The customer service was very accommodating and responded in 43 seconds! This is a very affordable service that allows flexibility in many ways. Win-Win- and a Win for me!
Great selection of vehicles! Awesome customer support. Great/Simple concept in getting a new car! "ONE BUG" that was just a wee bit frustrating was when I was in the process of finding the perfect car I was saving a lot of cars to narrow down my selection. But then when I came back to look at my saved selection I've found that it's best to double check."
Fair has the same credit check process as dealerships. You will end up paying a lot more. Why pay 130-150 a week when you can go to a car lot and pay 130-150 a month leasing.
It looks good when you see it for first time but once you look in to it sue hung cars and see the mileage all the car they have and monthly payments is not fair. I was looking for Ford Mustang eco boost I like one of them it is 2016 the car mileage is ******* and monthly payments is $494. It's too much for that kind of mileage. I financed by my bank by brand new 2019 Ford Mustang eco boost premium for monthly payments $430. They are not good and I was read a lot of reviews it look like once you sign the paperwork and received a car they don't car. There is a lot of better ways to buy a car look an other ways before you get there car. The fact is you can't buy there car after 3 years you have to return it like a lease. If you want to lease a car it way chipper with the dealership also brand new car.
Leased a little car for my mom who don't drive much and didn't want the debt
What can I do if I doing have or don't want to use a phone number? Not fair.
The explore/search feature has serious issues. If you have the entire inventory up and see a Honda for $220 then click Honda as the Make or search for it
I actually took the time (about 8minutes) to write this negative review because I have just watched the advertisement for this app for the *******th time. I am insulted to see this app on youtube and I hope no one purchases this app or uses it at all. Had you advertised a bit less I maybe maybe would have been persuaded so actually try your app but too much is too much.
Where do I even begin? From the moment I created an account with fair
So far using the application and the process that I had go through has been smooth and less hassle
I was interested until I had to give my drivers license just to access the app. I don't want to give personal information up until I know I want to do business with a company.
Honestly people y'all have a better chance going to dealer getting the car you want an not have to deal with app
Very easy to use and convenient. Haven't made a purchase yet but am considering.
I just got a 2018 Chrysler 300S using the Fair app. It was very easy to use and navigate through. Buying a used car through Fair only took about an hour basically. I test drove my car at the dealer which was only 15 minutes from my house decided to get it got back on my phone and finished the process in minutes. I would recommend anyone wanting to get a car use Fair instead of going through the hassle of spending the day st a dealership.
The process to lease a car was so easy using this app! I was able to find the car I wanted within a great price range. No long paper work! No commitments! Within a couple of hours I was able to drive the car that I wanted right out of the lot! Fair provides insurance coverage as well! I'm happy that my dealer introduced me to the amazing app. I'm telling everyone I know about this! Thanks Fair!?
An excellent idea! Revolutionary! The sky's is far from the limit here! Way to go FAIR!
Lol this app is crappy... wants your DL and SSN before you can browse the cars via app if not it take you to their website via safari browser. Delete and scam alert.
This is a pretty good app for beginners without much of knowledge about cars. This is a reliable app to put some money out and get a car for lease. The best thing is there is no lock in for the vehicle
The dealership we bought the car from decided an inspection was optional and the customer service from Fair lacked any sort of personality following a script with no flexibility to be human. We attempted multiple times to try and rectify our situation to no avail. That's when I decided to roll my sleeves up and get answers. It wasn't anger motivating me but mostly disappointment in a company I saw potential in. I went up the chain of command as customer service reps at the entry level needed re-training. That's when I got a call from a gentleman named Matthew Dowley a man who was a stranger but now I call a friend
Would have been nice to know ahead of time that it checks your credit score. Your description does not mention it and it is deceptive. I even tried to use it for Uber so I can pay bills since my car is no longer in Uber's Vehicle guidelines. I got denied. Seems like they want to help themselves than others. It's harder for people who were young and messed up there credit and trying to get back on track. I thought I was going to a chance to redeem myself with Fair
Fair is a new way to get a used car that lets you lease a pre-owned vehicle completely digitally – and for as long as you want. Use your phone or the web to shop cars with monthly payments that fit your budget, get approved in-app, sign for the one you want with your finger, then drive it month-to-month for ultimate flexibility, or on a 2-year or 3-year lease if you want the best value.
