Brought 5 t-shirts only 3 arrived contacted fairy season they dont care. Out of the 3 shirt I received only 1 is of any quality the other 3 are horribly made. Never buy from here
I ordered several items they addressed it wrong and it never got delivered and was returned, I have never been able to speak to the same person and there communication is horrible, I order daily on eBay etc and rarely encounter problems like this, service is so bad, they have no concept of English, please don't ever use these people it's just the worst experience, I got no product and no refund it's a scam
Product never arrived. No response to my email. On Facebook, this is their (probably canned) response:

They charged my credit card within a day. Sent me nothing a month later. Sent me a tracking number and told me it was my post office fault (they have never heard of this company) then told me my order couldn't be tracked because of the "free shipping" offer even though they gave me a tracking number! Buyer beware this is a scam!
This is a complete scam!!!! The clothing is super cheap and nothing like what you see online. They sent me items I never ordered and would not send me a receipt. They will not except any exchanges or returns!! I would rate them a 0!!!!! I wish I would have read all of the other reviews before I got robbed of my money!!!
Ordered 3 shirts size 2x which is my standard us go-to. Got 3 shirts in the med - large range that dont fit and they dont accept returns. Also said it shipped 8/6, I got it 8/30, it came from China.
Yep I got scammed too! I ordered and paid for 4 things - received only one which is totally different from the photograph and very poor cheap quality. Anyway on the bright side you can raise a dispute through paypal to claim your money back. If you paid by debit card potentially you can do the same through your bank. My theory is that Fairy season is in fact some poor guy in a sweatshop in china rapidly making clothes to imitate the photos - total joke of a company and I have reported it as a fake site to instagram where I found it advertised ( if you also got scammed then please do the same to save other people!)
They claim with free shipping there is no way to track your order. The shipping confirmation says 45-60 days. After 60 days they tell you to ask your own local post office if they know where your stuff is. What a joke.
This website is a SCAM They will take your money so quickly and not refund you when you receive NOTHING! I've emailed them back and forth 12 times now and keep getting the same 3 responses! It's soooo frustrating!

The watch I ordered and watch I received are completely different and what I received was a cheap piece of crap I will be reporting this company to every single Authority I can find
Didint ship all my items and have refused to send my correct items out. I am missing a pair of boots and will not send. I have gone back and forth and they are fraud and stole my money and will not give me the correct items i purchased. Very angry and a $#*!ty company! I am reporting them and disputing with my credit card company. Very unhappy with my experience and WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN!
Horrible company! I have contacted them several times regarding items I never received with no resolution. Do not order from this company! They don't deserve a 1. They deserve a 0!
After FINALLY receiving part of my order, was not the color I choose. I ordered a burgundy color tshirt and this is clearly red. What's up with that? Would never order again. Starting to think the shoes arent coming either.
DO NOT buy from this company. Honestly, do not buy from any company on social media that is not in the US. Lesson learned. I contacted this company multiple times regarding my order and all I got was email games and lies about where my order was in the shipping process. They only sent one item out of the 5 and never sent the others. They stole money from me. BUYER BEWARE.

Ordered 5 items, 3 have arrived 4 weeks later. Still waiting for 2. Sizes varied depending on item, another is a different material to the picture, another has threads hanging out of the seams!
Prices seemed too good to be true. I should've known!
Won't be ordering again!
