Such a beautiful personalized picture that touched the heart of my Son and his family.

I gave four stars instead of five because the product was really wonderful, but I had one issue when ordering that I didn't like. I got a code for a free digital copy of my order, but it told me to add it after I had given my credit card information and didn't let me add the code. I feel a little like I was tricked because I couldn't add the code after, so I don't understand why it was given to me that way. :(

Very confusing. I placed my order then received an email the order was on hold. I found out from another email this was to finalize artwork- great idea and worked out well. A few days later, an email saying the order shipped, a few days later received email stating my project was being worked on. Then email stating sorry- were having trouble with shipper and lost orders. Then another email with an apology again. All the while my order tracking number stars shipping label created. The product was ordered for Christmas mid November with a ‘delivered' by Christmas. Finally was delivered a week after Christmas. Last time I emailed back my order was lost, then once delivered tracking number says it shipped 12/7. Most confusing order I've ever seen and very frustrating. I had given up on ever seeing anything delivered.

I truly enjoyed these products. The only thing I wish were there was more beach scenes to pick from but the one I got was very pretty. Thanks

The print is beautiful, I've received many compliments on it, but the shipping box arrived damaged. Thank goodness the print was fine, but a stronger shipping box might be necessary.

Purchase was easy and delivery was earlier than quoted.

The picture arrived with a huge scratch and gouge on the front of the canvas. :(

Easy ordering. Just the add-ons should be added at the check out not after everything.

After many days and no way of tracking I finally received product. Poor communications! But the the picture was fabulous!

My custom print was beautiful.
I did continue receiving messages that there was a problem with my delivery. When I would email back I recieved an automated response. This was a bit frustrating because this was a Christmas gift and 8 did not want it delayed. In the end it did arrive on time and was loved by all.

Horrible timing for delivery, it took way to long. I ordered other things weeks after this and got them within days. Yours was a month

Ordered during a very busy time so my delivery took a little longer than I would have liked but was worth all in the end!

Ordered a canvas for my daughter in law for Christmas. They had issues with their shipper. I get it 2020 was anything but perfect. They were teriffic with keeping me updated with what was going on. So the gift was delivered the Monday after Christmas. No big deal. Thanks for everything family gifts. Will be doing business again

It was amazing my wife loved it as well as my kids. It fits us perfect, we moved from Hawaii and started our journey moving state to state for my job so to us it represents the journeys we started and will continue together as a family. Thank you

They are excellent quality and make great gifts
There was an issue with shipping that was a disaster, HOWEVER the company worked diligently to rectify the problem, the gift was received in time and the addition expenses were absorbed by the company. They did I the right thing and because of that we will ABSOLUTELY order from them again!
