Disappointed

I placed my order early so my son would receive his gift before Christmas I was totally stressed out when I kept asking if they received it and the answer was always no. The tracking was terrible and then I received an email saying there was a shipping problem. It was to late for me to order from anywhere else at this point. My son did receive the gift on Christmas Eve however at that point I was so over all the nonsense. I feel the least they could have done was give a partial refund or some kind of discount for future purchases. Because of their lack of at least offering something I will not purchase or recommend them. Btw this was shipped from Texas to another city in Texas smh...

Shopping was easy. Was a little disappointed in the shipping timeline. I understand it was Christmas time and there are expected delays. I'm glad that I did receive the product in Christmas Eve.

Such a unique gift

I am not tech savvy but it was very easy ordering through your company. The product came in very early where I could giftwrap it in time for Christmas. My mother (who has everything) LOVED the paradise ocean photo with her grandchildren's names on the signpost!

Lost package

My order was one that got lost with their pick up and delivery service that goes to FedEx. Never had that happen before while ordering online. Didn't receive the package until after Christmas. Worst part was it took just over 3 days to get any sort of reply from Family Gifts Co.

I was very satisfied with the Canvas. I gave it as a gift and they love it! It took a while to get shipped but that's to be expected since it takes time to print and customize. Once it shipped it arrived super fast. Just in time for Christmas. Overall very happy with the purchase and will order again.

Beautiful picture

I loved how it turned out. I was supposed to get it the day after Christmas but luckily it came Christmas Eve! Made my entire day and I was able to give it to my mom on time! She cried & loves it!
