Canvas purchase

I loved my purchase even though the price is a little high the product was great. My son and daughter-in-law loved it. The company had some shipping issues which they kept me informed of and even with the issues my product arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was delivered in plenty of time for Christmas. The owners of this company showed they take pride in their work and care about the satisfaction of their customers. I would recommend them to anyone and would like to thank them for their great service and care of me as a customer. Thank you

One Star is to many...

I will update this if they ever make it right. I give them credit for their marketing efforts, it appears that they have been swamped with orders. Place order on 12/5 to receive in time for Christmas - it was a No Go. Several emails with a bogus Fedex tracking number. When I complained they sent me a different one showing delivery by end of day 12/31, that came and went. Tonight I received an update that my order was lost in transit - by lost in transit I think they mean never produced. They did send me a digital image! Along with a promise to receive it in 14 to 19 days. I just want my money back. Again I applaud their marketing team, but their customer service needs work.

Gift was a crowd pleaser! My family loved it & my mom was the recipient & she couldn't quit looking at it! It was great. Due to covid we were not able to all be together to see mom open it. However she absolutely loves it!

Product was amazing and my family was super satisfied. I received an email that my product was shipped and that I could expect in 3 days. I called on the 5 day and was surprised to find out it hadn't shipped yet. I still received it before Christmas and I am thankful for that.

As a small business owner, I completely understand when subcontractors disappoint. It's your name, and your reputation. I appreciate your efforts to keep your customers informed. Love the product. A late gift is a small concern these days. Chin up and carry on.

The uploading of pictures went well and the checkout went well. What disappointed me was the fact that even though i ordered it way back on Nov. 17 they just received it today. It was a Christmas gift so the delay was sad.
