Pros: - very smooth process to sign up and browse vehicles - paperwork process very smooth -soft inquiry hit to browse vehicles is extremely helpful and will display your maximum allowed monthly payment -pickup process for vehicle is incredibly smooth as I was in and out in 15 minutes (plates already on vehicle and ready to go) - great alternative to purchasing vehicle and you won't have to worry about the very exhausting process of selling a vehicle when getting rid of it. With fair can simply return it when you are done Cons: - prices are ok but could be slightly better -a huge flaw is that you can only acquire a vehicle in the state you reside in. A massive customer base could be built if fair allows customers to get vehicles in neighboring states or in any state as I found many vehicles of interest in neghboring states but could not acquire any due to that policy. - a "make offer" option on monthly payments should be implemented -could use better inventory syncing as I booked two cars both which said available on app but a day later said car was not available. - vehicle had some issues such bad keyfob batteries and one low tread tire that I wasn't too happy about nnhand I feel should have been replaced. - a big issue is that a hard credit inquiry needs to done with every vehicle request. If customer is changing cars frequently this could have a major impact on their score. This should be addressed

Overall customer service in the centers especially Dublin CA is excellent. If possible please make it possible the drivers chose and reserve their favorite make and model car like; Toyota/Nissan/Ford/Hyundai. I would appreciate if the app filters the rental car for uber based on their brand.

It's the people the hire! Everyone I have worked with at Fair has been incredible and so knowledgeable. Particularly want to give a shout out to Dee Dee and Cody at the Glendale station in CA. Both these folks have been extremely helpful and should be given raises immediately!

I visited the Glendale location and had problems linking my account to Uber. I had called customer service for Uber and Fair multiple times and still couldn't resolve the issue. Carl Jackson took care of everything from fixing my account issues to refunding me my money. I appreciate the level of customer service I received from him.
I just spent a month without a car and exercising all of my patience Fair continued to rise to the top as my best option. THEN I found my car! The only drawback that I kept finding with Fair was that most of the cars were many miles from my home. So I'd have to either find a friend to make a day trip and drive me or ride-share out to one of these dealerships for nearly $100. But that mild inconvenience kept me searching and that's when I found a 2015 Honda Civic with only ******* miles on it and the best part is that it was parked at a dealership 15 minutes from my home. I got on to Fair's chat several times spoke to different reps and asked and re-asked about several concerns. Their answers were consistent and reasonable. At roughly midnight
I went to pick up my vehicle at the Irvine lot today. Jack and the Irvine team were amazing. Very friendly and professional. I was in and out of there with a nice vehicle fast too. Thanks guys!

They made a copy of my license and within 5 minutes I had the key and was on my way. Definitely recommend it for people who are looking to try out cars or live flexible lifestyles where they can't commit to car payments. If you have an issue they have stellar customer service and will look to resolve your problem as soon as possible. If you're on the fence like I was just do it."
