Wish I would have seen/read all of these terrible reviews prior to purchasing! I ordered holiday attire (Christmas themed pj's, santa leggings, etc.) back on 12/3/16, and to date (1/1/17), I have not received my items. I sent multiple emails to the company asking for a shipping update, etc. as Christmas was approaching and have never received a single response! I cannot believe this company is still in business! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Cannot say enough bad things about this purchase. Online purchase Dec 1-was promised shipping in 5-8 days with follow up email detailing shipping information. Promised date came and went with no communication-I emailed requesting cancellation of order because Christmas was soon approaching-Again, received no communication-Several days later, received email stating item had shipped-Again, I emailed requesting cancellation of order, and refund of purchase price-Received automated email that someone would get back to me in 24 hours-Did not happen. Received item ONE WEEK after Christmas & item barely resembles ad photo-If I could go back in time-would definitely NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

No communication with the customer. Once they get your money, that is it. Suppose to email me when package shipped. No email yet. Should have received my order first week in December. Emailed them, no response. Filed report with bank for not receiving order. Received order December 23. Quality of merchandise not what I thought I was ordering, but kept because I figured I would never get correspondence to return for a credit. My first and last order from this company. No email yet notifying me the package had been shipped

I only received one of the items from my order. I was being told to keep being patient and wait for the rest of my items. My order was placed back in October. The one item I did get was the only item for me. Everything else was Christmas presents for my oldest child. The one item I did receive was covered in holes I was told to mail it back and have a tracking number which I did and I took pictures of the item per PayPal request. I sent the item back on the 6th of November on the 12th of November the last updated information shows that it shipped from San Francisco but no other shipping information has updated since then. PayPal sided with fairy season saying that I provided them with an improper tracking number. They basically stole $175 from me.

The clothes look really cute on the website and they are cheap so i figured why not order a few things. What a waste of money and time! They took forever to get to me because they came from China. The sleeves on my shirt and super baggy and different lengths-awful cloth quality too. Both tights i ordered are smalls and they are HUGE. One has a bunggie waist that little kids pants have but there's a ton of extra fabric. It literally looks like a huge 90s hair scrunchie around the waist of the pants. The waist comes up SUPER high, like to my boobs! They are a shiney paper thin material. The holiday leggings i got looked like they were a nice wool material-definitely not. Don't waist your time or money! Very disappointed!

Ordered a sweatshirt on 11/14/16 and the website stated "Free shipping, ships in 1-3 days". Then I received the email confirming the order of the sweatshirt and then that states that my item would ship in 1-8 days and I would receive an email at that time to confirm it. So 2 weeks later I finally am wondering why it hasnt shipped, since I never received an email, so I emailed CS to inquire about it. So 5 days later, when CS finally responds to my email, they state that it shipped on the 18th (why no email as stated in the order confirmation?) and that it takes 10-25 working days for me to receive it. So basically they can do nothing for me at this time and I just need to wait. I will be taking another reviewers advice on this and will dispute the charge with Paypal, you would think they wouldnt do business with such a crappy website. Also I tried to add a review to the item on the site to advise other customers of the issues I am having with the item and lo and behold, 4 days later its still not published to the site and no reviews show for the item. Site is a total scam, spend your hard earned dollars at a better more legit site then this one.
