For the price you pay it's crazy the pants ripped and I I sit down at work all day. I had to go back multiple times to exchange them at this point gave up! Waste of money on the don pants. The joggers I like!
Wonderful shopping experience… easy no hassle returns
I recently purchased a few pairs of shorts from Fabletics are various colors. Their advertisements claimed that the fabric hides sweat. This is completely false. The light blue and grey shorts show all sweat especially in regions where you do not want to see discoloration of the fabric. Sometimes it looks like I have urinated myself. I do not recommend their shorts, unless you buy only black.
The leggings are amazing, they feel great, look great on. What I don't like is they give you really cheap pricing to draw you. Once you are a member the $12 leggings are now $49. Which seem way over priced in comparison. If you do use a monthly credit they charge tax(I think) and shipping on top of that so you are still paying close to $20 for your leggings/outfits + the monthly fee. I feel the program is flawed. You should be getting the better deals and uber cheap pricing when you ARE a member, not before you are a member. I have signed up twice for the cheap leggings then cancel after a few months.
Easy to navigate website and friendly customer service
I have 2 pairs of leggings I just ordered within a month or so, that are both pilling already. The membership credit is confusing & frustrating. The quality just isn't there for the cost & hassle of membership credit

I love Fabletics clothing, however I find it hard to purchase their sports bras because the straps are too long for my size. 99% of the time, I have to alter the straps to shorten them by 1-2 inches. Also, i notice that some of the editions including Yitty brand are inconsistent with Fabletics original sizes. Aside from that, the material, patterns/colors are great! I love that we have the option of short/long lengths for leggings. Another great thing about Fabletics is their customer service. I've reached out to Fabletics via chat/call and always have a representative who is extremely helpful and effecient!
My first package got lost, and I was notified that my second package, replacing the first, couldn't be delivered. I contacted customer support, and they told me they couldn't do anything until ten business days had passed. Before that happened, my package arrived a month after I ordered it despite the message I received saying it couldn't be delivered. The package was beaten up and had what looked like tire marks on it. The product is good, but the pant legs were shorter than they should be.
I came in-store to exchange something I ordered online because I ordered the wrong size, as well as use my vip points to purchase items there. The staff were very helpful and friendly, as usual. Thank you :)
Fabletics has a range of products that fit my lifestyle very well. Clothes that are made for an on the go lifestyle that also offer ease and comfortableness. The versatility is a huge importance for me. Whether I am hopping on a plane or taking a quick stroll around the neighborhood, I never hesitate to throw on some Fabletics gear. The sizing is always listed well with the models they use so I never worry about having to return anything. I will continue being a VIP since there is no pressure every month with the ability to skip if there is nothing of interest.
I purchased an item that shrunk after washing it. Fabletics was not helpful in resolving the issue. They never even offered to exchange the item. I'm done with them!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
