Don't Buy from them, their sizing is awful and they won't let you exchange for a different size. I bought this shirt from my girlfriend and she always wears a medium size shirt. When she put it on it looked like a youth shirt.

The shirt did arrive in a timely manner, and looked good just like in the picture.

But when I called the customer service to try and return the item to get a bigger size, they said that I would have to return the item at my own expense and then would have to reorder the item and pay the shipping again.

I would recommend buying a size or two bigger than normal if you do use them.

What a joke

Fake pictures of their merchandise. Prices jacked up 50% over legitimate sports official sites. I should have known better... fanatics is just another internet scammer.

Worst experience ever orders were lost and pending, I was given every excuse possible then told they refunded my money after 3rd call and checking tracking number then Shantel the supervisor thought it was funny, cancelled all orders and will never order anything again from fanatics

I ordered few things (very expensive) for my brother for christmas, I was waiting for an e-mail to inform me that my order was shipped but I never received it so I tracked my order and it was written "refunded" but I never receive a message saying it was cancelled and overall I never had my money refund! I ask a woman who works for them in the chat, she told me that she will submit a request, I had to wait for 2 days and I will receive the e-mail, it's been for days and still no news... That's a fake, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY, DON'T ORDER IN THIS SITE! THat's a shame! I want to have my money back!

Worst business ever
December 19, 2016

My husband and I both placed orders here over the last three weeks. I had items being mailed to my work address; he was having items mailed to our home address. We both received emails on December 7 and December 9 stating our items had been shipped. As of yesterday, neither of us had received the items we had ordered to our home address or work address. We both did the Instant Chat separately from our phones to get a status update on our orders- again two separate orders of two totally different items being delivered to two different addresses. We both got the same answer: "Oh, well the packages were delivered so they must have been stolen. I can't send out a new one because that product is now out of stock. I'll refund you the money and give you $20 in FanCash." Talk about rehearsed! We both told them to keep their FanCash because we would never order from them again. We've received about 20 total packages at both addresses throughout this month, but yeah, I'm sure the only packages that were stolen were the ones from your company, again at two different addresses. What a load of crap!

Cheat
December 18, 2016

When I placed my order for a cap for $17.99 with 4.99 shipping date 'by 12-23' they upped the shipping to 12.99. I then accepted delivery AFTER 12-23 to get the 4.99 shipping and after I paid with my mastercard and downloaded the transction they had charged me 23.39 for the cap and sent it to my address, not my grandsons, in another state. I called immediately and a guy was yelling out the reason for the call and when I said cancel he put me on hold with abrasive music playing loudly in my ear and after quite some time the phone went dead. I called my credit card within minutes and Fanatics had already sent the charge in. It's the old bait and switch with cheaper shipping and confusion and it worked. I was so glad to finally get to hit the bustton not realize they had upped the price and changed the shipping address.

Long story short. Shipping has been delayed over 2 weeks with no updates (LaserShip). 2 hours spent on hold on their customer service lines over the course of 3 days. Never spoke to a human. Several emails sent and ignored. Still haven't received my item. I have been ordering things online my whole life and the experience I had with fanatics and LaserShip has been the saddest, most pathetic excuse for a business. I have had better customer service from kids selling stuff on their parents eBay accounts.

Lack of Communication
December 18, 2016

I ordered an MLB jersey on the 21/11/16 and have had not communication of it's whereabouts even when I was told the tracking would be available.
It seems my item didn't get shipped until the 15/12/16, that's nearly a whole month after I ordered the item.
I was hoping to get this before christmas as promised on your website.
I emailed somebody and they just kept telling the same thing that made no sense.
Please tell me, will I get this before christmas?!

I ordered a New England Patriots jacket for my mom for Christmas. I placed my order on November 29th. It is now December 17th. I am beyond pissed off. I have only gotten one email saying that my order is processing. I have been constantly checking my order on the website and it still says it is processing. I am so disappointed and I don't know what the hell to do.

Fanatics sent a "customized" item without customization. They have deleted the item from the order page online on their website, but it shows on my PayPal account with payment made and a description of what I bought. Since it's no longer listed on Fanatics return site, however, I can't print a return form, and they conveniently did not send one with the item. I keep receiveing canned email responses to my emailed inquiries that tell me to return the item with the missing packing slip. Clearly no one is even reading my emails. I have sent copies of the PayPal itemized receipt and pictures of the incorrect item.

They will send you random wrong items then ask you to return and say they never received them. I paid for a $18 hat 3 times and was sent the wrong item each time. The items were promptly sent back only to be told were never received. I was on a bind because my son really wanted the hat and it was not available elsewhere. Total rip off. Plan to be on hold hours for a customer service rep as well.

Ordered a youth Liverpool shirt. Didn't hear from them for seven days, they claim order will ship in 15 days. Then they cancelled the order. Must be a mom and pop operation in the garage in Florida. Found the item in state just had to drive a little.

I ordered 3 Christmas presents on December 11,2016 and never received a confirmation email. That has happened before but it was a fraudulent website so I got very nervous. I called my bank right away to stop payment but they told me to call the number attached to the purchase first. I called spoke with a very helpful customer service rep Janeesa (sp), she tracked my order down and sent me the confirmation. She also told me my order was guaranteed to ship out on the 13th and that I would receive a confirmation with a tracking number once it shipped. The 13th came and I never received any tracking info! I started to get nervous again especially after reading the reviews of the shipping company they use! In the end all is good. My shipment arrived today (12/15) with everything I ordered! My only issue is they left the package at the front door. Luckily I had the package shipped to a family members house because I live in an apartment... or else anyone could have stole my package.

I ordered a Cubs World Series Championship sweater, on the night they won the Series Nov. 3, before going to bed. My order DID NOT ship until Nov. 16 and was incomplete missing one of the three items. It is now December 15 I have contacted Fannatics several times to inquire WHY my order wasn't met, as I surely wasn't the last one to order. All I have received is a generic reply from different customer service reps offering a $10 credit on my next purchase and advising me my account has been credited, of which I have verified it HAS NOT. Stay away from this company! They are obviously not the distributors of ALL items featured on their website, have a horrible follow up with paying customers, and truly are not worth dealing with.

Will wait to fully vent & possibly change rating once Fanatics & LaserShip has the opportunity to resolve this issues.

Received an email on 12/07/16 that my order has shipped, not only did this begin my timeframe but I was excited too. I had checked the Laser Ship website frequently to track these Christmas gifts that I purchased from Fanatics.com. The entire time until 9pm this evening on 12/14/16, LaserShip website stated that my shipment was on the truck. When I checked the most recent time, 9pm on 12/14/16 LaserShip website stated that my package was not only shipped but signed and left at my front door on Sunday 12/11/16 at 1pm. There are a few red flags with this. First, I live in an apartment building and all non-resident needs to be buzzed in. It being Sunday, I do what I usually do given this time of year, I sit home all day to watch the NFL football games. Not once did anyone buzz up, not once did I sign for anything, not once did I receive any package.

Hopefully this was a flukey scenario and that Fanatics.com and LaserShip has policy and procedures to address and solve issues like this.

Fanatics.com did reach out to me, they apologized and provided me with solutions. Originally the rating was a single star but most of my complaints rest with their product distributor, LaserShip. Even though I did not receive my package nor can I reorder because of the products no longer being available, I will rerate Fanatics four star for coming up with a swift and reasonable solution. I have ordered items in the past with no issues. Like mentioned above, hopefully this was a flukey issues given the season but if this keep happening, I would suggest Fanatics.com to cut ties with LaserShip.

I'll make a month long story short! Ordered a sweatshirt for my brother. The money was deducted instantaneous! When I ordered it was never mentioned item was out of stock. I got the run around for a week. Was even lied to by a very rude inexperienced customer service rep about a shipping date! I demanded a refund which would take 7-10 days. Day 8 I call my bank and was told Fanatics put a hold on the refund! My bank is now disputing the charge with Fanatics for an item I never received! They deserve a 0 for a review!
