Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.

Fabletics enjoys a generally positive reputation for its high-quality activewear, particularly among plus-size customers, with many expressing satisfaction with the product's fit and style. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to the return process and subscription management, which many find frustrating and convoluted. Issues such as delayed refunds, poor inventory management, and inadequate support from customer service representatives contribute to a negative shopping experience for some. Overall, while the product quality garners praise, the customer service approach and operational challenges indicate areas needing improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.

The fit was great but the material snagged easily and left small fabric balls. I won't wear or keep them after a few wears.
I love all the items, however, I need to return one of the shirts (for a smaller size) and it is not showing up on my order so I am unable to return it
Got this coat for my mom, she absolutely loves it. The quality is amazing as always with fabletics.
Fabletics is my favorite lounge and workout wear. Whenever I travel, at home, at the gym I'm in my fabletics wear.
I was sent the wrong item. When I tried to return the item, I could not. So I chatted with an associate and he gave me no way to choose how I return. I do not have access to a printer and made me print my return label. The customer service was horrendous.
Fabletics is good, I've purchased some really good sports bras and leggings from them, but they are not great across the board.
The No-bounce high impact bra is is great, their leggings and long shorts are great.
But I cannot say the same for their skorts! The skorts look cute, their skirt length is good, but the shorts underneath are horrible! They are too short! Not everyone has a 'thigh gap' and some have thighs that rub *gasp*, thus we would appreciate if you could put the longer shorts on your skorts!
Until then, you will get 5-Star reviews for the bras, shorts, and leggings I purchase, but 0-stars for the skorts. I will continue to purchase skorts through a different company who makes them with 5-inch inseams.
Good clothes but limited on styles. Pricing is ok, still on the fence about subscription based pricing. Seem new VIPs get better deals than current customers
I love Fabletics's clothing. High quality, durability and attractive. I'd love to see more clothing that covers the rear end: like longer light weight jackets
Very cheap quality. I bought a pair of fleece lined pants less than a month ago, and they're already pilling
I'm a curvy woman and I have recently turned 50. All your workout clothes are cropped hoodies, sweatshirts, tank tops, etc. You are a clothing company that is appealing to a younger group and I will not buy any workout gear from Fabletics. I don't wanna go to the gym and put my hands over my head and have my mid drift show. I have bought some scrubs from your company but again I don't even look at your workout clothes anymore because I cannot find one top that will cover me as I'm working out.
Fabletics large fit like a medium compared to other stores I bought from. Their large fit me to a T meanwhile other stores were more loose. It is comforting to deceive myself and knowing there is a large that fits me, was something I am still coming to grips with.
Besides that side story, I love the logo placement, the feel and it's durability. Plus, feels very nice. No itching at all.
I have always been highly pleased with my purchases whether online or in store
Over the last 6 years, I've been a Fabletics customer. The leggings used to last for YEARS, now they pill, rip, and fade. They are also now VERY transparent. The material is thinner, rough, and not as durable for an active lifestyle. The sizing is changing and everything is running smaller. The leggings I've purchased over the last few months developed pilling, holes, and faded after ONE wash. They are see through and a more scratchy rough material. I am cancelling my membership and starting to explore other brands. Fabletics felt like affordable luxury (still have leggings and jackets from 5 years ago that look so NEW people stop and ask where I purchased them. They are no longer available I tell them, because the jacket styles are gone like the Amara hooded jacket and the other half mesh full zip jackets I still LOVE, the leggings are now poor quality so I cannot recommend.) Now Fabletics feels like shopping at Shein. They focused on fast fashion and quantity of styles. Before, they prioritized durability and quality of their styles. The difference is apparent. I will not support fast fashion. I will pay more for quality items, gladly. Fabletics is great for teens and college kids now. Also, tags rip off when you try on an item, making it non-returnable. Correct this tag placement, PLEASE!
I have bought 5 pairs of pants from Fabletics and 3 out of the 5 have ripped and became very thin! For the price of these pants the quality should hold better! I can buy better leggings for a better price from TJ Maxx!
Someone is using my email address for their order. And I can't unsubscribe because it is not my account.
Not a big fan of the subscription based model. I always end up missing the window to skip and I waste money just sitting there as items are never in stock. Huge deterrent.
The concept is just plain dumb. Ditch the subscription concept. It's dated, annoying, and actually deters customers like myself. What you want is almost always out of stock and the colors and styles get stale after awhile with no refresh unless it's for a "limited time". Clothes themselves are just ok. Are they as good as Lulu? Not even close. Much lower quality but still decent clothes for the price. Their manufacturing (likely in China) is very inconsistent and if I get two pants of the same style and size but just different colors, one will be 1-2" shorter than the other and more loose in the thigh area. They are really all over the place when it comes to consistency, same with shirts. I ended up canceling my membership because it just became an annoyance more than anything. They lacked new colors or styles of what I wanted and I had to go through the hassle of skipping each month. I'd rather pay a little more with more consistent quality and sizing and buy without the silly membership.
Hands down! Top quality apparel. I am overjoyed with every piece of clothing I've ordered from Fabletics. They have a satisfied customer for life!
I had many colors and styles to choose from. They were delivered as described.
Never could answer my questions plus credits are not very good. It's less to buy without credits. As soon as I use my last credit I will cancel.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
