Bought Dallas Cowboys slippers and after 5 days they busted on the side of the right slipper. I contacted customer service and Atul wanted to send me a shipping label and wanted me to return the item to a shipper company despite Coronavirus restrictions in place. I requested a label for UPS to pick up the package from my door but Atul refused to do that. I explained the COVID 19 restrictions but that didnt matter to Atul now I have damaged slippers and NO refund.
I gave a 2 star review because it would only let you leave a review with 2 stars. I ordered 2 costum Jerseys and when I was sent an email confirmation of my order they sent me the generic picture without the number and last name when I received my confirmation and seen that they didn't put the number and name on the confirmation i emailed them to make sure they put all the correct information on the Jersey, but I never recieved an email confirmation from my email so I looked relentlessly for a phone number and they don't even have a phone number to call customer service. I recieved my Jerseys 2 weeks later and of course both of the Jerseys were missing a letter so after 3 different times emailing customer service I was told custom Jerseys are all sales final and if I sent the Jerseys back they would donate the Jerseys and receive no compensation. This was the first time I have ordered from Fanitics and the LAST TIME for sure. I have ordered 13 custom Jerseys from nfl.com and never not ounce had a problem. When I get an email confirmation from nfl.com they put all my order information in the email and if i spell something wrong i have a chance to fix at that time and that's the way all custom orders/all orders should be handled. Fanatics, you lost a customer forever and you probably don't even care. And like i said at the beginning of this review you can't even give you 1 star, you click on 1 star and automatically 2 stars pop up. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!

They sent wrong replacement items twice. They are wrong colors and the rep was trying to argue with customer. I never had this kind of customer service. In my life ever. Very rude and unprofessional.
If you receive a wrong item, don't try to replace it. Just ask for free return and sent it back. Then look for another retailers.

My first complaint was a couple of years ago, when I paid for advance delivery guaranteed before the day... no major weather... no notice in a delay. I ordered for my mom and she didn't receive it before the game. I contacted them part and they replied... this will be the on and only time they would refund my urgent shipping (are you effing kidding me) I should of known. Returning one item is a cost of 9.99. I am dead set and will never order from them again.

I ordered a cardigan, size 1X. The outer package wrapper had a 1X label but the actual garment was just an XL and too small. Fanatics sent me a free shipping label and then resent me a new cardigan - again, the wrong size. The third attempt - you guessed it, the wrong size again. Apparently, after 3 attempts of correcting an order, Customer Service is no longer able to send out a replacement. They offered to refund my money and advised that, instead of me going to the post office to return the wrong order for the 4th time, that I could either "keep it, throw it away or just give it to Goodwill." Actual quote. I did get a refund, I haven't tossed the cardigan because surely someone can wear it, and my Fanatics customer service experience was "poor," at best.

I placed an order in 2019. I returned two items in the order per their return policy and never a refund. I spent a lot of time talking with customer service, who gave me lame excuses by trying to educate me on the banking industry. Order at your risk of no refund. Low-rated Ebay sellers are more trustworthy.
Funny how when in April 2019, I contacted the company and spoke with the same agent "Chastity" who is responding to my review, giving me the same crap story below as when I spoke with them a year ago.

This is the same nonsense over again. I spoke with you on the phone as well as someone else. Taking time from my workday... and I emphasized over and over that the bank account had been closed! You could not issue me a credit to an account that no longer exists. I even checked with the bank and they confirmed that this is how the banking industry works, and they were even patient with me while I insisted them to check on this refund... and, wow, there was none! No account, no money credited to it. So a year later, your company refuses to do anything about this, while you have resold the same merchandise to someone else. Even a moron understands that if you have no account open, you cannot do transactions on it, even credits. So instead of just sending me a merch credit and making this smooth and proper for everyone, you are going back to the old inaccurate story.

I accidentially ordered the wrong item, I needed a different style. There is no place on the site that will allow this, they just want to charge you a $10.00 return fee, for a $5.00 laynard. I would stay FARRRRR away from this type of company. I really wish I would have check out their reviews. Would never recommend buying something from here.

This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering online! Im usually a super easy going customer but it was appalling. I ordered a custom jersy and the first problem was my email was incorret and I requested to adjust it, they refused so I did not receive my conformation until the 3rd attempt to get the email re directed. Then my package gets lost so I requested a re-ship only to be told they are out of stock although the item was still in the websight. So they refund me and then the package finally arrives and its the completely wrong Item! I will never ever order from fanatics again

I returned a watch as it was too small for my wrist. I paid a total of $72.85, and was refunded $35.02. What a damn racket. I would recommend staying away from this company.
*Update: 3/4/2020 Misunderstanding on my part. I was refunded the $9.99, given a $35.02 gift card, and was refunded $22.85 to my card, so it was made right. Thanks

I purchased a watch on their website and got the watch on 02-23-20. I should have read the reviews. The watch came with the dial coming off the watch. I tried to reach out to customer service but its always busy. Then i wrote a survey that pertained to the order asking for someone to contact me. Im still trying to get ahold of someone at fanatics. The watch was $55 so i would think i wold get a better product. The box it came in was all mangled and looked like it had been dropped or crushed and then packed to me. I felt good about the product and about the company now i feel like no one cares from their website. I was going to buy some jerseys but now i dont think i will with all this hassle just for them to have some quality control over their products. Im just trying to get someone to contact me and see what we can do. I hate writing reviews but i really feel this was a bad quality for something of this price.

Ordered Super Bowl gear (the day after Chiefs win) from here and $#*!'s Sporting Goods. Received everything on time and correct sizes from $#*!'s. Still waiting on 2 items from Fanatics. Two adult men's large shirts I received are way too small (no where near a normal adult Large size shirt). One adult women's large shirt was so tiny it looked like a youth, and it got returned. Customer service said they wouldn't charge me but they did. Adult stocking cap was not adult size, is entirely too small for a kid, but it did arrive on time. The only thing I am happy with so far (still waiting on those 2 items mentioned above) is the Mahomes jersey out of 6 things that I ordered.

Had no idea that when I ordered my hat from fanatics that the hat would fit differently then the same hat I have in my closet. I ordered world series hat back in 2016 and was wanting to get original game day hat this year but it fit differently. Now I lose out on $10 for a return shipping label. Yea I will not shop Fanatics again.

2 times in the last 30 day's now I have paid for an item to be overnighted or second day shipping and on the day it was supposed to arrive both times I called to see where the item was and I was told they would "re-ship it" because it got lost or never picked up. So now I'm waiting 5-7 days for an item I paid to have in 2 days. I've been laughed at and hung up on when trying to resolve this and they just try to offer me a 20% off coupon that is available online and I have 10 of already. I don't want 20% off I want my items when I pay for them to be here on time to at least be remotely close! This is absolutely infuriating and because no one competent works there in down all of my money I paid for shipping and now have to pay extra to get the item I needed by today that won't be here for a week. They lie about their shipping they've taken money out of my account unauthorized this is an absolute joke of a company

On 01-04-20 I placed an order with Fanatics. I was given an order # and a ship 01-20-20 and arrival 01-29-20 date.On 01-29-20 no product had arrived. I phoned Fanatics and was advised the order had been cancelled due to the size being out of stock. I received no message reference the cancellation. On 01-29-20 I reordered with a different size. I was given an order # and a ship of 02-13-20 and arrival 02-24-20 date. On 02-24-20 no product had arrived. Again no message reference the cancellation. It doesn't get any worse than this company.

My aunt and uncle wanted to send me money for my birthday to get some new gear for my favorite baseball team. They had to split the gift card into two separate ones because of how they run their gift card system. They purchased these gift cards on February 3rd. On February 5th I got an email saying that my shipment was delayed and no new shipping date had been decided yet. I got a similar email on the 8th. After three phone calls I have gotten half of the gift card amount 19 days later. These gift cards are sent electronically, there is no shipping required. After this experience
I will NEVER purchase anything from this store again. Totally ruined my birthday.
GARBAGE. Jacket fell apart after 2 wearings. Will not accept return without original tags and return charges. Customer service obnoxious. If you want to throw your money away, here is the place. Learmed my lesson. Always check reviews before buying.
