Horrible!

I placed an order on 11/20/16 confirmation of order was sent same day. Email stating my order was shipped on 11/22/16... still waiting on my order! A label for shipment was created with FedEx on 11/22/16 but the package was not sent to FedEx. But of course they took my money on the day I ordered. I have called customer service 5 times... different story every time I call. The first couple of times I called they told me they were very sorry and that I would have my order the week of 12/5/16. That week came and went and no order! Called back on 12/9/16 and they said that they were sending a ticket to the warehouse and someone would email within 24-48 hours. Never received any communication from them. Called back again on Monday 12/12/16 spoke with a supervisor, she stated that she didn't know why they haven't shipped and she was re-shipping the items and that she had sent a message to the warehouse and they had 24 hours to respond to her and then she would call me back and let me know what was going on in the morning (which is today). Didn't receive a call so of course I called back... then I am told that the re-ship would go out on 12/15/16 (tomorrow) and it would take 2 to 5 days for processing and then they would overnight it to me if it was still in stock. Well seeing that these items were Christmas presents I don't think that will work! This company is horrible. I am not sure who is running this business but you need to examine your processes! I would be embarrassed if my name was associated with a company such as this one. As a business person myself I understand that things are sometimes out of our hands but don't represent yourself/company as having these products and taking peoples money when you will never be able to fill the order. This has been dragging on for almost a month and still no resolution... that is simply BAD BUSINESS! The customer service people have been extremely nice I feel sorry for them having to deal with this crap all day every day!

Sucks in General

I am a college student and returning home soon. I ordered a shirt for my dad for Christmas and it said the order would ship at the LATEST on monday the 12th. It is now the 13th and the order has still not shipped and I am leaving school on friday the 16th. I would not be able to get the gift on time at this point, so I called to cancel the order. The phone service was terrible because I could barely hear the girl speaking. I do not know if they actually cancelled the order or not because I simply could not hear. I am very disappointed with the service and the "shipping" time frame. I will never order from here again and I advise everyone else not to also. I am a broke college student, so if I do not get my money back, I will be even more upset.

Unacceptable

For years we have been ordering from this company for our son for Christmas but this year will be the last! I made two separate orders with several items on each of them, in November. As I have heard nothing from them or seen any parcels as of yet, I waited 25 minutes to live chat with someone only to find out that parts of my orders have shipped and another has not! No notification whatsoever! It is now the middle of December and it is very unlikely that my son will get this under the tree! I'm very upset to say the least! So then I ask the rep if the "if it doesn't arrive by the 23rd it's free" apply to me? The answer is NO! Only if I ordered in December! Wow! No parcels and no explanation at the middle of December! If I had time to order these items elsewhere I would send it all back! They have lost a loyal customer in me!

Aweful! STAY AWAY!

I had to place 3 orders at separate times, because they cancelled the orders that were "unavailable at the time of my order". Website showed "Less than 5 in stock" so I ordered 4. It was cancelled. A week later, I tried to order again, because it appeared that they had stock again.
Bottom line was that they did credit my account for the orders, however they claimed that because I used the coupon price, they will keep the billing for the non coupon price. The total billing on my account was 324.43 and they credited 299.70. It cost me 24.73 to get nothing.

Horrible customer service kept sending me same EMAIL over and over none of which made any sense. Nothing about my order just kept blaming it on another department... 3 day mail BS also says if you don't get in 3 days it's free... well it's been 10 days. They are liars...

Poor customer service
December 12, 2016

Placed an order 11/20, when it failed to come I checked and it said "refunded". I did not cancel the order or receive any notice other than the order was received and I would be notified when shipped. I had to wait 20 minutes at least for live chat and then they referred me to a phone number not on website. I was then told there was a system error that occurred in June that caused many future orders on any sister websites to be flagged as fraudulent and automatically cancelled (she also said the system error didn't affect all orders?). They said they had no way to notify people and to be rest assured, there was no security breach. Don't think I feel reassured. As for the order, half of it was no longer available and couldn't get in time for Christmas anyway. Now that I have seen all the other reviews on SiteJabber I will not be ordering from Fanatics ever again.

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered an MLB Jersey for my son for Christmas, needless to say I will be scrambling to find another gift now! I ordered this item on November 25th, with the ship date being December 1st. After two emails, I got no reply... When I contacted them via phone, they could not give me an explanation as to why it had not shipped. Horrible, horrible service!

TRUST THESE BAD REVIEWS

Wow I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a tank top for my sister for Christmas and this company has royally screwed that up. And their customer service is HORRENDOUS.

I ordered a shirt and it got sent out a couple days later. When I checked with USPS, I found out that the package was not deliverable due to invalid address and it was therefore going to be returned to the shipper. When I spoke with the post office supervisor, he confirmed that when Fanatics processed my order, they left a critical # off of the Suite # to my office and that's why the post office couldn't deliver.

Side note: Yes, the post office should have called me and made more of an effort but the story doesn't end there.

So I live chat Fanatics and explain that my package is being returned to them and asked them to re-ship it but GUESS WHAT - their company policy does not allow the re-shipping of items. Something both I and the post office supervisor when I told him found to be RIDICULOUS. Things happen, packages get incorrectly returned to sender. Never in my life has a company said to me, "sorry, you just have to get a refund." Are you joking? JUST RESEND THE PACKAGE.

So I called customer service anyway to see if there was ANYTHING they can do and the woman I spoke with just read off of her little script about how there's nothing they can do and I can try reordering the item but SURPRISE it's not in stock anymore.

Worthless company with horrible customer service and policies. Never ordering from them again and neither are my 5 other family members who have given this company a lot of money.

Don't waste your time. Order from a legitimate company.

Hello McKenna, thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to cause you so much frustration. We understand completely why you have this interpretation of our "RTS" policy. Unfortunately, it is just not possible for our returns processing team to re-ship packages that get returned to sender. At any given time during the year the warehouse team send/receives thousands of packages a day. During the holidays, that number is usually quintupled at least. We used to have a policy where we could look for and reship packages that are returned, but it just is not a feasible task at this point in time and we do truly apologize for the frustration and upset this causes. Worst Experience Ever!

First of all when I first placed my order I paid for three day shipping. When I called to ask what time and day my order would be received they said its three days after its processed out of the warehouse, so technically it would have taken 6 days because orders are processed in three days. Nowhere on the order information I printed out does it state that. It was a gift for my husband so I wanted it to be here on the 4th of December for his birthday. I placed the order on the 29th of November and I still have not received it. It was one Item and it did not say anything about it being in back Order. When I called today Santrion said that it should have been shipped already but she didn't know why and she would make a ticket to the warehouse. After making a ticket she said it will take 3 days before she can have an answer. THATS NOT A GOOD ANSWER! That's just telling me I have to wait longer. They make you wait on hold for such a long time just to speak to Manager. Its almost like they want you to forget about it and hang up. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN! I always shop online and I've never had this problem with any other website. Ordering from Fanatics not only was the worst ordering experience but my Husband still does not have his birthday gift and he wanted it before we went on our vacation last week. I was offered $10 on my next order but why in the world would I order from here again. In the end they did nothing about my order being shipped sooner. I was given $15 back on my order which I will get in of course 3 to 10 business days and an answer of my order will be her anytime this week. This is the worst website to order from

Fanatics. Crap!

Ordered two NFL team tee-shirts and a hoodie sweatshirt, from NFL.com. Instead of NFL, received extremely poor quality tee-shirts Fanatics.com. Quality is so poor I could see through both tee-shirts and one XXL size is equal to a medium in other brands. I never got the hoodie and Fanatics. Crap said they would give me an "order credit" for the $59 hoodie!. Tee's were $35 and $29 but not worth $3! Products are CRAP, CRAP, CRAP! Return label charges $5.50 each against my account and I will contest that with my credit card company! Bull! Stuff!

I am so angry with myself for not reading these reviews first! I ordered on Dec. 3th - told it's still at the warehouse. I spoke with Chantel today and was told my order was cancelled and I will be refunded. Now, your comment says you're not sure if it can be canceled. Are you kidding me?! Thankfully I purchased with American Express - they'll get me my refund and deal with the BS!

Fraud City

Received 4 separate credit card charges for one jersey I agreed to pay $89.99 for. Not one of the charges is from the same vendor "name".(PlayersFanStore.com ($3.00), Namenshumck ($99.98?), and Fan**atics ($29). Classic sign of fraud. None of the charges are for the $89.99 with Free Shipping that I agreed to, with one being $20 more. No one has answered their phone at the so-called "Denver, CO" headquarters. After a google search I realized the given address a Safeway Grocery Store.
I asked for numerous refunds and have only received broken English replies of them beating around the bush. I never agreed to any additional, so called "shipping", "currency transfer" charges.

I ordered 6 jerseys for Christmas and spent almost $200, only 5 of them came. I am still missing one. They told me it was shipped in a separate package but gave me the tracking number to the order that was already delivered. When I checked my account and I was charge almost $13 more that what my receipt says, they claim the bank took it as a "handling fee" which is not mentioned anywhere on the website. Last but not least, one of the jerseys was too small so I asked to exchange it for a larger size. The response I got, in the most broken English possible was that shipping was too expensive so I should try to sell it or give it away and then order a new one. What happen to your return policy! Worst Experience ever! And I am still missing a jersey!

Terrible return policy

The return policy is terrible. My purchase was returned on November 21st and I am still waiting on the refund. They say 10 business days to process return and then another 10 business days to refund. Over a month to give me back money?

Worst experience ever

My wife and I are longtime Cubs fans. Wife has been a fan since toddler. Ordered two items to celebrate and their POS carrier LaserShip loses shipment. Says it was delivered, we were home that day never got it. Contacted CSR and they said it'll reship, a few hours later an email comes and say one is out of stock and being refunded. I don't want a refund, I want what I ordered. Now that Fanatics ruined our Xmas, I will never shop with them again.

Be care with order

Be sure you review your order and dont get in a hurry like I did. Customer service would not give me the item as it was prices on their site the day I bought it or even to check that day. I could not pull it up when using history so I had no way to prove the amount. And they said the discount did not apply to the items I bought. Check everything before you hit the purchase button and do a screen shot just to be sure. When I first ordered from them when they were a fledgling company they were great. The more times I order the worse it has gotten. Too big for their britches. They have lost me! And my family. They probably don't care..

My friend got into med school, so I wanted to ship him a sweatshirt from that university. So I purchased it. I have shoprunner so I should be getting the item in 2 days. A week passes. The item still hasn't shipped. I contact customer service. "Oh, sorry for the inconvenience, we will ship it tomorrow, problem with the processing. A bug." Another week passes. Still no shipment. I contact them again, get the same answer. I repeat this ad nauseum for a month, until eventually, they cancel the order. Despite the fact that I don't want to use Fanatics ever again, I have fan cash, which makes another order so cheap I can't resist another try, so I order a second item in the hopes that it will be sent this time. That was on Monday. It still hasn't sent. So the process begins again. I get the privilege of contacting them nonstop for the next month all over again.

I've used fanatics in the past and been pleased, I don't know what happened to them. How a retailer who's business is to ship me clothing survives when it's systems are so buggy that they never actually ship the clothing is beyond me. They literally can't perform the most basic and important of functions to their business.

Save your time. Shop literally anywhere else. It's worth it.

I purchased 2 items on November 28th, sent them back to fanatics a day after receiving them. It is now January 7th and I have not been reimbursed for the items. This process is WAY too long, and I was told I would be reimbursed 2-10 days after. Please give me my money back.

It is not abnormal for the screen printed item to have a smell initially because of the chemicals used to produce the item - but we are surprised to hear that the Nike item that was shipped in a separate package also has a strange smell. Horrible

I would not ever use this site if you plan on possibly having to return anything and or need something quick. In the first case, I had to return something. I mailed it back and over a month later had to reach out to them and say something about my return in order for it to even be processed into the system. The next day I got an email telling me it was processed and I would be receiving a refund in 2-10 days. It's been 20 days... still nothing. Then just this week I ordered an item that I needed specially for this weekend. I spoke with two separate people on the phone who both ensured me if I ordered these items that day (Monday) and paid for next day shipping that my items were guaranteed to be here by Friday. Items shipped Wednesday, should have arrived Thursday, checked the tracking number only to find out my items will not arrive until next Wednesday. When I called and spoke with two separate people they both tried to blame the shipping company and basically told me that there was nothing they could do and that I was out of luck. Some reliability. If you need items and you need to be sure you will get them when you need them and pay for them to arrive, this is not the site to ever order from.
