I ordered a basketball jersey in XL. It came in XL but with a +4 length added onto it. I am 6'3" and the jersey goes down to my knees as a result. After speaking with multiple customer service agents, they determined I am responsible for return shipping if I want to return it because it came in XL, thus they did not send me the wrong size. They did not take responsibility for their mistake! Her words were "our goal is to provide exceptional service" however, I told 3 or 4 of them a number of times that they sent me an item that is not what I ordered and doesn't fit as a result. As far as I am concerned, the length of the jersey falls under the category of "size". After two weeks deliberation, they decided it is the customer who should pay for their mistake. Will never buy from them again.
There are selling logo masks worth penny's ( $15.00) that are not FDA approved that will get people sick. The leagues are donating the royalty but Fanatics is price gouging at a time of a pandemic. This is a disgrace. $15.00 the leagues get 10% which they are donating and Fanatics makes $12.00 a mask for non FDA masks that will not protect anyone. Their own admission. This is price gauging and profiteering at it worse.
Ordered from fanatics confirmation email States order will ship in July 9,2020 ship date, ordered on 5/7/2020, I have attempted to call all day, hold times exceed 30 minutes, they fail to respond to several Emails, I am done with this site

Intentionally sent the wrong item with no way to fix the order. Chat was ended without help. Phone call was ended as soon as I told them they sent the wrong item. They have built a system to defraud customers and protect themselves. Do not use this site.

I ordered something on the 24th and all I have a received is a order processed. I have emailed them twice to figure out a timeframe for the item and absolutely zero response.
I attempted my first order on the pac-12 website. After selecting my items i went through the checkout screen and made payment. I immediately checked my online banking to make sure the payment went through ( the payment was deducted) and everything seemed fine. Roughly one hour went by and i got an email from their website confirming my order with a link to track my order. When i clicked on the link to track my order it stated it had been canceled and to contact their customer service.
I tried calling them, live chat and sending them a msg via instagram but had zero luck. I then placed a second order ( i know dumb on my part) thinking maybe it was a glitch and the same above happened. They deducted my account and sent me an email with a tracking number, this time when I clicked on the tracking link it said my order didn't exist.
So went from my order being cancelled then to my order doesn't exist, how does that even happen?
I tried again calling them over and over but had zero luck getting anyone on the phone, so now I'm here hoping to get someone to assist me. I have two deductions from this company, they had zero problems taking my money but don't have the decency to hire enough customer service staff? What type of establishment is this?
Please change my mind, I'll be glad to give an update here and change my score for your company if someone offers proper customer service.

The company jumps at the chance to place your order, but just wait until you need to return something. I have to return the item because it looks NOTHING like the picture online. The A`s tee is faded, the printing on front goes WAY DOWN past the stomach & in the online photo, it stopped even w the sleeve. It is cheap and poor quality. They told me to print up a label & send back... I told them I can NOT do that. They said that`s the only way to RT items because they go paperless. They said wrap it back up & just RT to sender. The POST OFFICE says I can`t do that. Meanwhile, I am STUCK w the item... I don`t even rate them one star at this point! SHAN.

So here's my experience. Received the jersey and paid 4.99 for shipping which okay that's fine. Jersey came slightly damaged with stain on the right side of sleeve. Not that big of a deal easy to clean. But the jersey didn't fit. So I'm going to return it only to find out it's $9.99 for the shipping label which is ridiculous and will be taken off from the price I paid for the jersey. I go to my local usps because FedEx office is closed due to covid 19. I then go in there only to find out that I personally need to tape the shipping label and package. I never had to do that at UPS. Also they inform me Smartpost is a 3rd party. So its costs another $4 to purchase tape. So I'm returning the package for a grand total of $14. Please Fanatics the least you can do is refund my $9.99 for returning the jersey. And please start using UPS for shipping. It's a dream compared to the postal service. Your company is the sole one stop shop for all sports jersey. I would expect free returns at least.

Don't ever order from fanatics. Their customer service is horrible. They say easy returns but it doesn't give you the option of the items you need to return. I ordered a lot of our families Christmas gifts from here & was unable to return the one I needed to. Ordered an XL in sweats & they are huge. The quality on pants for women was awful. So I am stuck with over $200 worth of merchandise. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered a Large Mens Hoody except 5 weeks later an XS arrived. I think I have more chance of winning the lottery than getting it replaced. The customer service is terrible and Fanatics have no interest in rectifying the issue. I would never use Fanatics again.

Please be warned that if you purchase and pay for the Expedited shipping with Fanatics that they will still wait "4 days to ship your item" and then expedite ship. Obviously some kind of asterisks that isn't listed when buying and paying for expedited shipping. They will not issue a refund either on the expedited shipping you paid for... Their customer service is very poor and unprofessional as well. I thought Fanatics was a legit and honorable company considering they represent so many major sporting leagues but obviously not!

Placed my order on Sunday web said item would ship within 2 business it didn't ship for 4 days then customer service told me first 2 business days don't count then it said 3-7 business days for delivery 7 business days later nothing then customer service and the corporate office tells me it's on time how's that work worst company and customer service ever

I placed an order and money was taken from my account. When I try to track my order it tells me that order number doesnt exist. I tried their live chart which is a robot you can not get around. There is no customer service number listed on their site. So now I'm out $55 dollars and my husbands birthday present. I dont even know how to contact them for a refund.

I wanted to buy some new Giants gear for an upcoming baseball game after I came home from deployment. I ordered then got an email, saying they cant process my order and gave zero reason as to why.
I tried to re order my gear but then the hat I wanted was gone. So I found s different hat and the same issue happened. I decided to take my business elsewhere.
Heres the problem- fanatics owns everything. You cant go anywhere else. I went to mlb.com but then my order had the same problem because guess who it went through- fanatics.
I went through lids.com and guess what- they go through fanatics too.
Finally I tried to reach out to fanatics to find out why they wont process my order. I was given zero answer as to why and instead asked if I had any other questions. It's a shame this business cant go bankrupt because I'd like another company to get into the fan apparel business that is actually user friendly.

I had spoken to someone due to 2 items that came damaged. He stated a supervisor would call as the products were sold out but would refund a large amount and I can keep the products or they will replace them with something similar. No one ever called. Was hung up on and disconnected 3 times and finally they told me they couldn't help me. Never again.

I made a purchase for an item that cost about $60. I received a bubble mailer that was not sealed and my item was not inside of it. I called in and they said that the item must have been lost or stolen in transit and that they would process a refund and I would hear back from them same business day. They never emailed me again as promised so I called a second time and explained the situation again - I was told the same thing; they would process a refund and I would get an email confirmation same business day. Surprise! Still nothing. I call a third time and I'm told the same thing. Every time they say they don't see a refund processing but can see that I called. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered a jersey and did not receive a receipt or confirmation. Got the order number from my PayPal account. Have sent numerous emails to Fanatics and the only one reply I received is stating that the process of my order is 'picking' and then advising if we have any further problems to call them on... Then no phone number or alternative contact.
Very dissapointed, frustrated and seems I can't do anything about it.

I have received multiple products that were either damaged or not what was advertised, and have been shipped products that were clearly used.

I ordered a long sleeve University of Illinois shirt today (4/1/20). The total came out to be 23.68. I look at my bank account statement and see that there are two charges for 23.99 taken out of my bank account from Fanatics ( a total of 48.98). Their live chat does not work and when i called the first time, the lady hung up on me. However, the second time, another lady gladly helped me, but they could not refund it to me. I am not sure what to say as the other reviews are not too promising so I am hoping I did not just get robbed of $47.98.
