Delt with these people for 13 days different person every time. Always a different story. They make the web site look like it is the manufacturer factory outlet. But they have nothing to do with them. I hope to get a credit on my card but I disputed the charge to be safe.
I ordered a Garmin GPS unit online after talking with someone via chat about their product. Then I got an email saying there was a problem. I called them, This man Allen with an accent from India had we tell him everything about my information and my order. He was real insistant I give another phone number, I didn't have any others but he kept asking. Finally he said my card was rejected. I have excellent credit with no balance on my account. He wanted my credit card info again, and foolishly I gave it. He said it was rejected again. I have never had my card rejected. I bank with Chase not some fly by night bank. Anyway I said I wanted to talk to a manager, he said he was the only one on the floor. Really! I said I wanted to talk to anyone else, he would not let me. I said I wanted the order canceled and he kept asking for another credit card. I wouldn't give one. After telling him several times to cancel the order he said he would, I asked for the confirmation number and he ignored me and said an email will come to me, I asked 4 times and finally he said he could not give me a confirmation number. After again asking for a manager, his boss and getting to where, He did say it was canceled. I hung up and raced to my bank and canceled my card. The bank said there was no sign anyone tried to charge my card. So weird, this was so creepy. I will never do business with them again. This phone interchange was today July 11,2019.
I purchased a $950 trolling motor from this site and received it defective. I called customer service and was told someone would have to call me back. I never received a call back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE IF YOU EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVI E!
Order a Garmin RV 770 LMT-S (Brand New) that was supposed to have been a NEW ITEM. Once the item was received it didn't have an original packaging and the GPS WAS DAMAGED.
I contacted the company and they first wanted to charge me to send the item back then they agreed to send me a shipping label.
The item was received by them on June 28th, 2019.
I contacted them via email and was referred to there (Please contact our U.S. Based Customer Relations Department at *******141) which is actually in INDIA) when I enquirer about my refunds I was told that I needed to contact my credit card because there was a block on the card and they couldn't issue the refund.
I had such an issue trying to understand what he was saying that I had to ask him to please repeat himself a couple of times.
I contacted my credit card and they told me it was a lie.
I have no idea how you could claim a 5 star review company

I purchased a Plantronics headset from this company that I had to return because it did not work at all! The headset cost roughly $108 but was only refunded $78.78 because of their awful return policy despite me receiving a faulty product. I will NEVER order from this place again and suggest YOU don't either.
I ordered a battery for my laptop and it worked fine until after about two months it stopped taking a charge and was basically a $30 brick. They refused to accept it for a refund as it had been over 30 days.
Customer service confirmed batteries were Hitachi brand, when received they were not with instructions only in a foreign language. After back & forth with their customer service, they have offered a full credit and ask that I simply dispose of the batteries. Good solution, hope my credit shows up.

Ordered razors using the model number. They shipped the wrong razors. When I told them their error they blamed it on me. Wish I would have seen their reviews before I ordered.
The included AND CHARGED me for something i didnt order...$15 overcharge... when i called to get them to correct it, i got a very rude guy (either indian or phillipine call center). No apology or refund... rude...
I will not buy anything from these people again... watch your card statement
I needed a HP notebook battery for my computer. They gave me a battery that worked for just 2 months before having problems. I was unable to return it as the 30 day return policy was up. I was unhappy with their products so avoid purchasing from them at all costs.
Avoid this website at all costs. They have a fake Google site with fake ratings. They sent me wrong water filters even though I gave model number. Now they won't refund, just store credit. But there's not way to get the right filter.
I ordered a new Magellan Roadmate. 3 weeks later they sent me a Refurbished Garmin that was badly used and dirty. Customer care is terrible and they do not carry the products they advertise.
Ordered a product from their web site, Product I ordered was clearly shown on the web site. When I got the order it was a different model nothing like what I ordered, I called and they said the picture meant nothing and that I could send it back at my expense plus a 15% restocking charge.
I have disputed the charge with Pay Pal and will also sue them in small claims court. Am exploring whether they are engaging in fradulent practices. DONT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT. THEY LIE AND MISLEAD.
If you order from here do not chose the priority shipping! You will pay almost an extra $4.00 for nothing... The shipment will still take a whole week to get to you. My order was put in on 4/21/19 and is still not expected to be here until 4/25/19 or 4/26/19. It was coming from PA to VA
If I could give it a -10 stars that would still be too much! I ordered a few things from them and each item was listed in stock. The next day your site still said it was in stock but there note to me stated it was back ordered. I called to see what was the problem and their representative stated he had no idea. He told me to wait 7 to 10 days to see if they could find out what was going on. I tried to cancel my order and was told I could not. This is the worst Internet site I have ever encountered. Run away from this company as fast as you can!
I bought a phone from this site, and paid for expedited shipping based upon their assurance that I would received the phone in no more than 5 business days. Once i bought the phone and checked tracking, FedEx showed it was going to take a full 2 weeks to deliver the phone! I called the company and the best they would offer was to refund $3. Really?
I spent an inordinate amount of time on the telephone, discussing a part that I needed with the "rep." He assured me, several times, that the part that I needed was available, so I ordered one. Of course it didn't fit so I sent it back.
The company charged ME a15% "processing fee" PLUS the cost of shipping, both to me and from me. It is an absolute disgrace that Factory Outlet Store expected ME to pay for THEIR representative's ignorance and then, also, expected ME to pay for THEIR total incompetence.
I don't want to hear anything about "company policy;" I have no interest in that well-worn excuse. However, I have my own "policy," which is to advise everyone I know about this matter, and make it known that I will never buy from Factory Outlet Store again.
I bought some Minn kota items from them that were damaged. Had to fight and fight for a return! They suck!
I bought a filter for my Kenmore Refrigerator Freezer, using the number of the product. I received the filter and waited until the "red" light on my refrigerator told me to change my filter. The time period was two months. The filter did not fit. It is the wrong size. I tried to return the filter, but I was told that there are no returns after 30 days. I ordered the filter from Sears Parts Direct and received it. It does fit, same number, and I have one year to return!
Thought I was buying a Dewalt replacement battery18v. The pic in the add looked like the 18v Dewalt battery but what I got was an all black battery That was HALF THE WEIGHT of the original Dewalt battery. I used it one time and it lasted 20 minutes... Hope I can get my money back..

Answer: But these things locally. I don't trust this place. I bought phones which were refurbished but NEVER stated as such. One stopped working a month after receipt! Pay a few $& more and stay away from this place.
