The fabric & elasticity of every item is top notch. I can't say enough about the quality of this brand. It really a difference in how I perform during my workouts. CrossFit is challenging & this brand has never failed me.
I love the clothes, but it is insane when you pay almost $80 in taxes. This is the only company I shop with the charges and import tax on top of the regular sales tax. It makes it almost impossible to shop with now they might be having a discount and sell when you pay $80 in fees it's not much of sale. I don't know if I can keep my membership any longer!
I haven't received my outfit yet, so I don't know how it is. But I do love Fabletics

Cuts are very slim and I have to be one size larger in pants and tops always. But the quantities and colors are limited for the larger size I am forced into Deals are good but never seem to be available in my adopted sizes so I pay regular prices. Quality is good for the things I can actually get.
Great sales, often good prices for the already lean and fit. Every time pants or tops I am one size bigger and rarely are they available or only plain boring colors. Often I can never get a bundled offer because top or bottom not available. Sometimes question why I'm still waiting for better stuff to be available.
I ordered my item, which was a gift, at the Lancaster store on a Saturday. My item was unavailable so it needed to be shipped. Item was lost in transit but it was my responsibility to contact the company to arrange for a replacement item. It took almost two weeks to receive my purchase. Navigating the system to contact the company was difficult.
I buy Fabletics like I pay my bills. The fit, quality, fabric is beyond belief. Every day I start my workouts at 3am-5am, go to work until 5-6pm. So imagine my ethics in the gym! I wear nothing but Fabletics when I'm out, my body and clothing is like an advertisement! And I'm happy to do it.
I went into this Fabletics for the first time and Carolina was very knowledgeable with the product and gave me some recommendations based off what she liked. I fell in love with the leggings she recommended me. She was amazing. I'm happy I went in when she was there. I will definitely be going back
The monthly subscription is a horrible idea. I will not patronize this business.
The web site never showed me the "skip" button until the window to skip had closed. I had to call to get the skip accomplished and it quickly got to the point that it wasn't worth the effort. In my opinion the whole thing is a scam to rob people of their money because they will forget to go to the site. Or they just won't want to call. The whole reason I shop online is to avoid dealing with people. On the phone or in person. Then to add insult to injury the $#*!er I had to deal with barely spoke English. But I wanted to be done with the whole thing so badly I stuck out the phone call. So Fabletics can keep their damn e-mails and leave me alone.
Not the quality I was assuming it was. Clothing was lower quality than 32degrees and the bag's zipper broke the third use.
I was happy with the cloths quality but when they started charging for Monthly subscription without any notice and deducted from credit card, I can see the scam right there.
I wasn't really into working out. Idk if it is because of this brand but I workout everyday now and live in workout clothes! Best leggings and sports bras. Comfy for lounging, running errands, runs, walks, workouts. I love them.
I have used and ordered from Fabletics numerous times to APO (on the rare occasion they actually have my size available). Twice now with the new godfather they were not delivered and I was not refunded my 4 vip credits or money.
I love Fabletics- they wear, wash and fit so well. They are comfortable and look great. I highly recommend them.

One of the pants I ordered was pilling after own use. I asked for a replacement but they wouldn't allow it until I sent my original back. However, it was out of stock one and they could not guarantee I could get a replacement if I sent it back and it went out of stock
After a month, my account started being charged $59.9, from now where. I was not ordering any thing, that happen 2 times
I placed an order on 10/24/24. After 3 weeks of not receiving my package I reached out. They no longer have a chat line and no one returned my email. I contacted Fabletics again on11/25/24. They told me then that they had shipped my package back because they were out of stock. It made no sense because if there was something to be mailed back it existed. Also I ordered many items. Were they all out of stock? They offered me a store credit after holding my money for 32 days knowing they were never going to fulfill the order. They then agreed to credit my card back as if they were doing me a favor. I've been a customer for a long time and their customer service has fallen by the wayside. Had I not called I guess I would have never received my purchases and they would have held on to my money.
Received my scrubs and engraved sweater faster than expected and great quality as always.
$50 a month for a clothing company is INSANE! Who is buying new clothes every month? You should have a one time fee and then it's always VIP. What a terrible business model.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
