Horrible Experience

Wow... this place is a joke.
We ordered plantronics cs540... 1st box they sent me had no headset in it or anything except some little peice. 2nd box they sent to fix the problem had a plantronics model c054 which is not what i ordered. No big deal. But the headset battery is dead and will not charge. This place sells junk. Horrible to talk to. Still have not fixed the issue. Still have not gave me credit back... HORRIBLE. Stay away

I bought a Uniden D 1760-8 the total cost $132.42 l worked on this phone for a month could not get it to work. L got on line for technical support with no help. After calling them 3 times another month went by with no help. I called again and after more then a week unexpected finally someone return our call from technical support. My husband and technical support worked with our phone over an hour. They determined that the base was a problem had and to box it up for a return. We told them just send us another set of phones and not a refund. After waiting for a month l called them and found out they gave me a refund and not another set of phones. So l went to order another set of phones just like the ones l had bought before. They would not let me have the phone l bought before at the price l paid for they wanted to charge me more money $199.00 plus tax. Much more then what l paid for to start with.It could had been a simple fix. They had a copy of the original sale and what l paid. To make things right because of there mistake. L ask them to send me the same phone for the same amount l paid for the first time.And they refused, they would NOT send me that phone unless l paid more. L call that scamming. Lts not right to sale me something that didn't work, then told me to return and when they received it then they would ship me a new one. Instead give me back my money jacked up the price to replace. SO WRONG. UNFAIR, AND LOOKS LIKE THEY TRY TO SCAM US INTO PAYING MORE. NEED HELP TO REACH CORP. THEY WOULD NOT DO THE RIGHT THING. SAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. AT UNIDEN FACTORY OUTLET. LIARS, SCAMMERS.

If you need a phone, I'd recommend any place other than this. Horrible rude customer service. They could not find my order number after my never receiving a receipt. Item had supposedly been shipped via Fed Ex yet Fed Ex says item appeared to be in their system for a couple of days then disappeared. All points show it was never shipped. Tried to get help from customer service but after being put on hold for nearly half an hour, was rudely dismissed and told to wait a few days.

This is not a reputable store. They claimed to have Garmin products in stock that they do not. After getting a confirmation e mail that the items would be shipped the next day. They did not have the items and I received another e mail that the products would be shipped by the end of April which was unacceptable. I attempted to cancel the entire order but they convince me they had 4 of the 8 items in stock and would call me the following day to confirm shipment. Of course I never received a call so I called them only to find out the items the were supposed to ship were also not in stock. They claimed they cancelled my order but next thing I knew they charged my charge card. I had to call back again and they claim they have canceled the order again. Hopefully this time they have and I will not have to dispute the charge with the credit card company.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY JUST KEEP LYING ABOUT WHAT THEY HAVE IN STOCK

Plantronics headset
April 1, 2021

Talked to a rep to make sure I got the right headset for my needs. A little hard to understand his English and he was outside somewhere based on the background noise, so I asked where he was calling from. He said he was in New York so I continued. He assured me of the model I would need and gave me a price for a refurb. I was concerned about getting a used one, but he told me it was factory reman and would be good. Got the unit today and some pieces were missing, the headset itself was lose bouncing around with the other pieces. No instructions, no CD to load on my PC which I made clear is what I was using it for. The base did not look like it had even been cleaned. Even the order form was just jammed in with the packing

With COVID issues and this coming supposedly from New York I was really surprised.

I called to explain and again someone with a strong accent answered and did not understand at all why I was not happy. I asked to speak to a manager, waited for a couple of minutes and they told me no one was available and I would get a call back. They did not ask me for a call back number and fifteen minutes later, no call.

I called back then to return and the first person asked me questions, then said his internet was having issues and I lost the connection. Called back and the person also sounded like they were outside with wind noise. He took the order number and said I would get an email with instructions to return within five minutes.

They refused to pay for me to return a DEFECTIVE GPS i just asked for an exchange it cost me 15.06 to return wish i had looked at the reviews first. HORRIBLE STORE

I ordered a battery for my Nikon DSLR on Feb 1,2021. On Mar 21,2021 it stopped charging. I used it once. When I put it on the charger, the light was blinking really fast. I took it out and put it back in the charger. It blinked like it would normally when it would charge. I left it in and checked on it hours later. Still blinking. I put it in the camera and it was completely dead. When I asked for a refund or exchange, I was denied because it was after 30 day from my order. Look at my dates. This entire thing was less than 2 months. Don't buy from them. Just throw your money down the toilet. What a waste.

Chinese Company

Order was wrong and took a really long time.
Would NEVER order from them again! The website was misleading and made me think I was buying the $135+ tennis shoes from a Florida business. When I finally received the tracking email it was all in Chinese. I feel mislead.

Shipped wrong product we order a two dog control and was sent a single dog control they act like this is all our fault they we payed a restocking fee and payed to shipped this back. They shipped another control and this is the same as the last time and they want us to pay to restock and shipping again. Very poor customer service and they feel customer is always wrong. Save your self the hassel and buy some place else

If I could give them less then 1 star I would. I purchased some filters and had to return them because they didn't fit. They refunded me less then 50% of my purchase price under the excuse of restocking fees. I will NEVER deal with them again.

This should be a NEGATIVE star!

These people are CROOKS! I ordered a Uniden PC78LTW two way radio. They sent me a very USED Uniden PC78LT+ (wrong radio) in a very OLD and beat up PC78LTW box (right box, wrong [USED] radio!). Fortunately, I used PayPal to pay for the transaction and PayPal has a consumer protection plan built in. I initially tried to call the fraudulent ecommerce merchant using the number on their website. Each time (3 times) I was on the phone on hold (after going through a long drawn out automated system with erroneous adds) and then continuing to hold for another 15 minutes listening to corny hold music before I would get abruptly cut off and the hold music was replaced by a busy signal. Again, I did that three times consecutively before logging into PayPal and "escalating" my transaction into a claim dispute. Early that following week, I received a very poorly written email from factoryoutletstore.com that said it has come to their attention that I am disputing my claim. They went on to write encouraging me to contact them (and offered a "different" number to call) and THREATENED me that there could be additional fees and collection procedures. Of course, I thought, "Oh bring it on!". In the end, after PayPal reviewed the case as well as all the documentation and pictures I sent, they closed the case in my favor. I received a full refund. I have NO idea what would have happened had I used my credit card. BUYER BEWARE of factoryoutletstore.com. The are SCAMMERS, as well as CRIMINALS! Do NOT patronize them! They are very fraudulent!

Buyer Beware...!

Worst buying experience we have ever had.

I placed an order and next day tried to cancel.
I spent over 90 minutes on the phone. Was told the item was in shipping and could not be stopped.
I talked with two (2) supervisors...
I was promised I would receive full credit and return instructions ~ This did not happen.
I called back and went through the same process 3/4/2021 with same zero results.
Bottom line, incompetent zero customer service.

Scammers/Fraudulent

Ordered several phones for the office. We never got the items. They claimed it was shipped out and delivered by FedEx. Neither one claims any responsibility. Called numerous times to complain but problem was never resolved by either party.
Both scammers.

TALKED TO A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THIS SITE AND ORDERED A PHONE SYSTEM FOR THE OFFICE WHICH COST OVER A $1000. BOTTOM LINE WE NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS. THEY CLAIM IT WAS SENT VIA FEDEX AND WAS DELIVERED. NUMEROUS CALLS WERE MADE TO ATTFACTORYOUTLET SUPPORT AND FEDEX AND BOTH REFUSED TO CLAIM ANY RESPONSIBILITY. IN THE MEANTIME, CREADIT CARD WAS CHARGED BUT THE OFFICE NEVER GOT THE ITEMS. TERRIBLE.

Pretzel antenna

My antenna arrived today. 15 days after I ordered it. The box arrived destroyed. And some genius shipped a 31 inch antenna in a 14 inch long box. I have seen straighter pretzels. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Shady company if you can even call it that. Took an eternity to even get a response from customer service when I inquired about my order that still had not been shipped a week after I placed the order. Said the items I ordered were all in stock on their website only to find out 2 weeks later, when it had still not shipped, that they were waiting for the retailer to restock the item which would happen in 7-10 days. Never happened. Then about a month after I placed the order THEY cancelled the order and said I had requested the cancellation. I guess I should count my blessings because my $$ was refunded. DO NOT under any circumstances order anything from this "company." It is nothing but a scam.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY/SITE.

Bought an item; they shipped a broken one. Was a hassle to return. They agreed to replace. We had to pay to ship it back, even though it was defective. Then they charged us a re-stocking fee and refused to send us a new one! 100% RIP-OFF, IMHO.
