Spent $50 to get an item overnighted, only to have it delivered 5 days later. When I requested a refund of the $50, they were unwilling to cooperate. Horrible customer service, and a product that was overpriced to begin with. I'll never go with this company again.
No support, and horrible customer service. I tried to return a headset that was not compatible with my system after the 30 days, and they offered no help, simply said, sorry call the manufacturer. I was delayed returning it because I tried the manufacturer etc, and still could not get it to work after trying on and off for a few weeks. I suggest Amazon or a local dealer. The customer service staff, manager Jessica included, were like robots, and probably will be replaced by robots soon.
Very misleading advertising in their presentation of a Garmin Drive Smart 51LMT and other Garmin GPSs with Traffic.
When you click on the What is Included tab it shows you a picture of a GTM 60 Traffic Receiver cable. When you receive the GPS you receive a standard power cable.
Called Customer Service and after talking to the CSR she said she was sending out the Traffic Receiver cable. When I receiver the cable it was again the Standard power cable.
After three phone calls a manager told me it is the standard power cable that is included not the pictured GTM 60 Traffic Receiver cable regardless of what the picture shows. A picture is worth a thousand words. VERY DECEIVING.
First of all I do not like talking to a foreign country for an American purchase. Then to be deceived by false presentation for what is included with the GPS, VERY BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND BUSINESS PRACTICE. BUT THEN AGAIN THEY ARE NOT AMERICAN.
I placed an order of portable A/C over a month ago. Called customer service and they promised to ship it within the next business week. They never did, so I was forced to cancel my order.
At the time of the order they took my money right away, but today when I cancelled my order I was told that it will take up to five days to get my money back!?
Be aware- they post lucrative deals, take your money and use them interest free until you cancel your order and then few more days.
Ordered water filter. After almost two weeks - nothing. Called and voiced my complaint after five minutes of rude conversation andexcuses I asked to speak to a super. "They are all busy" was given an extension numbers to reach supervisors however when you call that number customer service answers again and having to answer five minutes of questions again before they would put me through to a Supervisor - again "Supervisor not available" but will call me back. That never happened either. I am a retired Univ. Prof. So excuse my terminology but this is the VERY WORST internet companies I have ever come across. This is either the biggest fraudulent run company or they are all inept idiots. Either way - do not do any business with them, just get away from this site as soon as you can.
They are the worst company ever do not buy a bed from them you will never get it and good luck trying to get a customer service person to help you. They will never call you back!
I ordered a $3,000 trolling motor, which was easy. But the trolling motor was a lemon and the head unit fried within 45 days of purchase. I sent factoryoutletstore an email and they responded stating we could send it back for an exchange. Waited 2 days and still no prepaid label. We called back to inquire about the label to only be told "oh we are not taking it back, please find a service center". After 8 calls between Minn Kota and Factoryoutletstore we just took it to a service center. Three days later, after I left another bad review, we received another call stating they would exchange it so my husband drove 45 minutes to pick it up so he could ship it back. So another 3 days went by with no prepaid label. We called about 10-12 times and they were rude, confusing and unhelpful every single time. One person would say 'you cant return this, oh wait I see the notes, call back tomorrow if you do not receive the prepaid label by email". This went on call after call. My husband had to call a local dealer just to get a box... Wonderfull people unlike Factoryoutletstore. After all this we are here today with no label, a broken brand new $3,000 trolling motor, and a refusal to just refund our money, and we also have to pay a restock fee if we ever get a return label. Donot use this company or you will be screaming LAWSUIT like we are.
I ordered a replacement filter for my Bosch refrigerator. The wrong filter was delivered. When I called the customer service line, initially I was told I would need to mail back the wrong filter at my expense.
I called a supervisor who told me to keep the filter and that a proper correct filter would be sent at no additional charge.
They sent the same wrong filter again.
I ordered from another site and the filter was correct the first time.
This company is difficult to work with and gets the order wrong.
Will never again use this company for any purchases.
I bought a refurbished Uniden phone with two receivers. The second receiver did not work; an error message said it was out of range of the base. The returns policy claims that a full refund would be issued for defective items, and a 15% restocking fee charged for returning the unwanted item. I contacted the company to authorize a return and refund. The price was $59.95. They sent me $37 so I wrote to ask them why they didn't issue a full refund. No answer from them.
I had a bad feeling about this business and told my wife that I suspect they won't issue the full refund. I was right. I'm still waiting to hear from them as to why I they didn't give me my full refund. If I ever do hear from them, I expect them to say that the phone wasn't faulty.
UPDATE - 6/18/18: The company finally made good and sent me the rest of the refund. The total price of $59.95 has been refunded.
On top of this, if the phone wasn't faulty, and they charged a 15% restocking fee, that would have been $9, but they deducted $22 from the $59.95.
This was my first and last purchase from this company. Incidentally, it cost me $12 to return the phone by USPS. I note they have a lot of negative reviews, and I'm not surprised. I'm giving them one star but I'd prefer to give none.

I recently purchased a 3-pack Refrigerator Water Filter set. After the 1st one proved to be bad, with ice that tasted terrible when it started melting, I tried a 2nd one to make sure the 1st one was just a faulty one. The 2nd one proved to be just as terrible.
I didn't try the 3rd. I bought one from Best Buy and my ice tastes great!
They would only honor the 1 unopened, but charged 15% return fee and shipping. Not worth my time and effort. But this is worth my time and effort to warn anyone from purchasing this item. Go to Best Buy for your water filters!
Do not do business with Factory Outlet Store! I purchased our first refurbished phone to receive a VERY USED, unacceptable product. I tried to return it but they would not let me unless I returned it for another order. I was forced to purchase the product NEW from them even though that same product new was cheaper elsewhere. Further, the new phone that came had most of the items out of the bags, it was clear this phone had previously been opened. My second experience, I should never have given them a second chance, I purchased 2 other refurbished phones. They arrive and one is, again, beat up and fuzz was coming out of the earpiece. I exchange the phone (at my shipping cost) to only get a 2nd one returned with no phone cord. When asked to have the phone cord sent to me, they asked me to return the whole phone again. I said no, Im not going to pay shipping costs AGAIN when they can simply ship me the cord I have paid for. The rep finally says she is trying to work with the warehouse. One week later, nothing, so I email them again to get the response "we are trying to resolve your issue". Its a $4 phone cord that can be purchased ANYWHERE! The 3rd phone then started having issues with the cord and headset after one week. Again, I asked them to send a replacement cord and earpiece and they would not. I was told I had to exchange the whole phone again. This has disrupted my business considerably. I ended up buying a new cord and the cord/headset for both phones through Amazon. Received my products in two days. Again, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY. We learned the hard way.
Purchased ($89.95) an 'instant download' for a Garmin GPS on Sunday. No download arrived and when I called was told the l 'email team' doesn't work Sundays! Come Monday morning, no download-called and no resolution, he would contact email teamnto troubleshoot. No email yet... called afternoon and agent couldn't solve and said she'd turn over to email team. 2 hour after I called back, no download yet, and cancelled order.
Paid $650 for a trolling motor that does not work! They are not taking it back because I dod not have the original box! Even if I take it to UPS and have it packaged they will not take it back!
Misleading advertising. Product description stated the product included a charging travel case, however that was not included with my Sonic Care Electric Toothbrush. I specifically selected that particular package for both the brushing options and the charging case. I travel a lot.
When I called them they blamed it on the mfg. They also indicated that the picture (not on the same screen showed the regular case. They did not deny the printed description said it was included. No satisfaction from them. A few days later their website has been corrected to say standard case.
Real Professional in handling their error?
This company sent me an incorrect water filter. I called, twice, to the company and was rudely told how I was wrong. Customer service reps refused to listen to me.

I ordered merchandise a month ago for firedisc accessories and after multiple calls and attempts to get my merchandise I am sitting here with a 60 dollar deficit with nothing to show for it.

I ordered Honeywell air filters, as shown in their pages on sears marketplace. The filters took about 2 weeks to arrive, as specified. When I eventually opened the box, the filters were a no-name filter with MERV-11 crudely stamped on the filter. All manufacturers who are proud of their products put their name on the product. When I called to complain, FOS said they were replacement filters, and I misunderstood. NFW. I did not misunderstand, FOS committed fraud by advertising something they had no intention of shipping. They generously offered my money back if I paid to ship the crappy filters back to them. Again, NFW. Sears was of no help. In any case, I disputed the charge through credit card company. Sears gets one star for dealing with these fraudsters. Sears used to be a reliable, ethical company, but I guess that is in their history, not their future, if Sears survives. Wish I had found these reviews before wasting time with these jerks. BTW, I found the Honeywell filters at HD for about 5% more than these guys charged.
In late January I ordered 6 batteries for Dewalt drills. They picture them as Dewalt but when they arrived they obviously were not. Still, they seemed to work fine initially so I ordered 6 more in early February. Suddenly in March they started failing. Barely made it past 30 days, which OF COURSE is their warranty period. Now, 9 of 12 are crap. Notified company and was basically told to pound sand. After filing a report with BBB, Crooks Outlet called and said they would REPLACE these crap batteries. Why the hell would I want more junk to replace junk? I am now out almost $500 but still taking the fight to these criminals. They refuse to refund me but I am not deterred. Should be against he law for these cons to sell their cheap China made crap as legit replacements. Something else amazing is that only one review site has these crooks rated as "good". I can only assume they are affiliated by some membership. Protect yourselves and your wallets. Stay the hell away from these thieves!
I ordered a gps/fishfinder and the order got held up because my phone number area code didn't match my home address. He said he needed a landline number. I said no one has a fuc... landline anymore. Never had such a wasted experience in my life outside of marriage.

Answer: But these things locally. I don't trust this place. I bought phones which were refurbished but NEVER stated as such. One stopped working a month after receipt! Pay a few $& more and stay away from this place.
