Twice in the last month I have ordered from Fanatics. The first order was for my grandson, a Dallas Cowboy shirt, hoodie and shorts. The shorts never arrived and finally I received a refund. A couple of weeks later I ordered two Co. State Univ t shirts and hair clips. Within a couple of days I got notice one of the t-shirts had shipped and then this morning I see a refund for the other t shirt and hair clips. I don't know why they have this merchandise on their website if they can't fill the order? I'm very disappointed as I know my daughter and grandson will be.

Cubs jersey
November 28, 2016

I placed an order for a cubs jersey for my son last night with this business. But after reading these reviews I am already regretting it. This is what he wants most for Christmas. Most of the reviews I have read indicate they have not received their order in a timely manner or at all. If I do not receive the jersey within the time frame that I am supposed to. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as my credit card company.

I ordered a hat for my son in law for his birthday, "Men's New Era Graphite Arizona Cardinals Salute to Service" 4 times the order was cancelled/refunded even though their web site still showed the hat was available. On the forth try I called their customer service to ensure it was available. By the way, prepare to wait 30 minutes before their customer service answers. Never got it. They refuned me but the refund was a dollar under what I paid. WTF

I ordered a jersey off of this website. My order went through and I got my confirmation number and all. Then a week later I never got any notifaction that my item had shipped so I went on my account only to find out my order had been cancelled. I then called customer service and they notified me that my item was out of stock. Fine but I still never got an email to notify me of this or to let me know when my refund would go through. Once I got my refund I realized they didn't give me my full amount back. They charged me the sales tax on an item I never even received! So I called customer service and easily got my sales tax back but what frustrates me the most is the fact that they are stealing people's money on sold out products. Why would you still have a product up for sale on a website that is out of stock? Oh probably because people will still order the item and when they don't receive it they don't get their full amount back that they paid for it and don't even realize it so fanatics is just making money by screwing people off of sales tax on an item they don't even have in stock. Ridiculous and wrong I will NEVER order from here again.

I ordered a customized football jersey and realized that I should have placed the order for a basketball jersey. I chatted with an on line representative (live chat) within 10 min of placing the order. They would not let me change or cancel the order. I also spoke with customer service with no resolution. This is an unacceptable policy. I would have understood if I had waited longer than a day where perhaps the customized order had been already underway but this was 10 minutes. Will not deal with this company in the future and found this to be extremely disappointing as a consumer. A supervisor should have had the authority to reverse this transaction.

Uncommon Customer Service

I recently posted a review of this company. After several correspondences with one of the managers. It was discovered that I was duped by a website posing as Fanatics. They had EVERYTHING copied from the legit site perfectly. Unfortunately, I am not the only person who has been ripped off. The site I used is: "http://www.fanaticoutletshops.com". They are out of China and their prices are indeed, too good to be true! I had a custom NFL jersey made. A.) it looked like crap, b.) they misspelled my name, and will not make good on the refund. My apologies to the REAL Fanatics.com. Sometimes this world just sucks!

Ordered two hats in middle of September 2016. Didn't receive what I ordered, called customer service, they sent replacement hats. The replacement hats were the same ones I had received in first shipment. Called customer service again to return items for refund. Sent all 4 hats back, two in each box with return information enclosed and their labels on box last week in September 2016. Called numerous times in October 2016 because I didn't receive a refund. End of October I called, customer service agent acknowledge items had been received and was told I would receive my refund on Nov 4th. Called again on Nov 14th, was told customer service agents that took my calls didn't issue a ticket to process the refund correctly. One was created on 11/14/2016 and I received an issue id number. Today, 11/23/2016 called again, no refund, I was told that I would have to wait 2 to 10 days for the refund from 11/14/2016 and not to expect it before 11/28/2016. Business days are Monday through Friday. I communicated with Fanatics on numerous days with no response back from them by phone or email. I used paypal for payment and followed their resolution site instructions, an email was sent to Fanatics regarding transaction and still received no response from Fanatics. I will never order another item from Fanatics or their affiliates.

I purchased a t shirt and temporary tattoos for a football game, the tattoos came in a month after the expected date and I never received the shirt I paid for. I contacted them and a week later they responded and said they were resending me the tattoos. I had to reiderate that I needed the shirt not the tattoos, days later I got an email saying the shirt was no longer available. It took nearly 2 1/2 months to come to that conclusion and get the BS sorted out. All the responses are automated and never once spoke with a real person which prolonged the entire thing. Save your money.

Fanatics Sucks!

I ordered two hats from them on October 22nd and now it is November 21st and I still haven't received my hats. I've called and talked to a different lady 5 times and all you get is a few buck fan cash for your troubles but still no confirmation on when you should receive your stuff. First they lost my package and the only way I found that out was by calling and asking. After that they reprocessed my ordered and add next day shipping to it. But don't let that fool you it still takes 4 days for them to supposedly ship it and I waited another week to find out that one of the items I've ordered is out of stock now and unavailable. There shipping sucks and is slow. Their return policy is slow and drawn out. The company sucks and I would strongly advise you or whoever reads this not to order anything from them. Especially for Christmas. Go to Ebay, Amazon, the team store or East Bay. They are all better companies than Fanatics! Never Again.

Not ready for ecommerce

I ordered, entered the code for free shipping "40ship" and received confirmation that shipping charges were removed. I then received an email confirming my order that included shipping charges. I had to wait 20 minutes on hold to speak with someone and ultimately canceled the order in order to be sure I wasn't charged shipping. Nice site, great selection, terrible back office. Too bad.

I ordered a men's large personalized MLB T shirt online. Upon arrival, I realized that the shirt was aggressively too small. It fit like a youth medium on me, while all of my other shirts fit just fine as men larges. After being on hold for 20 minutes I am told that there is no way for me to get my money back or exchange for a larger size because it is a personalized item. In other words, they could care less about you after they've got your money. Customer support for whatever this company is putting out needs to be heavily rejustified as I was scammed out of $35.

Extremeley disappointing. I ordered post-season merchandise from Fanatics on 10/2. It wasn't until 10/10 one of my items shipped. On 10/11, the second item was cancelled. By the time I received the sweatshirt it was after all post season games -- one of the primary reasons I ordered the shirt. On top of it, the quality, fit and sizing is so off the shirt is unwearable. Went to the site to use their "returns center" which wouldn't recognize my email and order number. Little did I know my husband had problems with quality and sizing of Fanatics merchandise as well. First and last time customer.

Awful company

The worst company I have ever bought from. I ordered an item over 4 weeks ago. They took the payment right away of course but the item has yet to even ship out to me. Supposedly there was a mistake on their end with the order. When I told them I wanted to cancel it and order form somewhere else... they told me I couldn't. Then they sent me $10 back. Really? $10 when I spent a few hundred. I will never use this company again and I wouldn't reccomend it to anyone. EVER!

Highly unprofessional

I ordered a shirt on November 6 to be sent to a friend for his birthday-the site said that the item would ship out November 16 at the latest. It was not so I called today and they told me the item actually wasn't in stock and that they wouldn't know when it would come back in stock. It is ridiculous I had to call to see what was going on with my order when the site planned to send it by a certain date and it's absurd I was not emailed a notification that it was out of stock (nor was there a notification on the website both today or on the day that it was ordered noting that it was no longer available). I canceled the order via phone but have yet to receive an email confirming this.
