Tao E1 ATV-500 white/red Order received on time. Had some difficulty with putting the handle bar on but after that everything else was easily put together. Again we were happy with the bike and the fact we received in the early morning worked out for us.
I ordered a scooter. The Vitacci 150cc Phantom. This was supposed to be 85 percent assembled. I got it and assembled all of it. I found out that after taking the seat and body parts off the fuel lines and vacuum system were missing most all of the lines and clamps. I can't even start it. I could have bought it elsewhere fully assembled cheaper.
Purchased a pocket bike for my son for X-Mas. Received bike in extremely poor condition, plastic fairing broken, handle bars wont tighten along w/ numerous other issues. I made my claim w/ company citing issues and sent pictures. And they continued to string me along for a week in regards to a refund.
Finally, when they do give address for return. It has to be shipped to Minnesota instead of the CA warehouse that it was originally shipped from.
Their customer service is a joke and unwilling to assist w/ any issues. Purchase@ your own risk.
They completely ruined my sons X-Mas. And one star is far too high for this piece of slim company.
Got the order to find out they charged me extra for the free shipping.
Uopn ooening the box, item was damaged and shifted due to lack of care securing product, product had loose as well as stripped bolts, when contacting them first lady(used loosely) was very rude, second lady made promises of shipping stripped bolts for me to replace and over 2 months later still nothing from them, no contact back...
That talk a good talk, well one of them does, but have no care what so ever for the consumers valid issues. Even wasted to charge me $200 for restocking and said I had to pay for shipping back even though it was damaged, again, from the manufacturer as well as the shipping damage...
I had to go purchase the damaged/stripped bolts and straighten out the bent frame and mounting brackets myself...
STAY AWAY FROM THEIR PRODUCTS AND BY AN ACTUAL GAS POWERED MINI QUAD FROM AN ACTUAL LOCAL MOTORCYCLE DEALER...
Great customer service, get your items fast, will do anything to help you, and I love that they finance everybody yes everybody even if you have bad credit.
I placed an order for an ATV online which included free shipping. Once the order was placed and confirmed, they called me and said because i live in New York i needed to pay another $200 on top of the $500 i already paid claiming that shipping to New York is expensive. Meanwhile the website advertises free shipping. I canceled the order.
I will never order from these plp ever again had to call 2 different shipping companies to find out where my order was at finally got missing hardware um done
Great place the people are real nice they try to help look for what you what. They have a lot of options online.
Broken belt cover other than that seems okay, haven't ridden it yet or started it, hoping to get speedy delivery of broken parts though.
I titled this because we just out it together last night. The owners manual is a little difficult to read for a beginner. Also, I could not find wear it says what kind of oil to use (like I said, beginner) also, we could not get it started yet. I have faith that it will work tonight when we try again. If so, my son is going to LOVE it. I will as well!
As a Racecar builder and Racer this company is the best at following the same guidelines in business as the big Motor Sports companies.
Facts are;
1 - Our Order was entered by a very knowledgeable representative. "Knowing" goes a long ways with a buyer/customer.
2 - Payment was processed timely and accurately.
4- A shipping company I know that provides great service was selected by this seller. I know these things from prior business with my Racecar builds. Big plus, great shipper!
5 - All information needed to Track Shipment and the contact information for your local yard receiving your shipment was provided in a no nonsense way. Perfect for people who aren't familiar with the shipping process will have no problem navigating the appointment process. Once again something I've done before with other builds but it was fantastic to see this practice with our shipment of our Cart. Great job!
6- Consist practice. Each time I interact with this seller I received great friendly service and that huge. It's nice to be treated as a value after the money has passed hands.
I highly recommend this company based on my personal experience. The industry of selling Carts or Outdoor Power equipment can be problematic but this Company Can and Will do you Right.

Cancelled my layaway and was promised a refund. Not only Helen was rude but they blamed it on my card. Said I closed it and can't refund it but rather send me a check. However the person that approves the refund is either always gone or sick or whatever reason they can make. Had to file a dispute from my bank to even get some help. Super terrible experience.
Absolutely the worst place to purchase anything. But on the ATV they sent no title. Been fighting ever cents so I can hopefully sell the aTV that doesn't work. I just ate 1000 bucks. A complete criminal enterprise. They should be hung
I had a very excellent online experience, but, after my purchase, I received an email with steps to follow which included calling in to verify my order. When I did so I found the representative to be somewhat rude! No people skills whatsoever!
The shipment was delivered in 3 days from the day I verified the order which baffled me because I did not purchase the expedited shipping. I cannot review to item I purchased at this time because it was purchased as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Do not let the rudeness of the representative deter you from shopping here!

We paid extra and and took even longer it took 10 days so far and it was suppose to come in 3 days but it took forever we called to cancel to buy it somewhere else but the woman refused to let us refund and I don't recommend buying in this website
I WISH I had ordered my other 2 bike from this company! When it comes to China bikes these folks are the ones to deal with. Shipping was so fast we almost blew the surprise!
I bought a atv from family gocart worked one day and now I'm stuck waiting on parts for about 5 months I'm going to take them to small claims court with all these bad reviews I'm sure I'll win
I ordered a go- kart from them and they failed to ship my order on time. After a week without any shipping information I called and they said it had shipped but when I finally did get a tracking number it showed that it was dropped off after I had called. I got a delivery notification that it arrived in Orlando only 45 minutes away from our house on my son's birthday, I didn't he anything for 2 days so I called and was told it was in Jacksonville 3hrs away and that it would get delivered later in the week. I reached out to customer service and they gave me the run around about how I didn't confirm the order which I did... horrible company don't do business with them.
We ordered 2 ATV's for our sons birthdays. To start, shipping was a nightmare but it wasn't 100% their fault. However, once ATV's were received & finished putting together we noticed nuts, bolts, washer etc... was missing for one of the back tires making it inoperable for my 5 yr old to ride. I called company who refused to discuss anything over the phone & said I had to fill out a request form before anything was done. Then I noticed we did not get the oil, lube & filters for either of our items. Called comp again & was told to fill out request form. Today I found an extra charge of $139 on my account from the comp. Called again, guess what? I was told to "fill out a request form". I very nicely told Andrea that this was the 3rd form in 2 wks & NOBODY has resolved anything. Andrea was defensive from the moment she answered the phone. She did find that the oil & items were sent to an address other than where the ATV's were sent & that if I wanted to get them I would have to "figure it out my self as it's not her problem". Verbatim. I finally asked why she was being so rude to me as I was the one missing items & money but I was not being rude & she, verbatim stated "I am talking to you like I talk to my ex husband, I do it because I can." So here I am, missing parts for the ATV, no oil, filters, lube & $139 missing from my checking account. If I could send this $2000 ATV back I would! Stay away from this company.
I did not buy from them but when I called to check stock on the Targa 150cc they just said "We cannot sell to anyone under the age of 18. You don't sound 18." I won't be buying from them anytime soon.
Answer: Not easy at all you call they say some one will get back to you. Never happen then I kept calling they tell me they fighting with the manufacture for parts for atv that worked twice

Answer: Stay AWAY... run run RUN. Don't shop here... you will regret ever doing business with this company and the affiliates! The "owner" Jay and the others are full of deceit. My item shipped in pieces when I discussed assembly with Jay. I called the company once the go- kart arrived in pieces and it's been a nightmare. Please save yourself the hassle. They are rude after your payment has been received. Just DONT shop here.
