Do not order from this company! They're scammers! I ordered a shirt at the beginning of October and paid for 4 day shipping and still have not received my order... it's now December. Every time I inquire, they ask me to just wait a little longer, and that they have no control of the shipping company... which makes me ask, why are you offering expediting shipping if people pay extra if it's not a legit service? I have asked for a refund several times and they refuse

Sizing is so off, material is off, look is off, I was dumb and ordered a second order before getting my first... First were camo hoodies that don't even look near what should be and sizng is for a child!
Second order the items were better looking but sizing way off. Not even same material. They say if sizing is off by 3cm they'll give you credit for another order haha not true... Then they tell you that you can ship it back to them for $40-50. Not even worth that and they know it. They don't even state they are from China. Bad bad place

Ordered 2 items on Sept 10, never received, opened a dispute on Paypal, they VERY quickly responded, and requested that I drop the dispute, that they would be shipping my items immediately. BIG mistake. Now I have no recourse to get my money back, and I am sure I will never see these items. DO NOT ORDER FROM FAIRYSEASON.COM. I TRULY BELIEVE THEIR INTENT IS TO RIP PEOPLE OFF!

I already placed my order when I thought to myself wait did I just get scammed. So, I decided to look up reviews and found this forum. I thought I was out 50$ but it arrived yesterday so I decided to share my experience. I ordered the mama bear t shirt and the sweat shirt. The two tone shirt is beautiful exactly as pictures. The sweatshirt is truthfully a long sleeve shirt with a hood. Was disappointed as I was hoping it to be thicker but it is not. The shipping took almost a month 3 weeks 4 days to get it. They came with out tags but individually wrapped. Do go up a size though I did the measurements online and I'm usually a small but ordered a medium thinking worse case senario I can have it taken in but it actually fit perfectly. There was no smell or sent of chemicals either which I was surprised about.

Already placed another order for wine soxs. Hope this helps those out there!

Sure their clothes look very nice in the pictures but wait till you finally get them home after a month of waiting and see that the quality of the material is so flimsy that falls apart the first time you wash it. The sizes are children sizes when you order a large or extra-large that's what you will get something for a child. Don't waste your money this company is a scam when you try to get your money back they won't even answer your emails

No returns, crap merchandise and HORRIFIC customer service! I ordered 3 shirts on 10/22 & have yet to receive 1 of them. One of the 2 that I did actually receive, did NOT look like it did on the website... and when I sent them a picture and told them I wanted my money back, they told me that they thought the item was adorable! They also offered me 10% back on the item, AND 15% off my next purchase! Are they delusional? No way in hell am I ever ordering from fairyseason.com again... and I still haven't received the rest of my crappy merchandise!

Order several items in Sept., received a shipped notice the next day, two months later never received anything. Contacted them several times and I they would do was tell me verify my info. After 4 times of verifying my info I asked for a refund. They wanted to reship my stuff, I told them I did not want to wait another 2 months to see if I was going to get it, that I would rather have a refund. They said they would have to deduct 6 dollars for the free shipping. Finally got a refund after posting neg. Info on their posts. But they deducted 6 dollars.

I wish I would have read all of these reviews before I ordered. Everything that is said is 100% true. I paid for faster shipping when I ordered on 11/10. I ordered shirts specifically for Thanksgiving and will not have them in time (today is 11/22). They sent an email stating they were shipped on 11/16, but the tracking numbers do not work and I cannot find record of shipping anywhere. I should have known better when the confirmation emails, etc were not in proper English grammer or punctuation. This is a total scam and I regret my purchase!
