Cubs fan prior to the series! I am the Cubs lifer and HE gets a tshirt - the irony was not lost on me!

Ordered a Men's Pro Line Gold Pittsburgh Steelers pullover hoodie with Le'veon Bell's last name and number on the hoodie. When it arrived, it had a horrible chemical smell (similar to the smell of vinegar). Allowed it to air out for almost a week, but the smell still remained. Decided to wash (inside out, by itself, gentle cycle). When it came out, most of the white background on the numbers was cracked and peeling off. Can't return because it is considered "customized". OH WELL... lesson learned.

I ordered two items from this website, but unfortunately the items were too small. I returned the item using their return label (big mistake.) The label the company asked me to use had a bogus number on it that couldn't be tracked at all not even my the post office. The company tried to keep the items and my money. I had to fight with them and file a dispute with paypal for over a month.

I ordered a personalized jersey as a birthday gift. I called the next day to see if I needed to change the size and found that the size I ordered was fine. I was assured that the order would ship on 11/8 and I paid for two day delivery so I would have the product in time. The next day I received an email stating my identity couldn't be verified so my order was cancelled. I called immediately to resolve the issue and was told that they tried to call me to verify and my number was disconnected. My number had never been disconnected and I never received a call. I was told that they would need to verify my identity in order to reorder. I stayed on the line for a million questions and the call was disconnected. I called the next day and asked if I could reorder and get the product in time for the birthday. The guy said yes but I would have second charge on my account until the first one reversed. I was fine with it as I really wanted this gift. I reordered and was assured that I would have my product by 10am on 11/12. I doubted the information I received so I called the next day to make sure they were sending my order. Again, I was told that my order had been cancelled and they wanted me to reorder. That would have made almost $600 charge on my account with no guarantee of receiving the gift. I contacted the online help and was told to "contact loss prevention"... already tried that. No one really cares that they totally ruined a birthday surprise and how disappointed I am that they now have $400 of my money and I have no gift. I will never order from this company again and I will make sure that no one I know does either. Not that they will care because apparently they are very busy with all the business that my one little order doesn't matter. Do yourself a favor and check out other companies first or you may be left disappointed too. I order online for almost everything I buy and have never had this happen.

I've ordered multiple items from Fanatics and I am pleased every time. Buying from Fanatics is always a pleasure. Once I see "Ship by the end of the day Monday", and I wait for my package, I sit there and wait for it to come. Every time, I am pleased. I recently purchased two orders for a Michigan State $#*! and sweater & I received them within 7 days. Just in time for the play offs! I love Fanatics and I plan on using to buy all my sportswear. I've been ordering from them since 2008 never had a issue if I did have a minor issue customer service was great. I spoke with Tierra on 11/7 she's the best agent there. She made sure I was well taken care of. There products are the best shipping is a Lil slow but it's worth it

I ordered a hat with 2 day shipping. It was sent 4 days later FedEx Smartpost. (which on FedEx's site shows will take at least 3 days). Well, it has been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. Customer service (if you can get them to respond, I sent 2 emails that were ignored and waited on hold for 30 minutes) does not seem to care. I was told it takes 2-10 business days to process orders, then they apply the shipping method requested (but not in this case!). Plenty of legitimate places to shop so stay away from this site!
I order about 10-15 items well over three weeks ago. It said ships within 3-5 days on every single item, yet NOTHING have even left the warehouse. I've sent several emails and won't ever get a response on what is going on.
I had similar issues last time I ordered so this will definitely be the last time.

I ordered a NFL Hodies and they gave me. Tracking number but I never got delivery. So I called a lasership but, thet said never pick that up from sender. I called a fanatics but nobody didn't give me any update and told me that someone will contact me within 24-48 hours but, nobody updated me. So I told them to cancel the order but, they can't. They told me to wait. Another 24-48 hours. Nobody called me. I called them again and they said out of stock. I waited 3 weeks but all they can do refund the money.
They got worst services.
Nobody buy anything from them.

Answer: I have no experience ordering from Australia so I'm afraid I will be of no help. I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics.
