It's not the typical gift. It a custom and thoughtful gift that you can't just pickup last minute at the local big box store. It's a gift that will hang on our wall for many years to come.
Everything looked fine and as promoted. I believe the item to be overpriced when ordered so that wasn't an issue for me even though digital printing to canvas can be found for less. I was disappointed with shipping time as I ordered prior to Thanksgiving and waited the quoted/and expected pandemic delay times with no updates. Wasn't until I inquired on my painting that the status emails started and then it was delivered. I felt like the order was misplaced or forgotten. Otherwise the product was 100% as expected.
My first print was but together with bracing in the corner and well built. The second print looks like it was just throwed together to get it shipped before Christmas. The first one is thicker then the second one. The printed picture is 2 different colors.
Amazing every e mail was followed up with another e mail contradiction what the previous e mail stated. One lie after another. So sad!
The product is fine quality, but for some reason, they put the names in black on the signs which are a darker background. We cannot even see the names, let alone read them, where we have this hanging on the wall. Either the sign background should be lighter or the lettering should be in white instead of black. Very disappointing.

I am beyond pleased with the results. Just prior to ordering, my husband and I were actively talking about exchanging Christmas gifts. That's when I spotted your web link in our Facebook news feed. After clicking on the link, I knew that I would be placing an order. We purchased a breathtaking mountain scene with all our family members names listed on it. After we received it, we were stunned. The quality is spectacular, the service was easy, uncomplicated, and emails were always sent giving us a status update. I am so pleased with the entire product and service that I ended up ordering my 29 year old daughter one for her housewarming/Christmas gift as well. I highly recommend ordering. Easy to edit names. Shipping wasn't the best but once I contacted someone by email they replied right away and stayed in contact till my package was delivered.
I ordered my picture in Nov for a Christmas present for my wife. I received an email a few days later saying my order had shipped and est day of delivery was dec 10. Between the time I received that email and the 10th I received 2 more emails saying 1 my order is being processed, and then another saying that it shipped. When Dec 10 came and I didn't receive my order I called and all I was able to get is a voicemail saying to write an email! I wrote numerous emails with 1 no response or a response that took days to answer! It was so frustrating not to be able to talk with a live person about my order. I finally received my order on Dec 29. When I order facade and I opened the package, the frame that I had ordered for it was damaged beyond repair the picture was only half way attached to it too. The picture itself was fine and very nice. I tried to call again about my order and guess what? Straight to voicemail! Again I wrote a email saying I wanted a full refund for the broken frame since I am going to go out and purchase my own and am still waiting to hear from them! The picture is exactly what what I ordered, the process and delivery time, and customer service was absolutely horrible and I will won't be ordering from them again!
Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
