My credit card has withdrawn the money for the Raymarine purchase I made because the equipment purchased will NOT work. I'm waiting for a resolution to the dispute.

The only regret I have with customer satisfaction reviews is that there is no ZERO.
Dont use this company! Very pleasant on the phone, however they fail to comprehend what you need. I wanted to order batteries and charger for my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Simply, right? I went first to their website and found what I wanted. I did have a question so I decided to go call. Big mistake, after a long discussion I decided to order 2 batteries and a charger. I wanted a charger a charger that would cut off when the battery was full charged. I wasnt sure if something like that even existed. I was told he would place an order for one and the batteries. I also was told I would have my order by Thursday.
I called today just to check to make sure everything was Okay. To my surprise, I was informed my batteries was handed over to the Post Office from UPS from some reason I still dont understand. But not to worry I will receive my batteries within 3 to 5 business days. When I told him: You mean not until next week! He said no... 3 to 5 business days. I dont know how he calculates 3 to 5 days from now is next week. Which is a far cry from today. To make matter worst when I asked about the charger, he said I didnt order one. No problem I could order one now. The bottom line no batteries, no charger. I should have order from Amazon!
Do not order from this store period. They'll send you broken merchandise and then make you pay to return to it just to get your money back. That makes sense, send consumer's a defective product and then make then cover return shipping for YOUR defective item. Not even to be reimbursed on the back end. Just a complete waste of time and money dealing with these people. Save yourself the hassle and just pay the $5-$10 more it costs at the store down the street.
Salesman lie to customers after 6 days customer service calked back i asked if they recorded there calls which she could not answer then she tells me they would reprimand the sales person but she could not do anything for me so if you would like to be lied to and cheated use this company they are a total and complete scam artists they will rot in hell
Wow, I cant believe how a company can screw something as simple as a return. I ordered a GPS and right out of the box, it didnt work. I sent it back the next day, I even paid UPS 15.00 to do it. They e-mailed me return form, and I wrote I wanted an exchange, the same model etc. Then after they received it I noticed a partial refund back to my PayPal account. I called them and asked what was going on why did I receive a partial refund. I explain to the man that right out of the box it did not work I returned it the next day and I asked for an exchange not a refund. I had to argue with them to get my $34 restocking fee back. So needless to say once the money was back in my PayPal account I ordered the same GPS from Amazon. I fail to understand why they have you jump through hoops fill out the paperwork asking for an exchange then not do it and only give you a partial refund and charge you a $34 restocking fee for a product that does not work. If I were you, I would steer clear of this company thank you
Do Not buy from these people! Their picture shows a Dewalt 18 volt battery. I ordered one. Today it showed up and it is Not a Dewalt battery. It has the colors of a Dewalt, but no Dewaly label, no 18 volt label, nothing but a cheap copy. If they were going to sell a replacement battery, they should Not show a picture of a Dewalt battery.
I contacted their customer service to pick a fish finder with maps installed. They chose one for me. I ordered it and it arrived without maps. I called them and at first they said just return the head unit and theyll send the correct item. After waiting weeks they said they wont return the correct item without the accessories. Then they said I need to send everything in the same form (in the box as I received it) or they cant return it. Since Im not capable of doing that any longer they refuse to do anything. This order also came with a 30 day guarantee which they are also not honoring. This company is a scam. They will send you the wrong product and make it unreturnable. Im stuck with a $400 charge, no product at all anymore and have to go through the pain of a chargeback.
I received a damaged laptop battery and contacted company. I received a RA but had to pay the return shipping. About 10 days later I receive an email charging me a return fee and shipping fee for the replacement. Will never purchase here again.
Purchased two GPS units. One turned out to be defective. Company did not offer or provide postal return.
When contacted I was told that the postal fee would be refunded but claimed that was not mentioned or implied during the calls made to the FOS. The postal return fee was $18.00.
The unit was repackaged and returned with the form FOS provided to include with the returned defective merchandise. The form filled out clearly had a box checked marked (Return for exchange).
All of a sudden I see credit activity in my account of a partial refund for the item returned to the Factory Outlet Store. But the restocking fee was applied and $24.49 was withheld. Now clearly this conduct in my view was totally criminal. First of all the product refund was not what was requested so it is obvious that
The FOS decided for me not to replace the product but to do a return of funds and proceeding to things to their own volition.
After contacting their rip off division the restocking fee had bee credited back. Yet the shipping postal expense is not honored and FOS tells me that it is not in their return policy to issue credit for the postal return.
So if your do a transaction and you have not return issues you will skate on by just fine. But if you have a return watch out!. They are going to try to rip you off.
I placed an order for an X-85 depth finder transducer on March 1
Product was misrepresented by sales associate. I specifically gave the salesman the unit model over the phone to match the accessory needed.
I asked him twice if the skimmer bracket came with it, to which he affirmatively indicated twice.
Once all the ordering details were taken care of, sales rep didn't give me a confirmation number, I asked him to email it to me. The emailed, I didn't receive.
I followed up on the order 7 days later for I hadnt received it. I was told it would arrive from 2 to 5 days. I explained the circumstances to the representative who answered the call, including repeating that I didn't have a confirmation number due to that the email with it never came. He eventually found my record and confirmed all the information was correct, however, that the item could arrive up to the 15th.
I also asked him the transducer included the bracket; he responded that the product description didn't point that out. At this time, he was hurrying to end the call, offering me to return the item if I wasn't satisfied. Suddenly, the call dropped
I had to call back 3 more times to get a supervisor contact information.
I wrote the supervisor twice. I sent her an email explaining my issue. Since, there was no response, I sent her another requesting a reply. Still waiting.
Lastly, the part just came today. Its incompatible with my unit.
I purchased online a Garmin NuMapLifetime Download from FOS. On its website, it showed that the product was compatible with my GPS, a Montana 650T, which was not true. When it did not work I contacted Garmin directly and found out that the product was not compatible with a Montana 650T.To get to this point, I used the product key to activate the software (non-functioning software).
I called FOS to return the product; I was charged a $21.49 restocking fee (24% of the purchase price.
I called FOS to complain and thought I was going to get my money back.
Not so.
I feel FOS has acted fraudulently in selling me a product that it should have know was non-functioning. My purchase receipt clearly indicated it was for a Montana 656T.
Avoid this company.
Faulty advertisement. The picture of headset and model I ordered is no way what you actually get. I had to pay a restocking fee and shipping to get part of my money back... wow! Poor customer service
Product was misrepresented by sales associate. I was told a specific chip would function in my Lowrance fish locator by Factory Outlet Store sales representative. When chip arrived, it did not. I called to get instructions to return product, received no help from the operator, I was told she would send me instructions via email, which I never received. When I did, on my own, locate return form, I read they hit you up with a 15% process fee plus the actual cost of shipping. I feel, as I was misled on the product, they owe me for the cost I paid to return item AND reimburse me the money they withheld from my credit.
I purchased though the toll free number because the size for my replacement part was not listed. As a result the incorrect heads were sent to me. After I tried to install the replacement heads I found them to be the wrong size. I called the factory outlet to make them aware of the mistake of sending me the wrong Norelco heads. Unfortunately the salesman the second time was confused and had a hard time finding the heads I needed but suggested a different part which might fit, and would cost more. I refused since I lost faith in the factory outlets ability to get the correct part. I am requesting the full amount of $ 29.95 which was charged to my Visa card since the error was on your part.
As a result they returned only part of my charge amount and took 15% off. I would not deal with this company in the future and not recommend this company to anyone.
Ordered two replacement batteries for my Samsung S5 phones and bought the two year extended warranty on them. When they arrived they were not even fully charged and the packages looked like they had been opened. Neither battery will hold a charge for more than five hours, worse than the original batteries I was trying to replace which are made by Samsung. Tried to return them after just days, but was told unless I had the original packaging they were shipped in, I could not get my money back for the purchase or the warranty. They should be shut down for unethical and illegal business practices. A total rip off of a company!
I bought a unlocked cell phone. To my surprise it arrived and was not unlocked. I Returned the item and they want me to paid 105.49 for restocking fee. That is not acceptable, the item they sell is not what I bought period, so In my opinion they need to stand by the quality of their products. Bad experience. THankfully my credit Card stand for me
I have never had such a bad experience buying online. Ordered 6 refrigerator filters. They sent the wrong ones. When I went to change the filter 60 days later, it would not fit. I called them and asked for a refund or replacement of the correct filters. They refused to refund more than 3 of them, because it had been more than 30 days (even though they had never been unpacked). Not only that, but they refused to refund anything at all, but would only give me credit for other purchases. Then they told me that they DONT STOCK THE FILTERS I NEED! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that he was busy! These guys are crooks and I am out $300 for filters that I can not use. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!
I ordered a Panasonic KX-TG633SK 3 Handset Cordless Phone on Jan 3rd after my current phone system died. It was expected in 2-5 days. At the time I ordered it, it was shown to be in stock. By Jan. 8th, tracking had still not been uploaded. I called customer service, and was told they were out of stock, and they wouldn't be available until the 26th. When I asked why it had been listed in stock when I ordered it, and why no one had the decency to contact me regarding any back order status. He said that the website takes a day to update. When I asked him why it was still showing as "in stock" over 5 days later, he just repeated himself. He then offered me another unit, and when I asked him the difference between the two, he sited that this model had 30% more battery life, which was a feature that they both had anyway. When I told him I'd be interested in that one, he then checked and said they were out of stock as well, even though the website showed that unit to be in stock as well. He then offered to sell me a two unit, and would add a 3rd at "A discount" for $20.00 more. We call that "Bait & switch" in my country. He was also certainly not knowledgeable about the products. The only reason I gave one star was because I couldn't give a zero. This was my 1st experience with this company. Very disappointed...
Ordered a water filter for a brand new refrigerator and the filter leaked. Thought it was the unit. Called a repairman and they did everything they could to stop the leak and it ended up being the defective filter. Tried to get the company to honor their product and they would not. Tried to tell me i damaged it when I stored it! I installed it the day we got it! Refused to replace it! Said it was after 30 days even though it was defective brand new item!
Ordered a refurbished Plantronics Voyager. Arrived broken. Will not function at all.
Tried to return it and this excuse for a business wants a 15% restocking fee to be albe to rip off someone else.

Answer: But these things locally. I don't trust this place. I bought phones which were refurbished but NEVER stated as such. One stopped working a month after receipt! Pay a few $& more and stay away from this place.
Answer: That's a question no one can answer for me. Tried calling and now I have to wait 10 days for their investigation
