Fanatics is horrible when ordering anything. I ordered three sweatshirts. They come back and say one is custom made? I investigated my order. It doesn't say that its custom. I spoke with a supervisor and they are only going to refund me $96.00 out of a $182.00 order. I am so pissed! Dont ever order anything from this company. Fanatics Sucks!
I purchased an OSU jersey on 12-6-16, website stated 7-9 days processing so I thought I would have the jersey in time for Christmas. Received confirmation and tracking number 3 days later and since December 10, my order has been sitting in SHANGHAI EMS, CHINA. I did not realize I was ordering from outside the US until the charge posted and rather than $98 I paid $108 because of the currency exchange. I requested status on the shipment December 22, received a response December 24 blaming it on the weather, I need to be patient, blah, blah, blah. Emailed again on January 9th, no response. Emailed January 20th, still no response. Do not order anything from any website with the word Fanatics in it. They put the college in the name of the website to make you think it's affiliated with the college. To coin a famous politician... OSU FANATICS is VERY SAD!

I bought my son a Clemson Fiesta Bowl Championship hat the night they won the championship hoping that I would have the hat ready in time for the National Championship game. Of course the hat didn't arrive until 3 days after National Championship. Also purchased Clemson National Championship Shirts after they won and still have not received the shirts. I could have went to Academy right down the street and bought the same shirts and have them that day for the same price. I am not please at all on their shipping methods. It takes forever for them to actually ship out the product.

They send something that isn't sized correctly and they want me to pay $5.50 per item to return it? I buy online from quite a few companies and have never been charged to return something that isn't sized correctly. I bought 2 hoodies and neither one fits. I'm 6.6" and always buy 2XLT's. The arms are for someone maybe 5'10" and the length is for someone 7'0" tall as it hangs over my cheeks by a good amount. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. I'll stick with Amazon from now on.

The sweatshirt I received did not fit anywhere as described. I never received a receipt or return label in my order, and when I called to request a return label it took over 2 weeks to receive the label in my email. Did I mention I also waited on hold for over 50 minutes! Once the item was sent back I was told it would take 10 business days to receive item, then another 10-20 business days for credit back to the account. (For reference 20 business days for credit is 4 weeks). I've never worked with a slower company, not to mention poor quality in clothing. I will never order from them again.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a "specialty" item on 1/9 and 1/10. The item ordered on 1/10 came on time. I called about the order on 1/9. They said because it was a "specialty" order (same shirt as 1/9 order), it would not ship out until the 20th. Not at all reliable.

I ordered two Dallas Cowboys 2017 NFC East division championship shirt. One was a mens and the second was a women's shirt. I sent back the women's shirt because the logo on the front was completely crooked. I was looking to get an exchange but was not allowed. Sent the shirt back and got a refund. Once I sent the shirt out, I noticed on the mens shirt, that it was missing a few stitches. I'm going to keep the shirt but was disappointed with Fanatics. 30 dollars for shirts are expensive and I expected no problems. I will not be buying from them again.

1/16/17 update... Fanatics sent me a partial refund for my item. I didn't like the way the non-refundable was buried in the product description but FANATICS did the right thing. I will give them another try! I wanted to update my review to be fair.!
I agree with the above review, purchased a Penn State sweatshirt that had football silk screened on it. As if they can't resell it! I e-mailed back and forth more than once, finally in an e-mail I was advised to send it back. I thought by including the e-mail that said to send back the "custom" item I would get a refund especially after I said the quality was poor and we were expecting embroidered not silk screened.
Was I wrong, just got back the "refund" e-mail I sent the sweatshirt back and got $0.00 back. That is $49.99 I'll never get back. I'll tell anyone who listens not to order from this company.

I ordered a hoodie December 19 and because I chose the word basketball to add below the college name it was considered a custom order. Ok, so where was the information stating it would not be returnable when I chose that option. First the hoodie didn't get here unntil December 27 when it was supposed to be here December 23rd. If it was so customizable, then why was it stated to be delivered December 23rd? I tried to retun it because it didn't arrive on time as promised and was told it isn't returnable. It is poor quality for starters and now I am stuck with a hoodie that is too small and worthless. Definitely not worth the money paid. This is the last time I will order from fanatics. This is deception at its finest

I ordered an item that was to ship no later than Friday, January 6th for the Championship game to be played on Monday, January 9th. The item didn't ship until January 10th and when I just called to check on the status, was told by Fed Ex that it is due to arrive ON TIME on January 19th. If you put on your website that an item is to ship no later than a certain date, then that's what needs to happen!

This company is a scam! Please do not order from them! What they do is illegal and completely unfair! They have no right to donate your purchase to charity and not refund your money when you return their crappy products to them especially when you return the items in perfect unused condition and followed all instructions and guidelines from their website on returning items to them. They will steel your money! Please find a legitimate company that is trustworthy! These people are far from trustworthy! Trashy trash trash company! Cheaters, lyars, fraud! Stay away from this company!

Like others who have posted reviews on this site, I placed an order before Christmas using the promo code that was supposed to "guarantee it by 12/23 or it's free" and this was a total scam. Everything seemed to work fine while checking out and they made it appear as if the code worked. Days later, I emailed customer service because my package wasn't going to arrive on time and they said wait until after the holiday and call to request a refund. Package came late, I called for a refund, and the person I spoke to looked at my order and never said anything was wrong. She said she would process my refund and I'd get it in 2-10 days. Fast forward to today, I called to see where my refund was and they tell me the order never qualified and I wouldn't be getting a refund. After this switch, I emailed AGAIN requesting that someone look into this further because no one mentioned this when I contacted them 20+ days ago. I then received an email back saying I'd get a refund... then two hours later, I just got another email from someone else saying I wouldn't! Today's encounter alone shows how dysfunctional this company is and I'll never spend my money at a company who doesn't value my money the way I do. Tossing it back and forth saying I'll get it back and then I won't is so rude and unprofessional I'm truly at a loss for words. Never had a worse experience in my life...

I posted a review on 01/10/17 when I was very upset and I noticed a big mistake in what I said so I want to start over.
My son ordered his dad and I (mom) NFL Jerseys for Christmas presents and we loved them. My husbands was Vikings and my was the Steelers but neither one fit so we had to send them back on 12/30/16. We requested them to exchange them for correct size. We thought no problem they state they have a Easy 365 day Return. On 01/10/17 my son received an E-Mail stating they received both jerseys and they donated them to Charity. I immediately called the company and spoke with Kiera and ask her why they did that and she said they had a heavy smoke smell so they donated them to Charity and there would be no refund! My son paid $200.00 for these jerseys and he has nothing to show for it or what Charity they donated them too! My son "Does Not Smoke and Never Has"! So what is going on? If you felt like they smelled like smoke you should of sent them back to us not give them to Charity! I can not believe what they have done with these jerseys! Shame on y'all for doing people like this!

I ordered a NFL jersey and was given an order #. A week later, still had no update on when it would arrive/be shipped. Checked the order status on their website and it says it was "Cancelled/Refunded". I did not ask for a cancellation of the order, so I called their company. Was told that the address I used is linked to many fraudulent orders (to mention, this is my first time ordering from Fanatics), so they cancelled the order. The address I used is a US Postal Box that is used by 100's of Canadians to pick up orders from, invluding myself and family that orders hundreds of things a year from Amazon, Michael Kors, Banana Republic, etc. etc.
Once I e-mailed their company, I was given 5 response e-mails to 5 different questions, however the responses were the copy and pasted 5 times and not relevant to any of my questions.
This website is an absolute joke, and I'll be posting this review to as many websites as possible. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.

I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this site you pay they dont ship 2 weeks no product you call they repeat same line like call service from india everyone in company needs fired no one can resolve issues between call center and wharehouse have to put ticket in and blow smoke up customers backside managers cant or wont do anything what happened to a phone stupid by the looks of your reviews you wont be in business long anyway. Never had a problem with this company (fanatics) no muck ups what so ever and i stay in newzealand (kiwi) shipping does take a while especially were im from down under! But the gears are solid so its worth the wait. Only thing is we are not applicable to any of the coupons which sucks only for US use only i know theres fan cash but would be great to be able to use coupons like for free shipping and other stuff you guys offer. AND YOU GUYS SHOULD MAYBE THINK OF SELLING RUGBY GEARS ALLBLACKS!

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying.
