Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.

Fabletics enjoys a generally positive reputation for its high-quality activewear, particularly among plus-size customers, with many expressing satisfaction with the product's fit and style. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to the return process and subscription management, which many find frustrating and convoluted. Issues such as delayed refunds, poor inventory management, and inadequate support from customer service representatives contribute to a negative shopping experience for some. Overall, while the product quality garners praise, the customer service approach and operational challenges indicate areas needing improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.

Rebecca is always so helpful and always gives the best customer service. She helped me find the perfect outfit I did not know I was looking for. 🤍
I will continue to shop with Fabletics, they are the best!
I enjoy their products, the Don pants are comfortable and great for work. The onesie is super soft and comfortable, and I got the bone quarter zip as well and it's so warm and cozy. I would recommend the brand and even their membership is good.
Things that I want in my size sell out very quickly, leaving me very limited options on what to get as a VIP member. I am considering dropping my VIP membership.
I was not aware I would be charged $59 a month after
Sure it was in there some how but very dishonestly l.
I was charged $120 before I realized it and only ordered one time.
NEVER AGAIN
I will let everyone know about this sly move.
If you forget to skip, you can only use your member credits for certain items and the range of items was poor.
If you don't skip, and you make a purchase, you are still assessed member credits for not skipping.
Totally designed to cause havoc.
Had a problem with an order and customer service took care of the issue.
Fabletics told me they were exchanging my two items I received for the correct ones, and of course I believed them, but after I mailed them back everything they shipped me they canceled my exchange. They then told me they "could not refund my original payment method in full", a statement they negated on December 2, when they refunded the one "out-of-stock" item they wouldn't give me anything but store credit for (then wouldn't let me use the store credit) for over a month. In spite of the $14.06 refund they provided to me five weeks after my order and three weeks after receiving all merchandise back from me, they told me they still could not refund my original payment method and were mailing me a refund check, which one of their rude agents cancelled a month ago and the whole sham of the refund check by mail was a lie. I waited the 6 weeks for it to come and then was told yesterday that I would be provided a resolution of a full refund to my original payment method after now what has been 2.5 months. Of course, this was also a lie, and since Fabletics convinced me to close an uninvestigated dispute with the payment processer with the promise of a refund they now have never provided, the payment processer has now told me that my only recourse is to file federal charges.
The gentlemen who I spoke with answered my question about a missing item and went above and beyond by making sure I wasn't charge since it was out of stock and never sent
I have spent hundred (if not a couple thousand) dollars in the 3 months that I have been a member. I have found once the employees know you're a member you will be ignored in the store. I also have received a damaged product (under $35 value) and they have yet to replace or exchange the order. The order shows 'pending' and has been that way for at least 3 weeks. Totally missed me being able to gift the item. I will not be staying a member. This is not proving to be a worthwhile purchase. The frustration outweighs the benefit.
Quality is good and everything is comfortable but we really need more color options. I'll buy again, but I end up holding onto credits hoping for more options.
Love the items. Don't like that you cannot cancel your membership without calling them. If you can join without a phone call you should be able to cancel without a phone call.
I tried several different styles, but all of them were cut so they were very tight in the calf and bigger in the legs and rear so they constantly sag and need to be pulled up. Athletic women have bigger calves so it would be nice if your leggings were more proportionate, with more room in the calf and tighter thigh and waist.
Love my subscription but their new items always sell out so fast it's hard to get the good stuff at the releases.
Clothes were uneven- one leg thicker than the other and they would not refund shipping.
Then they wouldn't cancel my account after I asked and tried over 6 times
I ordered my boxer two months ago and I have not received the package to me this is bad service.
I'm very disappointed of the fabric, after first wear, the fabric is balling up ie; the fabric has formed small fabric balls
Didn't even get my scrubs. Not pleased at all. Lol
I tried several times on line to cancel. I finally called and asked to unsubscribe but was still charged for the next month. I had to remove my permission for PayPal to withdraw money from my account.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
