Bad business
February 4, 2018

I ordered a shirt after the Eagles win against Minnesota on a Sunday night to be shipped to my business address. I chatted with a Julie on the 26th of January and she informed me that my shirt was shipped, she lied. I received an email on the 31st stating it was shipped and would arrive by the end of business day on Feb. 3. My business is closed today so I don't have my Super bowl. Shirts. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... FANATICS

Do not purchase from this company. I ordered fab gear 2 weeks ago and was told I would receive the items by tomorrow. I even called several times this week to make sure they would still arrive for my kids in time for the game and was told several times not to worry, they will get there.
They shipped last night and will not arrive until Tuesday. I called customer service again this morning and was told that it was too bad that I didnt use expedited shipping... I PLACED THE OEDER ON THE 23rd! They offered me 30% off my order... they should have overnighted the package yesterday when they realized they would not deliver on my 200.00 order. Horrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

Guaranteed delivery fail

I ordered a superbowl shirt as a gift for someone during the promotion for guaranteed delivery by 2/2, or it's free. In addition to the promotion, the item specifically said it was in stock and guaranteed delivery for 2/2. On 2/2, I hadn't received it and the tracking information said estimated delivery 2/5, which is the day after the superbowl. I called Fanatics and the woman told me I would receive it on 2/3. She said the shipper was committed to deliver by 2/2, and the truck wasn't that far from me at that time, so it would be here on 2/3. I said if she couldn't guarantee it I would like to order another one and have it overnighted for saturday 2/3. I was willing to pay to overnight it. She said I will receive it. I called on 2/3 after not receiving it. I spoke to a man who said they weren't allowed to overnight things on Friday, which is why she didn't allow me to. Interestingly, the woman didn't tell me that, she just lied and said I would receive it. The man tried to offer me a 30% refund despite the fact that the website said guaranteed or it's free. He first said it wasn't eligible for that promotion, but I persisted and he agreed to refund me the full price as it was only a $30 shirt. The problem is, I don't want the refund. I want the shirt to give as a gift tomorrow. I cannot find these kinds of shirts in the recipient's size any other place. I called Lasership to ask where it was so I could go pick it up. They said that they ship on "line haul" and if the company wanted to expedite the shipping they should have used Fedex or UPS who use air transport. She said they were given a date of 2/5 and that's when I will receive it. She said it hadn't reached the facility in Boston, so there is no way I can go pick it up.

Fan cash

I placed a order and I didn't receive my fan cash, I called customer service and the man I talked to seemed that I was bothering him, so I hung up, then I called back and talked to a girl and she said I checked out as a guest, I said the top of the page said Hi P. She said that doesn't matter she still wouldn't give me my fan cash, I never worked with a company like this!

No refund give

Their site clearly says full refunds will be given within 10 business days. 15 business days after USPS says they delivered the item, still no refund. I contacted them and they said they cant locate the item. I offered a tracking number confirming delivery and they said to allow another 10 business days for research. I filed a claim with paypal. Do not waste your money!

Unreliable service

Order shirts on sun. Chose 3 day shipping, product will not arrive till monday 8 days later. They us FedEx which isn't the best in delivering in my experience. My order is sitting at FedEx distribution center 15 min from me, will be there for 2 days waiting for postal to pickup for delivery. This is third time we ordered and always had a problem. But it seems fanatics is contract to handle sports gear for NFL. Will return order soon as it arrives, then I get to start that headache.

Awful company

Below you will find my original review and fanatics response. More lies from this company. I have the email where they said guaranteed delivery or its free and in their response they claim that was for items ordered before 1/16/18 the problem there is the teams werent even set for the Super Bowl. The games hadnt been played yet. So how would you order super bowl gear before then.
Ordered jersey with guaranteed delivery by Friday feb 2nd or its free. Called today to hear not only was it not delivered but it will not be free. Terrible company. Order # 450-9736-2811

I ordered a t-shirt the day the superbowl teams were revealed, thought I would have it in ample time only to find out the order was cancelled with no notification. The only reason I gave one star was because it was the lowest. Would never order from them again.

Ordered my Philadelphia Eagles NFC championship shirts on 1/22/18. Items were to ship 1/26. One of them did ship and was received 1/30. I have yet to receive the other. Was told it would here 2/2. Finally get a tracking number. Shipped today delivery 2/3 by end of day. I leave for a trip early on 2/3 and not returning until 2/5. Will not have item for Superbowl after all. What bugs me the most is when I contacted Fanatics they told me to return it when received or offered a 20% discount on future order. But yet the are guaranteeing delivery by 2/2 for new orders placed by noon today. Why didn't they expedite my order for delivery by Friday?

Terrible Experience

Ordered an Eagles dog Shirt for my daughter on 1/22/18 was expecting to have it in time so my daughter could wear it for her schools Eagles pep rally which is 2/2/18. After about 9 days of the item not moving I decided to get in contact with this piece of $#*! company only to find you cant get through and have to do a live chat, so after live chatting with someone named "master" and telling them to just go ahead and cancel my order if its not going to be received in time he assured me it would be and only then did the item start moving. New delivery date 2/6/18. Not only not in time for my kids pep rally wont even be in time for SuperBowl. Will never order from this $#*!hole again and I dont think Fanatics really cares

Lost my order

I had ordered a Jaguars hat recently. FedEx ground shipping is 5 days to my house. 1 day past the due date i checked the tracking and it showed it didn't leave the FedEx warehouse. I called Fanatics, I forget the gentlemans' name I spoke with on customer service. He pulled up the tracking, told me the package was lost by FedEx. He immediately put another order in for another hat and must have expeditied the shipping because it arrived with in 3 days instead of the usual 5. Keep in mind it was only a hat, i wasnt that upset but the rep treated the problem like I placed a $1000 order! Very polite and professional! Thank you!

Horrible

Horrible customer service. I am not going to get an item for my wife in time for the SuperBowl; who used to work for you when you were GSI Commerce. I see all that eBay money did not make you want to be a better company.

Clearly my order was placed on 29th for the Superbowl. I would have payed upgraded shipping if it was clear that it would not arrive on time.

Upon further review, a free shipping code was entered on this order. Anytime an offer is made for free shipping, it usually is ship standard 3 to 7 business days. Majority of the Super Bowl items were scheduled ship no later than 1/31/2018 and then with the shipping method chosen. The demand made item usually takes up to 3 business day to manufacturer the items. They were able to complete the product ahead of time. The Women's NFL Pro Line by Fanatics Branded Black Philadelphia Eagles Timeless Collection Vintage Arch Tri-Blend V-Neck T-Shirt was a demand made item that shipped from our Florida warehouse, which takes longer to reach you rather than our Ohio location. I have ordered from Fanatics on two separate occasions - first order a year ago was never received by intended party (just found this out) - I ordered NFC East shirt on 1-22-18 was supposed to ship no later than 1-26, received an email stating it was delayed but I'd definitely have it before the Superbowl - just received notice that the item just shipped through a service I never heard of Laser something or other - tried to track through their site - major fail - anticipated delivery is 2-5-18 (a day late) but the shipping company hasn't even received my item to ship - I just went to Fanatics site - could not contact customer service via phone or twitter - I'm heading to $#*!'s or Modell's now and just printed my return label from Fanatics for an item I've yet to receive... cost me $5.50 to print the label - why do I have to pay Fanatics when it is their issue? Never again - twice bitten... buyer beware.

Failed Again!

Ordered a hat and shirt for the super bowl on January 25th. I did realize that it was a special event item and would not ship until 1/31 in which it did. But my issue is that I don't understand why fanatics used two different shipping methods for my items. One of my items is being shipped FedEx "smart post" which has my item slated for a 2/6 delivery date which is well after the super bowl. My second item is being shipping FedEx "home delivery" and is slated to arrive tomorrow. This is the second time I've had issues with fanatics. I'll be looking elsewhere for my fan gear next time.

Item shipped on 12/21, delayed in transit on 12/30. There is not number to call only chat available. Chat hung up 3X in trying to contact them. When I finally got an agent, it too 10 minutes to get an answer and an offer of refund, Chat then hung up again. Extremely frustrated.

I ordered a autograph sports illustrated cover framed poster the first week of November and found out my husband did not want it. I returned it as instructed with their return label before Thanksgiving and yet to get confirmation it was received or credit given. It's been 7 weeks, how long before I get credited? It would have been nice to receive my refund before Christmas, willing to wait. But come on, it's way over due.

Ordered a few shirts on a rush and it stated guaranteed shipping or your purchase is free. Well the two items shipped out separate and one is going to take almost two weeks to get the item. Keep in mind it was guaranteed to be here in three days. Needless to say i contacted them and they made excuses and nothing was done. Complete joke and would highly recommend finding another site to purchase from.

Returns are a nightmare!

I have ordered from Fanatics in the past, and received high quality products and timely delivery. However, my experience this time has been less positive. For Christmas this year, my husband and I ordered items for each other, including a men's Broncos vest and a ladies Cowboys jacket. After paying well over $200 for the two items, we received them and decided to return them. The items were again high quality and without damage it was more of personal preference in the decision to return them. We went online and printed out return labels after receiving an email confirmation from Fanatics. I mailed the items on 1/11 and was provided two tracking numbers. When searched on USPS tracking, I get the following message: Your item has been tendered to the returns agent at 3:12 am on January 12,2018 in DENVER, CO *******. The Postal Service no longer has the item and no further tracking updates are expected. I have continued to check my Fanatics account and under order status it still shows my item as "shipped" back in December - the original order. I contacted customer service and asked why it doesn't show that a return has been initiated. She had no answer. I read to her the FAQs on "track my return" from the company website and again she had no answer or explanation. I was told enough time hadn't elapsed for me to receive notification of a return being initiated or to receive my refund. I explained that while I understood it may take 2-7 days to receive a refund, I couldn't understand why there was no indication I had even returned the item. I believe she became frustrated with not having an answer so eventually she said, "Oh, I do show a return has been started. You account definitely shows that you are returning an item.", but had no explanation of why that wasn't clear on my online account. Now almost 3 weeks later, I would think the item has been received and scanned as a return but still my order status is "shipped" which makes me wonder if we're ever going to receive our refunds. Disappointed in the lengthy return process and lack of knowledge of company policies and procedures by customer service staff.

We ordered a woman's large customized sweatshirt. It was obviously printed on a child's large. I tried to return it and explained my story. They didn't care, as it's their policy not to refund customized orders. How about getting the order right? Then, they explained that they give these wrong customized orders to charity. Bravo! I lose $50 and they get a tax write-off. What a great deal. I will never order through this company again. Too bad they don't have zero stars. From the looks of other experiences, Fanatics would rank about a 0.5/5 stars.
