You will find out how bad this place is once they send you an email asking questions. Worst ordering process in the world. Asking the same questions. Everything was digitally entered and they try to verify it 20 times.

Placed a GPS order Tuesday, got an email from their processing team AFTER they were done for the day (their hours 9-4), got the email at 4:27 saying I had to call them to finish processing my order. Weelll. Too late to call! Called the next morning a little after 9, got someone that couldn't speak very good English, couldn't understand me... was VERY ARGUMENTAtive, RUDE. Pretty much called me a liar without saying it aloud and then asked for a money order or check. F that.
SCAM ARTISTS I tell you. Also, HORRIBLE people working for them (processing order team). Canceled my order ASAP. DO NOT. I repeat, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS SITE!
Site says "in-stock". Paid extra to "expedite" order to head of the line. Find out 2 days later that they are "out of stock" don't know when item will be in. I had initiated a trip to my elderly in-laws to set up the items ordered from the Factory Outlet store. Now can't cancel my air flight tickets and will have to make a second trip to finish helping them cope.
Site is a total mislead just to get you to place your order.
AGAIN, DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE. WHAT SUCKS YOU IN IS THEIR PROMISE TO SHIP SAME DAY ORDER. THEIR PRICES ARE NOT ANY BETTER, IT WAS THE EARLIER SHIP TIME THAT SUCKED ME IN.
I ordered on Jan 31 and finally received a message that the order was sent to UPS on Feb 13. Two days later and the battery I ordered is still in NY, with no movement in two days. I ordered directly from HP, but they apparently shunted me off to FactoryOutletStore. I am going to complain directly to HP. This is unconscionable.
Stay away and save yourself the headache. Ordered $150 of goods, they promise to ship i 2-3 business days. No courtesy communication from them to say they did not even have the product in their inventory. I had to chase them up to find out where my order was and even then, they said they had no idea if, and when, they would get product in.
Tried to order a GPS to be shipped to California address I have a US credit card but their on line system wouldn't accept my Canada billing address so I changed to PayPal also on thier site Item didn't move out of my basket so I phoned the 1800 number and I'm pretty sure the person was tedinfyfrom a script He wouldn't listen to just kept telling me they don't accept Canadian credit cards even though it was through PayPal
All in all a horrible customer non service experience. Back to bricks and mortar stores for me
On 23 Jan. 19 I ordered a Magellan GPS from FactoryStoreOutlets. About one hour after I ordered I received an e-mail asking me to contact them. When I did I was informed the item was on back order. Yesterday 6 Feb. 19 I called to check on the status of the order. I was told it was still on back order and they did not know when it would be filled. I cancelled the order and requested a refund so I could try to make a local purchase. I was notified by paypal today at 10:00 am MST that the refund had been received. 5 minutes later I received an e-mail from FactoryStoreOutlets that the refund had been made. This is excellent service. Good on them and I would not hesitate to make future purchases from this vendor.
I ordered a Xantrex inverter plus and accessory panel which did not suit my needs. I returned it at my own expense (55.00 dollars!) They charge a 15 percent restocking fee and in addition they charge you what it cost them to send it to you originally (even though it was supposedly free shipping to begin with). All told out of a total purchase adding up to 568.90 I got back only 471.00 dollars. Stay away from this company!
Website says that they have a special... same day shipping. That means that the product will leave their facility the day that the order is placed. Website also says that the item is in stock. They are fast. Charged my credit card the day that I place the order. BUT they did not ship and still have not shipped, 4 days later. Turns out that in spite of what the website says, the item is not in stock. Won't be for 10 days, they said... but who can believe anything they say at this point. At best they are sloppy. At worst they are deceptive. Don't buy from them.
I ordered a power adapter for a Dell Inspiron 13 5378.Not only did I get the wrong item shipped to me, but when I called Customer Service to get a return form, I was told that they can't even find the laptop model on their site - I was looking directly at the screen with the model number when I was told this. What I received was a cheap knock-off that wasn't even close to being the correct adapter. Now I have to pay for shipping to return this item.
Dont buy from them. I purchased a headset, was sent an incomplete headset without the parts needed to make the headset operational. They said they would call back. Never received a return call.
The site says 100% guarantee, but they don't tell you it will cost you a 15% restocking fee. So on a product i haven't even opened ill get about 40 dollars returned for a 99 dollar product. Will never do business with them again. If they would tell you up front it would not be so bad..
Attempting to use PayPal for a purchase from Factory Outlet was misprocessed. Calling the customer Service to correct the error was done over the phone without any change to the fixing the problem. Returning the item cost a return shipping fee and 15% restocking. Is any of this customer friendly?
Their web site gives power adapter PA-21 for a Dell 13-7359. The plug on the adapter received is twice the size as the female receiver on the computer. Upon calling customer service, I believe I reached a call center in India. Once we could communicate somewhat, she said the unit I received is correct. Then she suggested I plug it in to see if it charges. I explained it is twice the size and will not fit. She then suggested sending another duplicate to me. I finally got her to accept a return. Of course even though they made the mistake, I need to pay $6 in shipping.
Ordered a garmin watch to use for running. Didn't sync with phone so I returned it. Because of a restocking fee it cost me $88 for a product that doesn't work with my phone! What was a supposed to do, keep the watch that didn't work? Unbelievable, can't believe they are in business.
I ordered 2 pillows from this company and 1 MONTH LATER the product has NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED. I emailed the company 3 TIMES to check in on the status of my order and received NO RESPONSE from this company. This company provides ABSOLUTLY NO SERVICE and is a WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Worst experience i have ever had working with an online retailer or any retailer in fact! DO NOT ORDER FROM FACTORYOUTLETSTORE.COM! Rating = (-10)!
Purchased garmin hunting chip for my gps. Received late because the item they said was in stock was not! Once I received the item I installed and found out that the chip was blank or defective. Contacted factory outlet and they stated that I needed to contact garmin, I did and they stated that I needed to handle thru where I purchased. Got approval from factory outlet store to send in and exchange, they credited my credit card for my purchase less 15% restocking fee. I hope you are reading this review before dealing with this business, as I learned from now on I will read reviews!
These guys must delay shipment to conserve cash. I have been waiting for almost two weeks. I cant send a picture because they havent delivered.

Shambolic service. Bought 2 Simmons mattresses on Nov 30 which came with complimentary sheets and protector. Stated 48hr delivery. Mattresses delivered 2 weeks later after numerous follow up. Accessories not delivered with mattresses so had to follow up. Wrong size sheets and protectors delivered. Had to follow up again and awaiting second set of sheets etc. Dec 19 and counting... How this company stays in business is beyond me...
Answer: I strongly recommend not to buy anything from this place.
Answer: But these things locally. I don't trust this place. I bought phones which were refurbished but NEVER stated as such. One stopped working a month after receipt! Pay a few $& more and stay away from this place.
Answer: That's a question no one can answer for me. Tried calling and now I have to wait 10 days for their investigation
