I can't say this enough their customer service is at the top of the game. They know what they doing when it comes to that. And as far as the development of the app and how is so intergrade into buying cars you gone this its a movie
I think their service is amazing and very simple and easy to get a car. I suppose picking a good dealership to work with is helpful. I got lucky and was matched with a great dealership that has been around since 1951. I would say that 80% of your experience is with the dealership you get the car from. So make sure you do research on the dealership first. My experience with the Fair app itself was great too. I searched for a vehicle for about a week my credit is not great and there are hundreds of cars under $300 a month on here. Almost all the vehicles available have low miles and are only 3 to 4 years old. I'm rating Fair 5 stars for them helping me get a car at an affordable price where I can still save money along the way. Thank you Fair!"
Had a good experience with my new fair lease. The process was easy
I'm just laughing at those idiots who think it's so natural and it's just a procedure to be a part of 21st century to give my sensitive details to a small start-up company who can't assure the security of the information given JUST to check out their products and concept. If you are one of these idiots who thinks they must be subjected to these terms
Your lucky if you find a yaris at that rate. Better off at a rental company and get what you want at less hassle. Besides Uber is on the way out try Lyft or better yet anything else. This company is a scam and vheats drivers.
I was originally drawn to Fair because of the ease of it all. My husband actually works as a finance director for a Nissan dealership and the prices on Fair were less than he could get me on a 3 year lease with employee discounts! He wanted me to try it on the customer side because his dealership just signed up to partner with them. I fully intended to purchase a vehicle from them. Got completely through all of the steps INCLUDING allowing them access to pull funds from my bank account to have an error come up that says "sorry not available in your area". When I waited on hold for close to an hour for a customer service agent to pick up the phone
Visit their Facebook page to see the real reviews! Fair is just like any other car dealers. Rip off! None of the representatives know what they are doing. Don't trust the charges they show on the app. After the soft credit check. It's more than that
It shows you almost every car near you for exactly what you want. But it doesn't show the full price of the vehicle or how long you will be paying for the car. It doesn't make sense at all.
I have been there yesterday and they are awesome. I loved the car and they are very friendly. Thank you guys
You must be dreaming if you think I'll give out my license just to look at cars. Im glad there are better apps like cars or autotrader
We just got our car my husband and I started the process on the afternoon and the next day we were driving home back from the dealer on our new car. Better than expected I was skeptical too but everything was so smooth and perfect that I can't thank them enough. Is 2019 people everything is going to be thru apps some day and fair is making me believe on it. Give it a try I'm not getting paid for a review I literally got a car thru an app that actually worked and left me very please and happy.
It says my number can't be recognized by Uber when I tried to sign up and it also said that I already had an Uber account... help!
This is an awesome option if you are in need of a vehicle
I keep getting an error when I try to login can you guys fix it?
The process was seamless and the only frustrating part is Not having a phone contact and address for picking up the car.
I love that the options are open I don't feel locked in Definitely purchasing
Amazing experience from start to finish that was completely electronic! The FAIRest of them all! Thank you!
Love this app literally so smooth and so easy to experience
Needed a car and I was seeing fairs ad everywhere. Downloaded and can't get passed through the first step... never receiving a 6 digit code. Deleted.
I got a new phone and I tried to sign and input my phone number but when it asks for my security code I never get the code in my phone so I can't sign in
Fair is a new way to get a used car that lets you lease a pre-owned vehicle completely digitally – and for as long as you want. Use your phone or the web to shop cars with monthly payments that fit your budget, get approved in-app, sign for the one you want with your finger, then drive it month-to-month for ultimate flexibility, or on a 2-year or 3-year lease if you want the best value.
