My order was placed on Nov. 26th, I still DO NOT have my package. I have emailed *******@fairyseason 3 times, no response. Completely unsat!
I purchased some socks back in December 2016 it is now January 2017 still haven't received my order no phone to get ahold of them they won't respond by email
Ordered two items for xmas. Only one arrived and that after xmas.
They reply to me slowly with stupid responses.
I am contacting Amex who I paid thru. They should remove merchant status.

I ordered a few things in early December that were guaranteed to ship in 1-4 days. No response in trying to contact them when I never received my items. After filing a claim with PayPal, a month later, they suddenly responded and said they have sent the items. I received one small item ($5.19) and wanted to return it - For $47 postage to return it to CHINA! So I kept it but never got the rest of the stuff. Reported to BBB here in U.S... First and last time I will bypass reviewing a seller before making a purchase... so BUYER BEWARE of FairySeason (they were heavily marketed on Facebook over the holidays)
I placed 2 orders at the beginning of December and my confirmations both say shipped... I still have not received anything and when I try to locate my items through tracking, nothing seems to work!
I ordered a Christmas present in November and never received it. It is now mid-January. They say it was sent without tracking so they are not responsible. That's convenient for them. I wonder how many products they actually ship since they keep no records. This company needs to be shut down. I will be declining the charge on my cc.
If you even look at this review, please send information to absolutely everyone you know on any kind of social media. We need to put companies like this out of business. They steal money from hard working americans and think they can get away with it. I placed an order in early December and have not received any part of it even though they send emails indicating items were shipped mid December. Run around after run around. Well, let's show them what we can do to them!
This is the worst site I have ever ordered from. They made it seem like I would receive my order within 8 days (before Christmas) and I am at over a month and it isn't here. They also told me it shipped over a month ago. No contact number either. I looked at the FAQs and it said that because it was free shipping, I should contact them if it doesn't get here within 45-60 days. WHAT?
I ordered several items from this company and am pleased with all but one item. I read the faq before ordering and knew my shipment was coming from China which can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. I also read the measurements for sizing to make sure all items would fit me because s, m, l, xl can all be inturpeted differently when ordering out of the country. Items arrived in multiple packages. Overall, I am happy and will be placing more orders in the future. My best advise is to read the entire product description and shipping policies prior to ordering. Thanks for some cute stuff at a nice discount!
Ordered the first week in December 2016, finally received one order after Christmas, needed 3 before Christmas, the other 2 came were suppose to be 3X size more like a medium, and one I'm still waiting on and it's the 15th of January 2017. DO NOT ORDER VERY DISHONEST about merchandise,
I would give them a rating of zero if it was an option. Just awful. Emailed company 3 times about my order and no response. It has been over a month and nothing. As others have said I wished I had read the reviews prior to ordering. Going to see if I can dispute purchase and cancel payment through credit card company.
All they keep saying is your order was shipped 12/7/16 and to wait. Still nothing. Liars and frauds.
Do not order from this company. My package finally arrived after numerous emails. The socks I ordered that say "Beer Me" on the bottom are suitable in size for a toddler. When I sent email letting them know these would never work for an adult man-they wrote back that there were different sizes to choose from. Well, they don't even know their own site... they only came in "one size"--no options. I can't imagine a 3-5 year old wearing a pair of "Beer Me" socks. Ugggg
I ordered on 1/14/2016 and it is now one month later and have not received my product. I received a notice from then with a tracking number from UPS a week ago, but UPS has still not received the package to ship. I only wish I had read the reviews on them before I ordered. This company needs to go out of business and their website needs to be taken down. It would seem that no one at this business has a conscience or any set of values at all. Do yourself a favor and don't bother ordering anything from them.
The clothes do not look like the pictures. And the one item I got was 4 sizes too small than the tag said. I proved by pictures like their refund policy says and they only offer a 10% refund for their mistake. I rip off.
You get what you pay for... CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP... Be sure to read the Material (ALL GROSS POLYESTER) & Looks NOTHING like the photo. Just awful in person. I'm a true size 8 and ordered all Mediums but everything was small, tight fitting & CHEAP looking. Very disappointing cuz the pictures are so cute & I was so hopeful...

Luckily my credit card company credited my account. Maybe if everyone can get them to do that the credit card company will start rejecting this company and not let people buy from here.
Ordered beginning of December, still have not received item. I have attempted to contact numerous times with no reply! Do not order from this company! THEIVES!
I give it a 1 star. I ordered a maternity shirt intentionally to wear on Thanksgiving ( I ordered it on Nov. 13). I paid extra for shipping, which said it would come in 1-8 days. There is no contact phone number to call. I e-mailed them and they wrote back one time and then stopped responding. I still never received my shirt and it is now January 1. I asked for a refund multiple times and never got a response. So, I lost my money and never got the shirt... do not order from them!
I received two hoodies over a month late. It was suppose to be here by Christmas and didn't come until affer. The quality is absolutely terrible! I cant even give them as gifts because they are so awful and I would be embarrassed! They wont communicate, ive tried getting my money back and no response. Wish I would have seen all this reviews! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
