They claimed the headset I bought was compatible with the base I already had on the website and it took me over a month to try to pair it when I finally called for technical support and they made me call ATT corporate and they informed me it was not compatible. When i called to request a return, the customer service rep hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor since it was over 30 days for a return. Do not trust what is listed on this website.
I received email confirmation 3/16/19 for an order I placed that day for a Garmin GPS. When I voiced concern about receiving it prior to an imminent vacation, the salesman said he'd expedite the shipment at no extra cost so I'd receive it in two or at most three days. This was not the fastest shipment which would overnight it to me for an additional large sum, the exact amount of which I don't recall. But I could live with 2-3 business days. To my dismay, that's not what happened.
According to USPS tracking records provided to me, the package left New York on 3/18/19 and traveled across the country (perhaps by pack mule) and was delivered to my house at 6:30 PM on 3/23/19, SEVEN days after I placed the order, not the 2-3 business days promised. (I actually didn't receive the package until the following day when a neighbor brought it to me because it had been mis-delivered by the post office, but I don't fault the FactoryOutletStore for the post office's further delay. Nonetheless, I have handfuls of pulled out hair as I tracked the package daily, biting my nails and fearing having to leave on my trip with no guidance. (Turns out I made it with hours to spare, no thanks to FactoryOutletStore, and with no time to learn how to use it.)
So, if you're not in a hurry to get your package, go ahead and buy from this guy (assuming you're willing to risk the complaints expressed by other reviewers). I won't be making that mistake again.
I ordered 2 chargers for my laptop and they didn't fit. This was 100% there fault! Website clearly said it was the correct charger. I called, they told me to send it back, I did, now they want me to shipping back. When I pushed them on this they said that I should have demanded they pay sipping back before. It was never offered!
Spent a ton of time on the phone and no success. Really bad customer service!
I should have returned the batteries when they arrived, because they were advertised as Dewalt batteries not knockoffs. They lasted 3 months then died. Called the company and they refused to refund or send replacements. When you sell crap, you can't make it right or you would go out of business. Don't buy from them. I tried to upload a pic of the receipt but your system wouldn't accept the jpg it asked for.
I did a search on their web-site for 2 line phones and bought a phone that popped up amongst all kinds of 2-line phones. Ordered it and opened the box and it's just a 1-line phone. Called the company and told them why it came up as a 2-line phone among my search and their comment was it was my fault and no shipping costs would be reimbursed or label dispatched and I wouldn't get credit back until this was recieved... so never order from them again!
Ordered a replacement battery for my garmin
They took my payment with ease, I received no tracking number for my order. The following week I call to get my tracking order and my order has been canceled for unknown reasons... it's been several days with no refund in sight. I guess I'll have to go through my CC company to get my money back.
Spend the extra few bucks and go through the manufacturer.
Super disappointed. They told me the item I wanted to order was in stock, I ordered it. They took my money out of my account already. Then went I called back to get the confirmation #, the item I wanted to order was magically out of stock. They lied to me took my money and refused to cancel my order. BEWARE! I called my bank already to dispute the charges.
Two days of dealing with this company left me frustrated and angry. Couldn't process my card payment after using 2 different cards. Wanted me to send check or money order, WHY? DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!
I bought a 2 pack of water filters that shipped within a few days. The USPS tracking showed that the package was stuck for almost a month between two post offices so it was clearly lost. I called them and they did not understand what I was saying at all. I emailed them in which they replied to wait another almost week and if it was delivered that they would either reship or refund, my choosing. I waited till the date they gave me (which is ridiculous since enough time had gone by) and they apologized and asked me did i still NEED the items and did I want them to reship them or if I didn't need them then they would refund me. My reply was yes I still need them and can you send it a faster method in which I may really get it this time. Their reply was they refunded me. What? Did I say I wanted a refund. Did you give me the choice or not? They do not care if they customers are happy with the service so do not buy from them. It's been a month ordeal and still no product and waiting on a refund!
Factory Outlet Store shipped my purchase without a unit number in the address and they are making me wait until they receive and resend it with a unit number instead of sending me another unit and simply putting the returned unit back into stock. I learned of this by checking the tracking number they sent and when I called them they were aware of their error.
I PURCHASE TWO "BRAND NEW" MAGELLAN GPS. ONE ARRIVED DEAD AND STAYED DEAD. THE OTHER DIED AFTER TWO HOURS WOULD NOT WORK AGAIN. IF I COULD GIVE -10 I WOULD. THEY ARE THIEVES.
Ordered a Legend headset end of last year, received the headset but had to back order the case. Now here it is the middle of March no case and have tried 3 times to chat with someone finally named James, but it is still on back order, no idea when I will receive it OR if I ever will. Don't buy from this company unless you have a LOT of time!
I ordered a Garmin Depth finder from them on a Friday and paid with Paypal. Checked my email on Monday looking for shipping information and saw I had an email to contact them. When I called they said the order had been canceled because I didn't contact them quick enough. Went to reorder the depth finder and the website showed the same price but when I put it in the cart the price was $80.00 higher. Called and complained and tried to get them to honor original price and they wouldn't.
Ordered an OEM Dell battery replacement for a laptop. Battery snapped in correctly, but would not charge or allow computer to turn on. I filled out paperwork for a replacement and sent back. 2 Weeks later I received a PayPal refund instead and they kept a restocking fee and shipping shorting my refund for almost $12.
UPDATE:
They are now refunding shipping fee and restock fee they kept after I reached out again.
Ordered ordered a Uniden D1760-8 cordless phone and received it very quick. I followed all instructions in setting it up but 2 of the 8 phones would not register to base no matter what I tried. I contacted Factory Outlet through their Chat line and described my problem. After 35 minutes of seeing them write that they are looking into it, they sent me a link to the instruction book that came with the phones. They then said I could exchange or get a refund by returning the phones. They wanted the whole set not just the 2 that didn't work. I spent 50 minutes online with them for no help at all. I returned the complete phone set in its original packaging at my cost. Today I had the credit applied back to my credit card and it was $45.00 less than what I paid for the phones. I will never deal with this company again. Their customer service is useless.
Ordered a power adapter with very specific requirements. Got an adapter with random specification. Not one of the requirements met mine. Lady on the phone clearly did not care. Company doesn't care that she doesn't care. 15% restocking fee covers their overheads if someone goes through the archaic process of printing a return form and spending even more money on the shipping to return the item. It is a sound and well practiced business model which relies on customers eating the wrong product.
I ordered a New Garmin GPS from this site and after approx 3 weeks it did not arrive,, I called and was told it was on "Back Order" and the date of arrival was unknown. I was leaving on a trip and ordered a "Refurbished" model of the same GPS. It had no instructions with it which I needed! Tried to figure it out and it would not work as intended, I called and ultimately sent it back sent it back, and paid the shipping. The refurbished model cost $164. And my credit to my CC finally showed up today... I got $128.) back! What a Rip!
I purchased a headset from this company and paid for accelerated shipping. Ten days later I received a notice that I received the package. I did not receive the package. When I called the 800 number I worked with a rude customer service agent who essentially blamed me for not receiving the package. There was no help, no apology, no let me help you here. He did wash his hands of the issue. Thank you very much for your assistance. I hope to make sure no one else my same mistake of buying from you. Have a nice day.

No confirmation emails and never ship items.
I ordered an scanner from them and they refuse to ship it to my home address or my PO box. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said he was too busy to speak to me and he would call me later. Never called. I would never order from them!
Answer: I strongly recommend not to buy anything from this place.
Answer: But these things locally. I don't trust this place. I bought phones which were refurbished but NEVER stated as such. One stopped working a month after receipt! Pay a few $& more and stay away from this place.
Answer: That's a question no one can answer for me. Tried calling and now I have to wait 10 days for their investigation
