I downloaded the app it looked super interesting but not enough info for me to submit personal info right off the back. I love the concept of the business but need more info. Making monthly payments will i own the car at some point? Or am i renting? Also noticed wayyy to many negative issues with customer service and therefore making me change my mind altogether. If i see fair get it together in a few years maybe i will revisit the idea but in the meantime i pass.

My daughter had been denied and denied she has kids with autism Is the prices ridiculous YES is this a rip off YES but when your a parent with disabled kids can't get a car & have to keep transportation because your kids are disabled you get a car by any means & this is a any means necessary app. Fair get people driving when they can't get financing. For some people they will pay that extra just to have a vehicle. I made this review because I see people downing the app. For low income parents fair is a choice are they paying ridiculous amounts YES is the contracts shady YES but when you ain't got nothing & you need transportation now you take what you can get now & deal with the horror later. IF YOU NEED A CAR TRY THE APP I never know if I myself will have to use this app one day. It's better than riding the bus next to a stinking person. Pay the high fee that's the cost of bad credit don't get bad credit & you won't need FAIR

To customer service. Here's why: I've experienced a few snags over my now 3 months with FAIR. I've used the chats quite frequently in attempts to resolve my troubles. One of the bigger issues with chat is the time it takes for someone to get on with you. One day I was put in touch (by an outside source I must admit: who said all the while making sure I was utilizing the FAIR chat during our problem solving: keeping it all on the table. He took positive effective steps using professional yet kind and considerate verbiage whenever he spoke with me over the phone and in text. Yes he allowed me his personal cell # so that if I felt the need to reach out to him he wasn't invisible. That's one of his above & beyond measures I truly appreciate. I'm left with a deep sense that Matt has moved mountains for this client of FAIR's. In final words I tell you this: if it weren't for Matt Dowley I would've stopped dealing with FAIR quite some time ago; walking out with an extremely bitter taste in my mouth and some choice words for a FAIR review. It would've been deserved. Matthew Dowley truly made that not happen. A semi-new company in all fairness has a few glitches to iron out - best of luck -with Matt on the team

Bottom line it is the best automotive shopping experience of my life! I went on the Fair app but unfortunately the car sold in the meantime. Snooze you loose. Then I selected another car and I was told that same day it was available. I didn't want this one to slip thru my fingers too. So I went thru with the Fair paperwork and my start payment immediately. By the way if I don't use all of the *******miles/yr I chose they give me some money back! Didn't get that on my previous new car lease. The next day my appointment was set and I picked up my Fair car! It was as pictured. It was in great condition. Of course it's a pre-owned vehicle and wasn't perfect but still in great shape.
