I needed an air filter for a refrigerator. After spending 20 minutes on the call with their ordering department, the guy assured me he had the part and shipped it. Mind you, I needed an AIR filter. He took my order only to find out my model does not even have an air filter and then I received notice that he shipped me WATER filters. Tried to cancel the order which was a bust so am having to dispute the charge with my credit card. Don't use these clowns.
This company is lead and serviced by a company of liars. I ordered a new GPS that I needed for a road trip down to Arizona. Their ad clearly stated that it would be delivered within 2 to 5 days. Business days that is. I received an email from them saying that it would be delivered Sunday evening by the end of day. They lied. I double checked the tracking number to FedEx and then through SmartPost and it is not scheduled to be delivered until the end of business on Wednesday, three days after we leave for a trip. I use a credit card through PayPal so I've contacted PayPal and my credit card carrier to decline the charges as I asked repeatedly for a manager on the phone starting on a Thursday, I was not contacted until the following Monday and they still could only apologize and not offer any resolutions. When I called the previous Thursday, I gave them the option to get a new unit and get it sent out overnight are to me at their expense that I would make sure that the other unit, when delivered, would be promptly returned to them by having relatives of mine check my porch. They absolutely refuse told me that they would get a manager on the phone and they would call me right back. That phone call never came in. Like I mentioned earlier that phone call from manager never came in until Monday afternoon 3 hours before us leaving on a trip. These people are absolutely disgusting. The company is run out of Mumbai India and their stuff is shipped out of a warehouse in New York City. These people have no concept of customer service whatsoever, and these vile disgusting people that do not listen to actual concerns and take no responsibility for their lies or their failures.
Customer service is a joke. No response to multiple emails. Finally was able to chat with a person who said that they would cancel my order, refund my money, and send a confirmation email. No email confirmation, no cancellation, no refund! So far (it's been a month), I think that I just got scammed!
On Oct 18,2020; I placed an order but I ordered the wrong item. I submitted the order late in the day and I called the Next morning to cancel the order. I had not yet received an email confirming the order but I was told by customer service that the order had already been sent and I would not be able to cancel the order. I mentioned that I had not received a confirmation email and the reply was that they would send the confirmation right away and they did. I made a mistake on the order and I was required to pay postage of $10.90 to return the item and then they charged me a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of their shipping it to me so on a $106.00 order I received a refund of $83. Xx plus I was out $10.90 for return shipping on an erroneous order because i wasn't allowed to cancel the order and I certainly am not sure it had even been sent because I hadn't even received a confirmation email at the time when I attempted to cancel the order. I returned the item unopened and it only took two days for them to get it back which was much quicker than I received it from them
This business is a sham, aside from taking forever to send an order they falsely represented what I bought.
They also lied to the credit card company in my dispute.
I ordered a pair of black leather seat organizers and received four cheesy felt pockets with ties on them. Three in hot pink and one in black.
Companies such as this need to be exposed and closed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES
Ordered a DeWalt drill replacement battery. Was sent a battery that must be so old that I can find no record of the model on line, even on the official DeWalt website. Tried to contact factoryoutletstore.com with question about what type of recharger this battery needs but they never returned my inquiry! Will have to discard the battery!
I purchased a fitness tracker but decided I didn't want it when I read some reviews about Factory Outlet Store.com. They said it was too late to cancel, but it had only been 30 minutes. They sent the item anyway and I refused delivery as the item had been cancelled. They have been threatening me ever since. Time for my attorney general. Stay away from these people. They are not reputable
I purchased a $19 cell phone battery and it was after market. The battery is junk it won't hold a charge for 24 hrs. They told me there was only a 30 day warranty. I would NEVER buy another thing from them. The battery was 2 months old. PITIFUL Steer clear of these people.
Since FOS sells water filters at a better price if ordering more than one at the same time I took advantage of that and ordered two. After having used the first filter for 6 months it was time to replace the rfirst with the second. The second dd not ift.
I called FOS and was told nothing could be done about it because I had the filter for more than 30 days. This does not make any sense to me when filters need only to be changed about every six months.
After my bitter complaint they accepted my name and phone number and was told the manager would call me regarding my wish to exchange the filter for a replacement
It has been weeks and I have now replaced the filter at my expense and have never received a call from the manager or any person from Factory Outlet Store.
I recommend you do not do business with this supplier.

Purchased a mattress that came damaged. 6 months have passed and I'm still trying to get it replaced. They lied that they spoke with the delivery company who confirmed the mattress was not damaged during delivery, HOWEVER, the delivery person took his own pictures at the time that confirmed it was damaged during transit. Now Factoryoutletstore is saying: Sorry, it happens, take care and bye bye. Stay away!
If you're not happy and you want to return the product you've ordered they have a restock fee and you have to pay the postage to send it back. That cost could be 1/2 of what you paid for your item. Buyer beware. Will never order again from this site. Buy from Walmart or Amazon where you don't pay to send back or return.
My review is too lengthy to include all the facts in chronological order, so here is a summary.
1. Ordered a Stearns & Foster mattress (good price) on line and was asked to choose a delivery date. I picked a date for the following week, and my credit card was then charged.
2. Later that day, I received an email directing me to contact them via phone, as further info was needed to complete my order. They then stated that due to the Corona virus, my order would be delayed at least 18-25 business days. That's reasonable, but why wasn't this fact indicated on their website? Why did they have me choose a delivery date? I think it's obvious why.
3. Mattress was delivered a month later with the incorrect box spring. I re -contacted and was told the correct box spring would be delivered in 5 to 7 business days. Two months later I was still making weekly calls to get the box spring to no avail. They kept blaming the corona virus, but I contacted Stearns & Foster customer service who said that only mattress production had been slightly delayed in a couple locations, but that box spring production had never been affected by the virus.
4. After 8 phone calls and numerous lies, they offered me a $220 credit for the box spring which I accepted.
5. The delivery of my mattress was a sight to see. Only one person arrived and I watched him remove my mattress from the truck and place it on his head and walk up my stairs. If you aren't familiar with Stearns& Foster mattresses, they are extremely bulky and heavy (Queen). He was unable to get the mattress in the front door, so I had to help him lift it and put it in place. (I am in my 70's)
6. Conversations with their customer service people is very frustrating ( English)
I made a huge mistake buying from this company. They don't even deserve one star!
Horrible, total lies, if you order Name Brand top of the line mattress soft or plush, they will send you xtra firm, not the same material as the Name Brand an charge high dollar! They will fight you to death with no REFUND
Saying that the order is correct, lie, lie. I fought for 4 months for them to make it right with me after spending $3000. 00
Thank God for the lady Manager I demanded to speak to, and She finally made it right with me by sending me the right mattress. If it was not for her, I would have been screwed royal with mattress I could not use and out $3000. 00!

Fishy e-commerce site. The only reason i bought from them is because it shows item was in stock. 3 weeks after it still have not shipped yet without any communication from them. I emailed their customer service and they said item is now back ordered. Website still says item in stock. I tried to cancel my order and they give me the run around, asking to wait for another 7-10 days. I doubt it will arrive, money down the drain. Ridiculous! I'd stick with amazon next time.
Do not order from this company... they do not ship, they do not answer your questions when the order never arrives, do not waste your time or your money!
Logos of known manufacturers are shown but not delivered. They require the buyer to pay for return shipping. My items were large and I refused to pay for return shipping due to cost and misrepresentation of product. I disputed with Discover card and after three months was told Discover sided with Factory Outlet Store because I did not return the product. Really? Upsetting as the product was completely misrepresented. I would never do business with them again and buyer beware.
I purchased 2 Samsung Refrigerator Filters. Since they were not genuine filters, it caused my refrigerator to leak within 12 hours. I had to contact a refrigerator repairman to come to my house. He replaced the filter with a genuine Samsung filter, and the leaking stopped. This company would not allow me to return even the unopened filter because 30 days had passed. Horrible customer service. Do Not Buy From This Company!
I ordered a vacuum filter expecting it to be here within 3-5 business days. This is what my order said I was ok waiting that long. However a week and a half later still no filter. I called and they told me I will have it friday and it was the carrier's fault that it is taking so long. I guess I should have done a little more research on this company, next time I will pay the extra money and order directly from manufacturer.

I ordered a battery for my little cell phone and still haven't received it 24 days later. They said it was "lost" and is "no longer in stock". They could've notified me of that weeks ago, but now I have to start from scratch to find one!
Answer: I strongly recommend not to buy anything from this place.
Answer: But these things locally. I don't trust this place. I bought phones which were refurbished but NEVER stated as such. One stopped working a month after receipt! Pay a few $& more and stay away from this place.
Answer: That's a question no one can answer for me. Tried calling and now I have to wait 10 days for their investigation
