Worst customer service I've ever seen. As a frequent weekly or almost daily online shopper I don't think I've ever had an order so screwed up. Ordered a pair Muck boots for my husband 12 days ago and was told they would take 5-7 days for delivery which would have been perfect as they were a gift. Never received them and after calling the company 3 TIMES and was told numerous times that they were on the way thru Fedx... wrong again... called Fedx and they stated that there has not been any package mailed to me form this company they them or even USPS. After then calling customer service 2 more times a rep finally admitted that they were POSSIBLY not shipped but that he was not sure and that I would receive an email within 24-48 hours with the time and date of shipment and tracking information. Still waiting... 4 days after that and still no email, no boots, and no answers. No one can tell me for sure where the boots are or if they have been shipped AGAIN... yet they cannot cancel my order because they THINK that they have. However, the money was withdrawn from my account immediately upon placing the order. How does this even happen? DO NOT order from this company!
I bought a 5 handset ATT&T phone from Factory Outlet. Had a problem programming something, and went online to look at manual. Stated incorrect serial umber a few times. Factory Outlet closed, called AT&T, and they told me I couldn't get online help because it was an obsolete model.~ I told them it wasn't, only bought it 2 1.2 months ago. She told me that, unfortunately some unrepeatable sites sell as brand new, which they are, but don't tell you they are obsolete. I talked to Antoine "highest level of authority at Factory Outlet" and he told me he could do nothing about it because it was over 30 days. I told him I just found out about this and was willing to pay price difference. Company policy wont let them do that. So, they misrepresent what they are selling and use company policy for their cop out. Also, before I got to Antoine, I was hung up on by 2 different agents, because they said there was nothing to be done, I never raised my voice ~ they are just a bunch of cheats! I URGE NO ONE TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered an expensive "refurbished" Panasonic Toughbook computer from this online "Panasonic authorized" retailer. It was supposed to arrive within 2-5 business days. I called 3 business days later to inquire about the unit since I had not received any shipment tracking notification. The person informed me the computer was still being tested. I called again 2 days later, still without tracking info, and canceled the order. Agent said it could not be canceled because warehouse was closed. I finally disputed charge with CC company after 4 calls and no relief. A refurbished computer should be ready to ship, not requiring testing. This company no doubt has many used computers in pieces and only cobbles a unit together when an order is received. Stay away!
I ordered some pre-filters for my HVAC system and when I put in the information, they looked correct and said they were correct, but the weren't. When I called in the guy kept asking me for the code numbers and when I told him he said, "No that is not correct you don't understand!" Very rudely! He kept talking over me, so when I tried to explain he couldn't hear me. Now I have to pay a restocking fee of 15% and full shipping. What a joke. I understand shipping but a restocking fee for something I didn't even pull out of the package. Bad customer service and I will not use them again for anything!
I ordered a Garmin watch from them. Once I received it, the item was defective so I asked about a return. After shipping the defective item back at my own expense, they refused a refund. I had to go through my credit card company to secure the refund, and after the charge was reversed, they attempted to charge my credit card again, forcing me to open a second dispute with the company.
Tried to order a watch. Received an email stating they had additional questions about my payment. I called them and they wanted to know the individuals that lived at the shipping address and individual names with their phone numbers. I told them to ship it to the address. It shouldn't be that difficult. They said they would and then the next day I received another email where there was problems with the payment again. I called and they were still harassing me about the issues the night before. They refused to ship it to the shipping address and told me it's because of "fraud."
I purchased a GARM-NuviCam LMTHD-R that was defective. I had to pay the return shipping fee and asked for a replacement. They received it on a Monday (USPS tracking). They didn't respond. I called 8 days later. Bobby was very sarcastic on the phone and told me that they had refunded my money. He neglected to tell me that they had charged me $33 restock fee. I was unable to talk to a supervisor because "he is busy".
I bought a Garmin GPS from FACTORYOUTSTORE on July 28 I received it August 3 it stopped working August 28 but I could not contact them until September 4th. I called the store and talked to a Joshua we said that Garmins could be returned for 90 days. So I mailed it back at my own expense and I never heard any thing from them. I have a receipt which shows they did receive the Garmin but they wouldn't issue any credit. I send it back with all the original packing.
They took a long time to ship the battery. When the battery came it was not the battery I ordered. It was not even close to the battery I ordered. They told me to ship it back, which I did. Then they said the right battery was back ordered. So I canceled the order. They refused to refund $12.90 I spent on shipping it back, that was completely their fault. I did not get help when I called customer service. Very unprofessional. Will never do business with this company again. I suggest you stay away.
What I received was NOT what was advertised on the website. I returned it, as told by an associate They then returned the same unit to me the next week. BEWARE... Buy elsewhere.
Called for warranty service but they claim physical defects not covered... BS! Headphones have very flemsy clip... but they say it's not their problem.
Ordered a garmin fish finder and paid extra $100 for next day shipping... but they put a hold on order because they could not verify the address I am at... even though I own property, and lived here for 4 years!
I will never buy anything from them again. Bought 2 tablets from them and were both defective. No customer service. Dont waste your money
I bought Clarity phones as a gift for my dad who is hard of hearing (model E814CC and 2 handsets, model E814HS) and he absolutely loves it!
By all means, please purchase this phone from Amazon or Clarity directly do not be tempted to go with FactoryOutletStore like I did. My dad decided he didn't need the two handsets, so I thought it'd be easy to return them. Wrong! I was given the run-around and was told I had to return the entire bundle of phones (even though the handsets were each in their own boxes). Seriously?
The customer service rep even told me that "if I returned only the handsets, I would have a tragic experience." Really? No logic whatsoever, and a frustrating customer service experience.
Since there isn't an option for no stars, I clicked on 1 star!

I originally discussed exactly what I wanted with the Order by Phone' clerk and she was very difficult to deal with since she didn't seem to understand the product.
When I received the incorrect items and I called Customer Care (Kenneth) to return them, he attempted to sell me an item which was not what I wanted. Further, he stated that the item I had rec'd was the correct one. It is obviously not. And now, I am expected to pay shipping to return the items?!?
Perhaps the wrong item was packaged by RAM Mount, but that was not my fault. That's between RAM Mounts and Factory Outlet Store. IT'S THE WRONG PART.
There seems to be a lack of understanding of how to coordinate the proper items with the customer!

I requested that I receive the GUARENTEED refund and the shipping cost to me, since this was obviously an error on your company's side and not due to any error on my part.
I then had to listen to a song and dance that you did not refund shipping costs since it was "not your fault".
Instead of prolonging any further transaction with your company and being additionally insulted, I advised that I would return the items for a full refund.
I did return the items, at a cost to me of $7.45 postage.
The items were received by you 6 days ago.
I was only refunded $25.09 of the purchase price of $43.64
A fee of $18.55 was deducted from my refund!?!
Exactly what is this fee for? You have the audacity to charge a 15% restocking fee AND the original shipping fee back to me, even those two items DO NOT add up to $18.55?
I believe you owe me $26.
This is undoubtedly the most disreputable company I have ever dealt with.
.. Never again... It cost me $77.00 to send back their defective HP that I bought... I tried talking to a man and his English was so poor, I couldn't understand him... So I had to pay for their crap. That I stupidly bought... Buy from reputable businesses... I learned my lesson...
The information provided was not geared toward honesty. If they gave all the facts nobody would buy Magellan Triton 1500.
It turns out, it first came out on Sept. 14,2004! This is 2018! That's 14 years old!
This model will not work with current computers.
After finding out the facts, they think it's okay to charge a restocking fee!
They should refund the charges in full and hang their heads in shame for being so low.
I called before placing an order and they assured me it met my one requirement. Since my item was a replacement item for a dying headset, I didn't open/use/setup the headset till months later. They lied on the phone, I bought it, then when I called to see if they could help me the guy told me all my mistakes, lied, said he'd pull the original phone call and let me talk to a manger and then hung up the phone. Awful service. Awful people. Lies all around.
You don't get any notification after placing an order which make you feel at loss. They then charge 15% and also the shipping cost for the return. A rip off company for sure! Stay away!
Againi ordered a gps after waiting 4 days for it i got a call they could not verify my paypal card
After speaking with them twice they placed order now i have to wait another whole week! Not happy wont use them again
Answer: I strongly recommend not to buy anything from this place.
Answer: But these things locally. I don't trust this place. I bought phones which were refurbished but NEVER stated as such. One stopped working a month after receipt! Pay a few $& more and stay away from this place.
Answer: That's a question no one can answer for me. Tried calling and now I have to wait 10 days for their investigation
