Just like everyone else reviewing Fanatics.com, I too have been lied to. They give you the promo code "ONTIME" guaranteed delivery by 12-23, welp that didn't happen! Not only did the item not arrive. But 2 of the items that were on sale all of the sudden "not available". So 2 of the items I'm screwed out of and third hasn't arrived "ONTIME"!
Now this is after to the fact they the shirt that is no longer available, I had gotten from them when I ordered it the first time and they sent me a Women's shirt. No where in the description did it say women's shirt nor did I order it intended for a woman. It was for my 4 yr old boy.
And their resolution? We'll refund the money. No you had a shirt shown on sale, I ordered it, I want my damn stuff. Now expecting to have these items, I didn't look at any other sites. So now when I do, nobody has it in a kids size anymore.
Same as everyone else. Ordered on 12/14, paid for 2 day shipping. It's now xmas eve 4:58pm. Sat on hold on phone with lazership (another loser company) for 45 minutes. Lady just told me it's out for delivery and should be there by 9:30pm tonight. Worst company and customer service I've ever dealt with. Very disappointing to say the least.
Fanactics guaranteed delivery by 12/23/16 or the order was "on us." Still haven't received the order even after two desperate phone calls and discussions with their Customer Service Representatives since placing the order and since the tracking information never matched the guaranteed delivery date. My order was sent in two separate packages, and one has a delivery date of 12/27/16 and the other 1/3/17! I was told on both occasions to ignore the tracking info and was promised that the order would arrive as guaranteed. Totally not surprised after reading all of the other reviews that I got scammed. I still have not received my order. Called today for a refund, per their guarantee, and was informed that they would not be issuing refunds until 1/6/17, which makes me question if this business is trying to make their 2016 Profit and Loss Statement look better. Needless to say, I have filed a complaint against them with the FTC and the BBB, and I would encourage anyone else who feels they've been duped by Fanatics.com to do the same. It's actually quite easy and can be done online.
Ordered on the 12/16 using promo code ONTIME with the premise "Guaranteed to get there by 12/23 or it's free." I received 1 of the 2 items on 12/21, and for the other... the Fedex tracking was scheduled for delivery on 12/23 by 8pm, the detail said it was on the truck for delivery at 8:37am yesterday (12/23), and by 5:02pm, it was back at the local Fedex facility. I was home all day waiting for my order and Fedex never showed up... when I check the FedEx tracking now, the scheduled delivery is 12/27 by 8pm. Based on previous reviews, I doubt that my item will be free/refunded because Fanatics will just blame it on FedEx rather than take responsibility. I will give it a shot anyway. Here goes a lengthy "on hold" telephone call. I order from Fanatics a few times a year for my MLB gear and we may not have a choice to go elsewhere since all the major sports (shop.mlb.com for example) organizations actually utilize Fanatics to sell their merchandise online.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews but I thought this was worth it so that others may take into consideration before ordering. Here goes.
As a sports fan, I have ordered tons of stuff from Fanatics.com in the past. Probably in the neighborhood of $1,000+ over the years. I normally don't have issues but this latest order has made me decide to never buy from them again. On Dec 15th I ordered an Allen Robinson Salute to Service jersey since it was on sale for $120 vs the normal $160. This was to be a Christmas present for my brother. Considering the fact it was 10 days until Christmas I expected it might not get here in time (I only live 4 hours from their hub in Jacksonville). The website guaranteed delivery by Dec 23rd or my order was free. So I ordered and my PayPal was charged the same day.
I now see that this was a scam. Days went by and I never got a shipping confirmation email. Okay, no problem. Maybe my email filtered it. Never had any issues with them not sending my stuff in the past. The evening of Dec 22nd I got an email from PayPal saying I had been issued a full refund. Now it is effectively 2 days before Christmas and I have nothing to give my brother.
The reason I call this a scam is because instead of shipping the item and living up to their word of providing a refund (up to $65 according to the fine print), they decided not to give me my order at all and just issue a full refund. If the item was out of stock I would have appreciated an early email so I could find another product. In my opinion, this is a case of marketing misrepresentation. They offered an item for sale on their website for a discounted price and failed to deliver the goods. Now the item is relisted on their website for full price of $160 indicating that they are not out of stock.
Bottom line, to me it seems like they didn't want to sell at the listed sale price and are hoping to boost profits to make an extra $40 per jersey. I can tolerate slow shipping but I will not abide unethical business practices. My next stop is the BBB and I urge all other shoppers who have had similar issues to do the same.
I placed an order on the 14th. I paid extras for 2 day shipping. They guaranteed shipment by the 23rd. Its the 24th and I still don't have it. The tracking says expected delivery is the 29th. It's being delivered by USPS. They lied and scammed me out of extra money for shipping. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Where's my order? I too placed an order and as the site stated "get it by 12/23"! I've been waiting all day. I've had my gift boxes and wrapping paper on stand by. Now I have no gifts for my boyfriend?! How embarrassing!

I ordered two items from this site on December 13. Site said it would be delivered between 7 and 10 days from order. Ordered these for Christmas for two military personnel coming home for the holiday (charged for them immediately). They leave back to base on the 26th. I called 4 times, even left a message for a return call. No reponse. I've emailed them... no response. Very disappointed that I won't have these for Christmas and even wondering if I'll get them at all.

I wish I had read reiews of Fanatics before I ordered - I would have saved time and avoided a lot of aggravation! Fanatics guaranteed delivery of my order by 12/23, but tracking for LaserShip says the item won't be here until 12/27. This is the 2nd order I've tried to get from Fanatics, but I'm not optimistic that the gift will ever arrive.
I placed the first order for a college polo shirt on 12/11, received a confirmation, and was charged for the item. A week later, on 12/19, I got an email saying that "Fanatics was unable to fulfill a portion of the order" (portion = 1 item), and offered me a refund plus $10 in fan cash. When I went on their site they were offering "guaranteed delivery by 12/23," so I ordered a similar item that was more expensive than the first, but used the $10 credit. Now it's 12/23, still no package - and not expected until sometime next week - NOT HAPPY! Spent 20+ minutes on phone waiting for customer service - woman was apologetic, but said there was nothing they could do at their end, it was all up to LaserShip and that their tracking information was not reliable, so it may still be delivered today or tomorrow. Meanwhile, I've ordered many other things within the same time frame from Kohl's, Amazon, Loft, American Eagle, etc. and everything arrived in 2-3 days - even a package from England!

I caled custmer service after wating 45 min to even speak to a person, she says its not the company's fault they shipped it so that it would arrive on 12/27 vs the guaranteed date of 12/23. Worst customer service and explanation of why they dont live up to their advertising

I wish I had seen this site prior to my order. I ordered 2 PSU shirts and hat from Fanatics for a Christmas present cause the site said they were licensed to sell and would guarantee delivery before a Christmas, but never received them to date. Supposedly Lasership is the delivery company and their customer service is just as bad as fanatics. Truly diappointing.

Ordered a Christmas gift on Dec. 10, they promised it would ship on Dec. 14 (plenty of time for Christmas). On Dec. 23 I receive an email from PayPal informing me that my account was credited for a full refund. Fanatics never contacted me saying I wouldn't be receiving my item. After contacting them, they informed me the item was no longer in stock, however it was still listed on their site for an additional $30. When I add it to my shopping cart it says nothing about it no longer being available.

Placed order with guaranteed ship by Christmas. Product never showed up until a week later after Christmas. Contacted agent at Fanatics and was unable to help or refund shipping. Total ripoff. Will buy elsewhere going forward.

I placed an order custom for Christmas on December 6th. I thought it odd that I had not received it yet. I checked tonight and it said refunded. I called the customer service line and she said that they were out of stock on the jersey I ordered. They never emailed me to tell me this information. I am very disappointed in this online company! I would never use them again and would deter anyone else from using them. Way to disappoint my nephew. Because you didn't get back to me I cannot get this custom jersey for him. They stated they sent me an email on the 13th of a December which was not ianywhere in my emails. Very disappointed! Will not use this site ever!

I ordered an item on Nov 17,2016 for a Xmas present. It said would be shipped in 3-5 days. Money was taken out same day and it is now Dec22,2016 and nothing. I have emailed and called several times with no response to emails and only get an answering machine with no return call. My order still shows unfulfilled!

Placed 3 orders Dec 7th and received only one complete order. Was told my one item was reshipped on 19th and I tracked it and it never got shipped. They lied and then said I will be refunded but still waiting. My other order was short an item and emailed and haven't heard back. Phone calls are put on hold and never answered.

Placed order on the 14th with guarenteed delivery by the 23rd. Package sat in Ohio for 6 days. Package now won't be delivered until AFTER Christmas! Extremely upset. I know that they can't control the shipping company but they do control shipping options. I have tried several times to reach someone at fanatics and keep getting some poorly typed automated response that is nothing close to my concerns. Really disappointed. I ordered a jersey on December 7th and the status says that my order shipped on December 8th. Here it is now the 22nd and I have not received the package and can't reach an actual live person to discuss the issue. The tracking number given to me is not pulling up any history whatsoever on the shipment via UPS. Now I am sitting here with one of my major gifts for Christmas completely missing. UNREAL!
