This experience with FAIR has been the absolute worst experience of my life with a car purchase/lease if I could give no stars I would; I int regret much in life but I regret ever attempting to deal with FAIR; Their customer support concierges read standard scripts don't waste your time with them you'd do better with FAQs. Regarding managers: if you can actually track one down they have limited access and only interested in kicking the can down the road not actually giving good customer service at all or not truly getting anything done! Hold times *******@minimum 1/2 hr and went up to 2hrs! I waited 2 hours yesterday on hold! I was looking for a short term lease while my brand new vehicle is being manufactured... found a few vehicles and went to the dealer lot and both vehicles were awful in-person. Canceled the initial order then found a vehicle on a dealer lot; vehicle was submitted to FAIR inventory but FAIR says if the vehicle isn't in your payment range then you won't see it? Pre Approved for 842+ without verifying income then once they verified income of $99k with W2 forms they reduced the payment max to 818? Perfect credit 755+; Previous lease on brand new car from major brand was 1360/month;@$102

Buying the car Process was amazing everything was great until it came to actually getting the vehicle it never asked me if I wanted to pick up or have the car delivered to me just give me a time for him to go pick up the vehicle and I wanted to car delivered so I called texted and everyone else had a different answer supposedly there's a different team called the Orders team and no one can reach it can you give me a direct phone line they can't queue me and to hold I can't I can't call them so they call me early in the morning and I didn't have my phone and I missed the phone call should I call back again and they told me there oh yeah I put you in high-priority I should not take long to call you back again a lot of time passed I have not been contacted again they have taken the money from my account and I still don't have my car this is ridiculous I thought this was going to be a smooth process but I guess not

Fair help me get my first working car lol. It helped me get off my feet with just 500$ downn Payment! It also gave me a young 20 year old girl newly license a 200 per month insurance rate with the car! In a bad area and I'm from jersey full coverage. Insurance goes by the car. I've seen for as low as 100$ Fair is truly fair. Don't worry about credit or anything else. They will always accept you. Sometimes you have to wait 30 days for them to give you a little limit budget. But you still get a car :) The only thing is the maintenance. Getting it done seems like a hassle for me. Plus you will have to fix any damAges done to your car. Like wear and tear on brakes. Tire change not rotation
