It's easy. You get to choose your car. Awesome experience. Flawless. Highly recommended.
Awesome concept that is disruptive... super happy with the deal and experience!
This has been a great a experience when you have the right ppl helping you. I really want to thank Matt for always looking out if I need something or checking in if I have any concerns or questions. Overall it's a great company
As a car enthusiast I know exactly what I want. More filtering options would be ideal rather than relying on seo to find a trim level you want. (Ie "mustang gt" vs filter by v8 engine) An option to save search parameters + enable push would also help.
Filter is highly recommended for this app. Who's willing to get a car 48 miles away since this app is for people that needs a vehicle. Not very convenient. More filter options like radius on a search.
If you have a few days of patience and speak to live chat and follow up with them through email they could save you thousands of dollars. I am a real estate broker and need high quality cars to use in my business. Fair is charging you a small percentage more because they are taking all the risk in depreciation
This app is a great way to drive a newer car without the depreciation of ownership and inflexible terms of a lease. Thanks for creating a flexible option
Now my favorites are gone and search does not work at all
Anything over $500 is felony theft or Grand larceny. Write copious letters etc. etc. You have a pert near slam dunk case‼ I NEVER write a review but thought this could be helpful‼‼Just hope it finds you Sincerely Robert B."
I was an very early adopter of this platform signing up during their first month in business Sept 2017. I got a 2017 Fully Loaded Limited RAV4 with only 3000 miles and ******* Miles per year and it only cost me $356 with tax included! I didn't even have to pay a start payment! They also delivered the car to my house. Now THAT was a deal. This same deal would cost me a TON more now. Their prices have shot up significantly. I considered adding another car but can't find a good deal anymore. This is basically a service now where you pay a premium for convenience and flexibility. They should get rid of start payments for first time users and lower it for those who keep their cars for more than a year or those who don't swap their cars out a lot. Also the start payment doesn't even cover the first monthly payment. When you turn the car back in you will owe a final monthly payment. They have good innovative leadership and I've experienced great customer service. Just wish the pricing wasn't so much more now.
Many companies are judged on whether they deliver service with a smile and if the service is decent. I judge companies on how well they address things when they go astray. Enter Matt Dowley. The dealership completely dropped the ball and their obligations to FAIR. FAIR could have easily said it was beyond their control. But Matt Dowley did not. Matt went above and beyond making sure I got to work and was not in an unsafe vehicle. He worked tirelessly and is still rectifying the situation. FAIR is in good hands because people like Matt exist and he is the reason why I have faith in FAIR. Thanks for being decent in an era of passing the buck and making excuses Matt. Faith in humanity restored.
Don't get me wrong or mainly "cheap brands". If they will be able to add more dealerships that support Tesla BMW Mercedes etc that'll be awesome. Lastly you can not choose a car from a state close to you ONLY the state you're in. I found another car that I want to "lease" which is a 30 minute drive but it's in New Jersey. Ironically
I live 5 miles out of Denver but can't use this app. They need a Denver address. This is ridiculous.
I'm moving to Maine soon and would love to use this app to get a truck. Any update on new states that Fair will be available in?
I decided to download the app because I kept seeing it advertised and the pricing is ridiculous. I could walk into a dealership and lease a brand new car for a lot cheaper than the used ones listed on this app. For example
After downloading the app to see how this new car buying process worked
I really enjoyed reading your post on the fair app. I was also like you and very curious about fair. I have friends that I respect their opinions; unfortunately on this subject they are too traditional and are waiting for fair to have more longevity before they will even look at the app. If you happen to get this message from me; I would really appreciate your opinion on a question that I have... if you possibly would please answer back. I sincerely would appreciate your time. With that said variety would be nice especially if it is practical to change out vehicles; maybe at least every 6 months."
This is the best thing since sliced bread! Hats off to the innovative team who dreamed this up. A million thank you s.
I have had the same car for the past 12 years. I loved my car almost as much as I hate shopping for a new car. The hassle
This app is insanely amazing! I found the car I wanted
Fair is a new way to get a used car that lets you lease a pre-owned vehicle completely digitally – and for as long as you want. Use your phone or the web to shop cars with monthly payments that fit your budget, get approved in-app, sign for the one you want with your finger, then drive it month-to-month for ultimate flexibility, or on a 2-year or 3-year lease if you want the best value.
