On time, perfect condition, as advertised. Fabletics order was ordered and arrived in a short time. Everything was well packaged and folded nicely. Good product and good company.
I have had continuous issues with ordering items and them not arriving at my home. I had a package arrive at my house and received a notification that my order from Fabletics had arrived but it was a package with a return from another company. I have no idea why. Every experience I have had in the past 6 months at least has had some kind of issue that requires taking up my time because of an error on the part of the company.
Fabletics has provided me some great customer service and almost the entirety of my workout clothes. There is a large selection of options and some great sales to take advantage of. Any issues I have had get resolved pretty quickly; recently a shipment of mine was lost and they re shipped immediately. Overall my experiences with Fabletics have been really good.
Items were never received. After calling Fabletics help line they said they do not issue refunds for items not received. Will not be buying from Fabletics ever again!
I ordered 2 pair of sweats from Fabletics, which I do love; however, somehow when ordering them I was signed up for some kind of club for $59 a month! You can imagine my surprise when this charge showed up on my Paypal! I think this kind of underhanded marketing is actually more harmful than helpful for a business because I was quite annoyed when I had to take time out of my day to resolve this matter.

There is no competition for Fabletics attire! The most comfortable materials, creative styles and patterns. The way the material holds everything in place, yet allows everything to breath while in intense workouts is absolutely amazing. I have decided that this is the brand for me. Don't want to take the items off!
I was buying a gift for family and trying go great ideas and support from the sales people at the store. Looking forward to going back for Christmas shopping!

I bought a couple of times and loved the design and fit. Then comes the third time: zippers broke immediately. The tshirt was a terrible quality and now facing a "surplus" charged for china goods.

Everyone in our family loves Fabletics clothing. We have purchased a lot over the past year and have never been disappointed. The quality is excellent. The styles are current. They are comfortable and functional for workouts and everyday.
I ordered leggings and yoga pants for my 11yr old and never thought they would fit so well. Thank you Fabletics!
Hoodie is so-so. Alright but certainly not worth the price. Joggers I would consider low-quality. Threads are already unraveling, especially around the ankles. Prices are extremely high only to make the discounts seem more significant. Even the discount prices might still be too high for the poor quality. Going to stick with other brands for the joggers.
My items were stolen "off my porch". Whoever "delivered" my package didn't submit a photo to the tracking website like they were supposed to, and I was at home at the time of alleged delivery. Super disappointed, had bought the clothes for a new job.
I've already received great wear from my cold weather leggings and new jacket.
The thread on the top waist of my leggings is unraveling after only 1 wash in cold water and hanging to dry. The quality is very disappointing given the price. I have previously owned several pairs of Fabletics leggings and sports bra with no issues. I do not think I will purchase again.
The atmosphere of this store is amazing. The employees want to help you, and they strive to locate your sizes and provide you with options if the size is not in the store. I spoke with some employees during my shopping experience: Sarah(spell check), Logan, Brad, and Jerrica. They all provided exceptional customer service. A store of employees that are engaged at their level is rare. Thank you.

Leggings roll down at the waist while exercising. Won't purchase again
I was excited with getting some fabletic leggings! I got them and they have the best buttery smooth fabric but when I bent over to make sure they were what they advertised as, they in fact were not. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I even measured everything to make sure I got the correct size. I also ordered the "correct size" cargo sweat pants and they were 2 times too big. I returned with the idea of getting a smaller size but the website only gives the options of "too big, too small" and I can't remember the third for as to why you want to exchange. It didn't give an option of picking the new size. So I just assumed they'd send a size down. They just sent the same size back. Very disappointed. Not worth the cost.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
